Definitions

  • the invention relates to a combinraffbaren curtain for sports halls, multi-purpose halls, event and exhibition halls, industrial halls, halls or the like, consisting of at least one curtain support means and at least two arranged on these wall surfaces made of synthetic leather, plastic film, nonwoven, textile fabric or the like, with a wall surface preferably composed of individual web segments and a wall surface or web segments via movable by means of a motor drive vertical and horizontal traction means, which can be configured in many different ways, are liftable to the curtain support device, wherein further the wall surfaces to the outside, to the room, whole or in sub-areas consist of sound-absorbing material or one or all wall surfaces made of a perforated or perforated material.
  • the second technical solution is from the EP 1174 063 A1 known.
  • One or both of the wall panels or the curtain panels that make up the panels are coated outwardly with a nonwoven or other sound absorbing material that is integral with the surface of the curtain panel and is applied for cost reasons in the production process of the curtain panel.
  • This technical solution is intended to achieve both the sound insulation of 22 dB (A) required by DIN and the equally required sound absorption.
  • both the nonwoven web and the initially liquid plastic material pass under high pressure through a number of rollers.
  • a 2-shell curtain in which a curtain track as such is provided with both a perforated grid as well as on its back with a fluffy layer.
  • the invention is concerned with the task of specifying a multi-layered curtain, which leads to particularly good sound insulation or sound absorption values.
  • a first solution proposes to solve this problem that three or four panels are provided (3- or 4-shell curtain) that the vertical traction means relative to a cross section through the curtain in a direction transverse to a surface extension of the wall surfaces in each case cooperate only with one or two wall surfaces and that a horizontal traction means is connected only to an inner surface on a wall surface.
  • a horizontal traction device preferably does not penetrate a wall surface.
  • a horizontal traction means is connected only to one or in the case of two, two opposite wall surfaces. An enforcement of a wall surface approximately in the sense that in the direction of enforcement then another wall surface is connected, is not given.
  • the several wall surfaces are always distanced to each other. As far as two wall surfaces are connected to vertical traction means, they can be connected by horizontal traction means each on an inner surface, be connected to the vertical traction means. The distancing in the horizontal direction already results in this respect by the traction means located between the wall surfaces. A further wall surface can then be connected to this wall surface only with a vertical traction means, possibly also by means of a further respective horizontal traction means, which is then preferably connected only to this wall surface. In the usual way, the traction means are provided only on the inside, so that, viewed from an outer surface, no traction means are visible with respect to the entire separating curtain. At the same time, it is also ensured by the mentioned embodiment that the several wall surfaces can be picked up and drained off in the usual way.
  • the distancing and the individual vertical traction means also allow an advantageous adjustment of the wall surfaces due to their material in terms of sound insulation and / or sound attenuation.
  • curtain support may also include two or more take-up shafts.
  • a wall surface which may consist of synthetic leather, plastic films, nonwoven, textile fabric or the like, wherein further a wall surface is preferably composed of individual web segments and a wall surface or web segments movable by means of a motor drive traction means, in further detail can be designed in a variety of ways, the curtain-carrying device are diveraffbar and further wherein the wall surfaces to the outside, to the room, all or part of sound-absorbing material.
  • the directed towards the free space wall surfaces are designed as sound-absorbing wall surfaces.
  • Several or all wall surfaces can - if necessary in addition - consist of a perforated or perforated material.
  • a single wall surface can thus comprise a multilayer material.
  • a sound-absorbing wall surface can be made of a fleece, a foam, etc.
  • Additional pre-hung sound-absorbing wall surfaces may consist of non-woven, a foam, a textile or synthetic fabric or scrim or glass fabric or scrim or even from a provided with a flocking of fiber or foam carrier fabric or scrim.
  • the separate outer arrangement of sound-absorbing additional wall surfaces with a basis weight of, for example, 800 g / m 2 and above, without limiting the foldability of the wall surfaces, does not have the disadvantages described.
  • a curtain with two inner sound-absorbing and two additionally arranged outside sound-absorbing wall surfaces can be mounted easily and is hardly more material than that of the EP 1 174 063 A1 known technical solution and inexpensive to manufacture.
  • these two wall surfaces can be actuated by means of two vertical and two horizontal traction devices ("two" horizontal with respect to a cross-sectional plane in the vertical direction, and then a plurality of such horizontal traction devices can be arranged one above the other in the vertical direction). These are therefore each independent of each other and only cooperatively provided with two wall surfaces.
  • the approach pursued here means to increase the number of side-by-side curtain tracks. Due to the fact that however also the increased number of curtain webs can be actuated at the same time via a jointly assigned curtain support device, favorable handling is still provided. In addition, in such a number of curtain tracks and a more specific coordination of individual curtain tracks are made in terms of sound attenuation or sound insulation, so that can be achieved in the sum so far better sound technical properties.
  • two curtain tracks as outer curtain tracks form outer surfaces of the separation curtain. Accordingly, at least one curtain web forms an inner curtain web.
  • one or two curtain tracks can also be formed as inner curtain tracks, which are covered in the deflated state by the outer curtain tracks to the outside.
  • the inner curtain tracks are arranged directly opposite one another and can be actuated by means of different vertical and / or horizontal traction means. These immediately opposite wall surfaces are preferably horizontally spaced. The distance may be from a practical abutment up to the distance that is also given between two connected by horizontal traction means wall surfaces.
  • the three or more, in particular four curtain tracks can be actuated via a common driven winding shaft.
  • the take-up shaft can be arranged eccentrically with respect to a cross-section in which a geometrical axis of the take-up shaft appears to be punctiform. It can be correspondingly offset towards one of the curtain tracks, possibly also in the vertical direction with this aligned.
  • the gathering cords which are also referred to above as vertical traction means, one or more curtain tracks are preferably guided over a deflection to the take-up shaft.
  • the deflection can consist of pulleys.
  • An outer curtain track is preferably primarily sound-absorbent with respect to an outer surface.
  • This can be achieved in particular by a suitable choice of material.
  • it may be a nonwoven material, textile fabric, a textile scrim, foam, namely in particular open-cell foam, glass materials, in particular in the form of a glass fabric or glass scrim, such as glass wool and / or a be synthetic or flocking materials existing carrier fabric or scrim, or one of the aforementioned materials with a perforation or a perforation.
  • a combination of two or more of the aforementioned materials may be provided.
  • an inner curtain track is designed primarily sound-insulating. It may be a comparatively smooth material, such as a plastic sheet, glass material, lead rubber or the like.
  • a horizontal distance between an outer curtain track and an inner curtain track is - with respect to said cross-section - more preferably changeable.
