Claims (15)

  1. Verpackung für Verbrauchsgüter, insbesondere Lebensmittel, die einen Doppelbehälter (1) umfasst, wobei der Doppelbehälter (1) eine Längsachse (1) aufweist und Folgendes umfasst:
    • einen ersten, äußeren Behälter (10), der aus einem Körper (18) besteht, der sich von einem Boden (17) erstreckt und einen Innenraum einschließt, wobei der erste Behälter (10) mit einem Hals (16) versehen ist, der mit einer Einfüllöffnung (13) und einem Verschlussmittel (15) versehen ist, wobei der erste, äußere Behälter (10) eine Wand (11) aus einem Stück besitzt,
    • einen zweiten, inneren Behälter(20), der herausnehmbar im Innenraum des ersten, äußeren Behälters (10) angeordnet ist, wobei der zweite, innere Behälter (20) mindestens eine Wand (21, 22) besitzt, die flexibel oder starr ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der zweite, innere Behälter (20) aus zwei Teilen (31, 32) in Schalenform gebildet ist, die sich in Längsrichtung entlang der Längsachse (1) erstrecken und die einer (31) auf dem anderen (32) wiederverschließbar sind.
  2. Verpackung für Verbrauchsgüter nach Anspruch 1, derart, dass der zweite, innere Behälter (20) luftdicht verschlossen wird und zwar mittels eines Verschlussmittels (33), das so angeordnet ist, dass es die beiden Teile (31, 32) im gekoppelten Zustand fest verbindet, sodass auf diese Weise eine Struktur gebildet wird, die luftdicht ist, solange sie nicht geöffnet wird.
  3. Verpackung für Verbrauchsgüter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, derart, dass eine der Wände (21) oder (22) von der anderen (22) bzw. (21) abnehmbar ist und zwar über die beiden Längsverbindungsseiten (34), durch eine Verlagerung infolge eines Umschlagens der einen über die andere, von einem Ende bis zum anderen.
  4. Verpackung für Verbrauchsgüter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, derart, dass eine Längsverbindungsseite (34) der Wände (21, 22) als Schwenkseite, insbesondere beweglich verbundene Seite, dient, die das Umeinanderdrehen der beiden Wände ((21), (22)) ermöglicht, die über eine gegenüberliegende Längsverbindungsseite (35) aneinander befestigt werden.
  5. Verpackung für Verbrauchsgüter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, derart, dass die ersten, äußeren Behälter (10) und der zweite, innere Behälter (20) einen Zwischenraum (9) zwischen ihren jeweiligen Wänden enthalten, wobei der Zwischenraum als Unterbringungsraum dient.
  6. Verpackung für Verbrauchsgüter nach Anspruch 5, derart, dass der Zwischenraum (9) mindestens ein Element (70) zur vorläufigen Fixierung umfasst, das den zweiten, inneren Behälter (20) vorübergehend mit dem ersten, äußeren Behälter (10) verbindet, bis er entnommen wird.
  7. Verpackung für Verbrauchsgüter nach Anspruch 6, derart, dass das Element zur vorläufigen Fixierung aus einer Verbindungslasche (51) zwischen dem ersten, äußeren Behälter (10) und dem zweiten, inneren Behälter (20) gebildet ist, wobei die Verbindungslasche derart beschaffen ist, dass sie beim ersten mechanischen Zug bricht.
  8. Verpackung für Verbrauchsgüter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, derart, dass der Zwischenraum (9) mindestens eine Längstrennung (52) umfasst, die geeignet ist, den Zwischenraum (9) in Längsräume (53) zu unterteilen.
  9. Verpackung für Verbrauchsgüter nach Anspruch 8, derart, dass die Längstrennung (52) von dem Element zur vorläufigen Fixierung gebildet wird.
  10. Verpackung für Verbrauchsgüter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, derart, dass der erste, äußere Behälter (10) und/oder der zweite, äußere Behälter (20) eine ein- oder mehrschichtige Wand besitzen (besitzt), wobei die Schichten durch ein isothermes Material oder durch einen Luftspalt getrennt sind.
  11. Verpackung für Verbrauchsgüter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, derart, dass der Zwischenraum (9) mindestens ein Kühlelement umfasst.
  12. Verpackung für Verbrauchsgüter nach den Ansprüchen 10 und 11, derart, dass der erste, äußere Behälter (10) eine Wand umfasst, die aus 2 Schichten besteht, die durch ein isothermes Material oder durch einen Luftspalt getrennt sind, wobei der erste, äußere Behälter (10) in dem Zwischenraum (9) Eis enthält.
  13. Verpackung für Verbrauchsgüter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, derart, dass der erste, äußere Behälter (10) mit einem Mittel (15) zum luftdichten Verschließen vom Typ Schraubverschluss versehen ist.
  14. Verwendung einer Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite, innere Behälter (20), der zuvor konditioniert und mit Weichtieren(2) samt ihren Schalen (3), insbesondere Muscheln, befüllt worden ist, zunächst aus dem ersten, äußeren Behälter (10) entnommen (C) wird, dadurch, dass anschließend der innere Behälter (20) geöffnet (D) wird, um die Muscheln, die gegart werden, zu entnehmen, während der erste, äußere Behälter (10) dem Verbraucher am Ort des Verzehrs zur Verfügung gestellt wird, um darin nach und nach die leeren Schalen zu sammeln, während die Weichtiere verzehrt werden, und dadurch, dass nach dem Befüllen des ersten, äußeren Behälters (10) bis zu einer Höhe unterhalb der Ebene der Öffnung (13) das Verschlussmittel (15) wieder vollständig verschlossen wird, um die Abfälle zu entsorgen.
  15. Verwendung einer Verpackung, die einen Doppelbehälter (1) nach Anspruch 13 umfasst, derart, dass nach dem Befüllen des ersten, äußeren Behälters (10) das Verschlussmittel (15) wieder verschlossen wird und die Verpackung und ihr Inhalt zur Nachbehandlung und Abfallverwertung bereitgestellt werden.
