  1. Rail vehicle (10) with at least one boarding area (60) for passengers to board from and/or disembark onto a platform, at least one restroom area (20) and at least one seating area (40),

    the floor in the seating area (40) and the floor in the boarding area (60) are raised or at least can be raised to a higher floor level (Hs, He) than the floor level (Ht) in the restroom area (20).
  2. Rail vehicle (10) according to Claim 1,
    characterized in that
    the floor in the seating area (40) is raised to an intermediate height which lies between the height of the restroom area (20) and that of the raised boarding area (60).
  3. Rail vehicle (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the seating area (40) forms a storage area (50) for wheelchairs (80), either entirely or sectionally.
  4. Rail vehicle (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    a ramp (200, 210) is arranged between the restroom area (20) and the raised seating area (40) and also between the raised seating area (40) and the raised boarding area (60) for height adjustment in each case.
  5. Rail vehicle (10) according to Claim 4,
    characterized in that
    the two ramps (200, 210) preferably each have the same ramp incline and/or the same ramp height.
  6. Rail vehicle (10) according to Claim 4 or 5,

    the two ramps (200, 210) each have a ramp height of between 5 cm and 15 cm.

    the floor in the seating area (40) is raised to a height of between 65 cm and 75 cm above the upper edge of the track (111).
  11. Rail vehicle (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the floor in the sitting area (40) is raised to a height of 70 cm above the upper edge of the track (111).
  12. Rail vehicle (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the rail vehicle floor in the restroom area (20), in the seating area (40) and in the boarding area (60) exhibit the same height throughout without elevation.
  13. Rail vehicle (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the rail vehicle floor exhibits in the restroom area (20), the seating area (40) and in the boarding area (60) a floor height (Ht, Hs, He) without elevation in each case which is level with a platform with a low platform height.
  14. Rail vehicle (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the rail vehicle floor in the restroom area (20), the seating area (40) and in the boarding area (60) exhibits a floor height without elevation in each case of between 50 cm and 60 cm above the upper edge of the track (111) and is level with platforms, the nominal platform height whereof is 55 cm above the upper edge of the track (111).
