Claims (15)
- Einweg- Einheit (1) zur Lagerung von Bestandteilen, die einzeln und getrennt voneinander in einem geschlossenen Behälter enthalten sind, zur Herstellung und Zerstäubung, durch Montage der Einweg- Einheit (1) auf ein Sprüh- oder Lackierwerkzeug, eines Produktes, das Ergebnis der Mischung von mindestens zwei Bestandteilen (3,4) ist, diese Einweg- Einheit (1) ist dazu bestimmt, einen kompletten Becher zum Einmalgebrauch zu bilden, geeignet für alle Werkzeugtypen und Schwerkraft- oder Ansaug- Sprühwerkzeuge, dabei umfasst die Einheit (1) eine Verpackungseinheit der Bestandteile, diese Einheit enthält einen Körper (5) mit einer Seitenwand (6), einem Boden (7) und einer Auslassöffnung (8) des Endproduktes zum Sprüh- oder Lackierwerkzeug, der Körper (5) ist dabei bis zum Mischen der Bestandteile geschlossen und so konzipiert, dass er in seinem freien Raum den ersten Bestandteil (3) enthält, der Boden (7) weist eine Öffnung (10) auf, die sich in zentraler oder exzentrischer Position befindet und eine Luftöffnung bildet, diese Luftöffnung (10) ist mit einer verschließbaren Entlüftungseinrichtung (11) ausgerüstet, ein Verschluss (17) ist dicht auf die Öffnung (8) des Körpers (5) der Einweg- Einheit aufgeschraubt, geclipst, eingesteckt oder in sonstiger Weise montiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:• der Boden (7) einen Montagevorsprung (12) aufweist, der sich ins Innere des Körpers (5) verlängert;• mindestens ein Hohlelement (13), das mindestens einen zusätzlichen geschlossenen Raum definiert, konzipiert ist zur Aufnahme einer der mindestens zwei Bestandteile (4) und dessen unteres Endstück (14) dazu vorgesehen ist, auf oder um den Montagevorsprung (12) montiert zu werden, während das andere Endstück (15) durch einen Verschluss verschlossen wird;• die Einheit (1) umfasst einen Adapter (24), mit dem der Körper (5) auf die Sprühwerkzeuge montiert und wieder abgenommen werden kann, um dann weggeworfen zu werden;dadurch, dass wenn die Mischung der mindestens zwei Bestandteile (3,4) hergestellt wird, die Einweg- Einheit (1) mittels des Adapters (24) auf das Sprühwerkzeug montiert wird um einen kompletten Becher zu bilden, mit dem, zusammen mit dem Sprüh- oder Lackierwerkzeug Sprüh- oder Lackierarbeiten auf einer Fläche oder einem Objekt durchgeführt werden kann.
- Einweg- Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das andere Endstück (15) des Hohlelementes (3) durch eine Verschlussvorrichtung (16) verschlossen wird.
- Einweg- Einheit (1) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussvorrichtung (16) eine Entlüftung (20) aufweist.
- Einweg- Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der Verschlussvorrichtung (16) um einen Stopfen handelt, dessen Tiefe so gewählt wird, dass das Luftvolumen, das eventuell im oberen Teil des rohrförmigen Rohrelementes (13) vorhanden sein könnte, wenn dieses den zweiten Bestandteil (4) enthält, gefüllt wird.
- Einweg- Einheit (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endstück (15) des rohrförmigen Hohlelementes (13) das von der Verschlussvorrichtung (16) verschlossen wird, dicht am Verschluss (17) befestigt oder mit ihm verbunden ist.
- Einweg- Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das rohrförmigen Hohlelement (13) und der Verschluss (17) aus einem einzigen Teil bestehen, das einen Verschluss-Behälter (18) bildet.
- Einweg- Einheit (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussvorrichtung (16) und der Verschluss (17) aus einem einzigen Teil bestehen.
- Einweg- Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (17) eine durchführende Öffnung (19) aufweist, die zur Füllung der Einweg- Einheit mit dem ersten Bestandteil (3) vorgesehen ist, diese durchführende Öffnung (19) wird mit einer anderen Verschlussvorrichtung (20) verschlossen.
- Einweg- Einheit (1) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die andere Verschlussvorrichtung (20) die Form eines Stopfens hat, mit einer Entlüftung, zum Durchströmen der beim Füllen des rohrförmigen Hohlelementes (13), das einen anderen Bestandteil (4) enthält, ausgestoßenen Luft.
- Einweg- Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einweg-Becher (1) außerdem ein Schutzteil oder Deckel (23) enthält, die über den Verschluss (17) geschraubt, geclipst, gesteckt oder in sonstiger Weise über die Öffnung (8) des Körpers (5) montiert werden.
- Einweg- Einheit (1) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch den Deckel (23) eine Öffnung (30) hindurchführt, die einen Luftauslass bildet, diese Öffnung (30) ist mit einer verschließbaren Entlüftungsöffnung (31) ausgestattet.
- Einweg- Einheit nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (5) aus zwei Teilen besteht, einem inneren und einem äußeren, die gleitend ineinander greifen, wobei das äußere Teil transparent ist und den Boden (7) des Körpers (5) enthält, das innere Teil wird dabei mit dem rohrförmigen Hohlelement (13) zurückgezogen.
- Einweg- Einheit nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montagevorsprung (12) eine konische Form hat.
- Einweg- Einheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montagevorsprung (12) eine durchführende Leitung hat, die als Luftdurchlass dienen kann, um die Funktion einer Entlüftung zu erfüllen oder als Füllleitung für den Bestandteil (4) im zusätzlichen Raum des rohrförmigen Hohlelementes (13), dieser Luftdurchlass ist dabei ursprünglich von einem abnehmbaren Verschlussteil (56) verschlossen.
- Einweg- Einheit nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montagevorsprung (12) durch einen Zusatzstopfen verschlossen werden kann.
