Claims (10)

  1. Schuh, der ausgehend von innerhalb des Schuhs eine erste weiche Textillage (10, 16), die eine Socke formt, und eine Verstärkungsstruktur (3) aufweist, in der die Textillage angeordnet ist und an der sie durch Befestigungseinrichtungen befestigt ist, wobei der Schuh außerdem eine zweite Textillage (20) aufweist, wobei die Verstärkungsstruktur zwischen der ersten Textillage (10, 16) und der zweiten Textillage (20) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Textillage (20) in der Kontinuität der ersten Textillage (10, 16) ohne Naht zur Verbindung der ersten und der zweiten hergestellt ist.
  2. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Textillage bezüglich der Verstärkungsstruktur lösbar angeordnet ist, mit der sie über Einrichtungen von der Art Clipverbindung, Knöpfen, selbsthaftende Flächen oder anderes verbunden ist.
  3. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Textillage bezüglich der Verstärkungsstruktur nicht lösbar angeordnet ist, mit der sie durch Kleben oder Wärmeschweißen verbunden ist.
  4. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Verstärkungsstruktur mindestens eine Sohle (30) und seitliche Verstärkungselemente (31-36) aufweist.
  5. Schuh nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Verstärkungsstruktur außerdem mindestens ein vorderes Anschlagelement (40) und ein eine Hinterkappe (42) bildendes Element aufweist.
  6. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Verstärkungsstruktur weich ist.
  7. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Verstärkungsstruktur aus einem Material auf Faserbasis ist.
  8. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei mindestens ein Teil des Textilmaterials der ersten Textillage (10, 16) und/oder der zweiten Textillage (20) eine oder mehrere physikalische und/oder chemische Eigenschaften aufweist, die ihm eine geruchsabweisende, fungizide, feuchtigkeitsabsorbierende, hautvernarbende, undurchlässige oder wasserabweisende, das Eindringen eines Fremdkörpers verhindernde, abriebverhindernde, elastische oder andere Funktion verleihen.
  9. Schuh nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei mindestens zwei Bereiche des textilen Materials eine oder mehrere unterschiedliche physikalischen oder chemischen Eigenschaften haben.
  10. Schuh nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei mindestens zwei Bereiche des textilen Materials Bereiche unterschiedlicher Undurchlässigkeit sind.
