Definitions

  • the invention relates to a decoupling mat for floor coverings, comprising at least one layer which is provided on one side with a number of cup-shaped depressions, wherein the depressions have a bottom which is bounded by side walls.
  • a decoupling mat is from the DE 10 2008 045 122 A1 known.
  • Floor coverings are understood to mean all coverings made of ceramic, natural stone and mineral tiles or slabs as well as wooden floors such as parquet.
  • Such floor coverings are laid by means of adhesive on a substrate, the floor coverings are firmly connected to the substrate after curing of the adhesive. Due to the strong bond between the floor covering and the substrate, however, existing tensions and movements in the subsoil are passed on directly to the floor covering so that cracks and breaks can occur in the floor covering.
  • the solid composite causes a direct sound transmission from the floor to the ground.
  • a decoupling mat between the floor covering and the substrate.
  • this prevents the transmission of stresses from the substrate into the floor covering and, on the other hand, the decoupling mat lowers the direct transmission of sound from the floor covering into the substrate.
  • the decoupling mat is first placed in an adhesive layer and thus firmly connected to the substrate. Adhesive, for example tile adhesive is then applied to the top of the decoupling mat on which the tiles or plates are arranged.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a decoupling mat for floor coverings, which allows a simple and secure attachment of the floor coverings on the decoupling mat.
  • the bottoms of the wells are each assigned at least one elevation wherein the survey has at least one wall which protrudes from the ground and which at least partially encloses an angle of less than 90 ° to the ground.
  • the elevations extend from the bottom out of the recess, wherein a variety of shapes for the surveys are conceivable.
  • the elevations are inclined at least in sections, which, viewed from above under the inclined elevation results in an undercut.
  • the elevation is mushroom-shaped and has a cross-sectional widening at the free end.
  • the survey results in an undercut.
  • the depressions are cup-shaped and therefore have no undercuts in contrast to the surveys.
  • the bumps according to the invention which are associated with the bottoms of the depressions, form an obstacle within and in combination with other depressions, so that the mortar better adheres to the wells, although these have no undercut on the side walls. This improves on the one hand the adhesive bond between the floor covering, adhesive and decoupling mat and also the laying work is facilitated by the improved adhesion of the adhesive in the provided with the surveys depressions.
  • the surveys dominate the wells.
  • the supernatant of the surveys can be chosen so that there is a distance between the upper edge of the ribs and the upper edge of the survey, which corresponds to the desired thickness of the adhesive applied to the decoupling mat.
  • the sheet material is preferably a nonwoven or a mesh fabric. The sheet material improves the adhesion of the adhesive and thus the bond between the decoupling mat and flooring.
  • the sheet material can rest on the surveys. Alternatively, the sheet material may be provided with openings through which protrude the protrusions. In this case, the sheet material rests on the ribs.
  • the recesses may be circular or angular, wherein the layer is formed such that the depressions introduced on one side form elevations on the other side of the layer.
  • the recesses are rectangular, since this geometry is particularly easy to produce, thereby enabling the production of large depressions.
  • the depressions can adjoin one another directly on their side walls. This possibility results in angular, in particular triangular, rectangular or hexagonal depressions. As a result, formed between the wells only by the side walls ribs formed. In this case, it is particularly advantageous that no webs arise due to the direct abutment. Rather, the top edge is formed by line-shaped ribs so that most of the adhesive is absorbed by the indentations.
  • the side walls may each include an angle of greater than 90 ° to the floor. This results in cup-shaped depressions without undercuts. It is advantageous that they can be filled easily and completely with adhesive.
  • the survey can be centered in each case in the ground. This embodiment is particularly easy to produce. Furthermore, comparable behavior and comparable processability of the adhesive result in every direction.
  • the height of the elevations may be selected such that they are flush with the edge of the side walls facing away from the floor.
  • the upper edge forms the elevation a level with the top edges of the sidewalls and ribs.
  • the survey may be formed by bent portions of the soil. To produce the sections are punched out of the ground and bent, the section can be heated during turning, so that they are permanently and stably folded after cooling. The sections are bent by more than 90 ° from the ground, so that they project obliquely from the ground and are inclined in the direction of the ribs. These surveys are particularly easy to produce, with no additional material is required. In this embodiment, an opening results in the bottom.
  • the elevations may be pyramid-shaped, with the section with the smallest cross-sectional area facing the floor.
