Claims (6)
- Procédé de fixation d'une garniture d'étanchéité (10) de four, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- fourniture d'une garniture d'étanchéité (10) comprenant une base d'attachement (14) avec de première et seconde portions (14a, 14b) ayant : sensiblement une forme de rainure respective à attacher à un moufle (1) et/ou une porte (20) du four, un canal (11) s'étendant le long de la direction longitudinale, une section intermédiaire (17) s'étendant entre ladite base d'attachement (14) et ledit canal (11), et une lèvre (12) sur ledit canal (11) s'étendant depuis celui-ci ;- application d'un cadre (15) au moufle (1) en interposant la section intermédiaire (17) de la garniture d'étanchéité (10) entre des bords (9a, 15a) respectifs du moufle (1) et du cadre (15),- fixation de la garniture d'étanchéité en la mettant en prise avec les bords (9a, 15a) du moufle (1) et du cadre (15), et en maintenant la lèvre (12) en projection vers l'extérieur depuis le moufle,évitant et/ou limitant ainsi l'utilisation de vis, rivets, adhésifs, pattes de fixation, et/ou d'autres moyens de fixation traditionnels.
- Four pour mettre en œuvre le procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant un moufle (1) dans lequel il existe une cavité (7) pour cuire des aliments, une porte (20) pour fermer le moufle (1), un cadre appliqué frontalement au moufle, une garniture d'étanchéité (10) pour l'étanchéité entre la porte (20) et le moufle (1) dans l'état fermé de celui-ci, et dans lequel une section intermédiaire sensiblement plate (17) de la garniture d'étanchéité est au moins partiellement interposée entre un bord (15a) du cadre (15) et un bord (9a) du moufle (1),
la garniture d'étanchéité (10) comprenant une base d'attachement (14) avec de première et seconde portions (14a, 14b) qui ont sensiblement une forme de rainure respective et sont en prise avec les bords (9a, 15a) du moufle (1) et du cadre (15), respectivement, de sorte que le bord (15a) du cadre (15) est couplé au bord (9a) du moufle (1) ; un canal (11) s'étendant le long de la direction longitudinale de la garniture d'étanchéité,
caractérisé en ce que la garniture d'étanchéité (10) comprend une lèvre (12) sur ledit canal (11) et se projetant vers l'extérieur depuis le moufle (1). - Four selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le moufle (1) et le cadre (15) comprennent des rabats repliés (9a, 15a) respectifs où leurs bords entrent en prise avec la base d'attachement (14) de la garniture d'étanchéité (10).
- Four selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel la garniture d'étanchéité comprend une lèvre (12) se projetant depuis le moufle (1), contre laquelle la porte (20) vient en butée.
- Garniture d'étanchéité d'un four selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, ayant une forme ou une extension tubulaire allongée et comprenant une base d'attachement (14) à attacher à un moufle (1), un canal (11) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale, et une section intermédiaire (17) s'étendant entre la base d'attachement (14) et le canal (11), qui est sensiblement plate, dans laquelle
la base d'attachement (14) comprend de première et seconde portions (14a, 14b) ayant sensiblement une forme de rainure respective, dans lesquelles les bords des rabats (9a, 15a) du moufle (1) et du cadre (15), respectivement, viennent en prise, caractérisée en ce que la garniture d'étanchéité (10) comprend une lèvre (12) sur ledit canal (11) et se projetant vers l'extérieur depuis un moufle (1), lorsque la garniture d'étanchéité est en fonctionnement sur le four. - Garniture d'étanchéité selon la revendication 5, comprenant une base d'attachement (14') à attacher à un moufle (1') ou à une porte (20') du four, un canal (11') s'étendant longitudinalement à l'intérieur de la garniture d'étanchéité, une pluralité d'ouvertures (16') agencées le long de la base d'attachement (14') pour permettre une communication fluidique entre le canal (11') et l'extérieur de la garniture d'étanchéité, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une lèvre (12') se projetant sur le côté opposé à celui de la base d'attachement (14').