  • each elevation has at least three, preferably four, walls, and the walls of these elevations subtend an angle to the bottom of less than 90 °, thereby extending relative to the side surfaces of the recess, and more particularly with respect to pyramidal elevations of others Recesses undercuts result.
  • these are relatively small, so that these undercuts can still be easily filled with mortar.
  • the undercuts improve the fixation of the adhesive on the entire decoupling mat. This is especially true against the background of only a small footprint having webs.
  • An adhesive layer may be arranged on at least one side of the layer.
  • the adhesive layer is preferably arranged on the side of the layer facing away from the depressions.
  • the adhesive layer may consist of a liquid or pasty adhesive, which is applied to the layer or the adhesive layer may be disposed on a film, which in turn is adhered to the layer.
  • the adhesive of the adhesive layer is preferably made of an acrylate-based adhesive.
  • the adhesive layer preferably has a reinforcement formed by embedded in the adhesive layer, preferably in the form of a grid.
  • the adhesive layer is arranged exclusively in the region of the depressions. To protect the adhesive layer during transport, this may be covered with a film.
  • a mesh fabric may be arranged on at least one side of the layer.
  • the mesh fabric is preferably disposed on the side of the layer associated with the depressions.
  • the mesh fabric is particularly preferably on the surveys and is connected to these.
  • the mesh fabric is preferably firmly connected to the decoupling mat.
  • the compound can be made by an additional adhesive bond or by a direct cohesive integration of the mesh fabric in the matrix of the layer.
  • the mesh fabric improves the connection of the decoupling mat to the tile covering and the transmission of stresses in both directions.
  • the mesh fabric may also be provided a nonwoven fabric or a combination of mesh fabric and nonwoven fabric.
  • the layer may have openings at least in sections.
  • the openings may be formed by slots or other openings. These are preferably arranged near the ground in the side walls or in the floor itself.
  • the openings allow drainage through the decoupling mat, so that use of the decoupling mat according to the invention in the outer area is also possible.
  • filling material is introduced into the recesses.
  • the filler material may include bonded or unbound sand or metal particles.
  • the wells are covered by a cover formed from a close-meshed mesh fabric or a nonwoven fabric or a combination of mesh and nonwoven fabric.
  • the mesh fabric or the fleece is preferably bonded to the layer via an adhesive layer. It is conceivable that the cover covering the bumps or that the bumps protrude through the cover.
  • the figures show a decoupling mat 1 for floor coverings.
  • the decoupling mat is located in a floor covering composite between the substrate and the floor covering, wherein the floor covering is introduced into an adhesive bed, for example a tile adhesive, applied to the decoupling mat.
  • Floor coverings in the context of the invention are all coverings made of ceramic, natural stone and mineral tiles or slabs and wooden floors.
  • the decoupling mat 1 according to the invention is also suitable in conjunction with plaster or mineral casting compounds, which may be water-permeable or impermeable to water.
  • the decoupling mat 1 has a layer 2, which consists of plastic, preferably a thermoplastic material such as polypropylene and is therefore simple and inexpensive to produce.
  • the laying-ready decoupling mat 1 can be present as web material in roll form or as a sheet product in predetermined sizes.
  • the layer 2 is provided on one side 3 with a number of cup-shaped depressions 4, wherein the depressions 4 have a bottom 5 which is bounded by side walls 6.
  • the depressions 4 are rectangular and arranged so that the depressions 4 on the side walls 6 directly to each other adjoin. This results in no webs with horizontal sections between the wells 4, but only line-shaped ribs.
  • the side walls 6 each include an angle greater than 90 ° to the bottom 5. In this embodiment, the angle is 135 °. As a result, the depressions seen from above are free of undercuts.
  • the bottoms 5 of the recesses 4 are each assigned at least one elevation 7, which is centered in the bottom 5 is arranged.
  • the height of the elevations 7 is selected in a first embodiment such that they are flush with the bottom 5 facing away from the edge of the side walls 6. In another embodiment, the elevations 7 project beyond the side walls 6.
  • the decoupling mat is placed in a layer of adhesive, which is applied to the substrate. Subsequently, a further adhesive layer is applied to the top of the decoupling mat, on which the floor covering is arranged. If the decoupling mat 1 on the underside 9 comprises an adhesive layer 10, the additional adhesive layer to be applied separately between the substrate and the decoupling mat 1 can be dispensed with.
  • FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the decoupling mat 1.
  • the elevations are cuboid and are introduced by deep drawing in the bottom 5 of the layer 2.
