Claims (16)
- Dispositif de blindage (10) pour un four à micro-ondes pour le traitement thermique des produits, ledit dispositif de blindage pouvant être disposé dans une paroi (11) du four à micro-ondes blindant des micro-ondes, ledit dispositif de blindage servant d'un passage, qui blinde de micro-ondes, d'un élément de mouvement par la paroi, ledit dispositif de blindage comprenant l'élément de mouvement et formant une ouverture de passage (16) pour l'élément de mouvement, ledit élément de mouvement servant à transmettre un mouvement et étant guidé de manière bougeant par l'ouverture de passage, une fente (18) diélectrique étant formée entre l'ouverture de passage et l'élément de mouvement, une forme géométrique de la fente étant formée de telle manière que la fente forme un filtre coupe-bande pour des micro-ondes, ladite ouverture de passage étant formée dans un appareil de passage (15) du dispositif de blindage, au moins une piège de réflexion (20, 21) étant réalisée dans la fente, ladite piège de réflexion étant réalisée en tant que saillie de fente (22) ayant un mesure de fente (s') étendu et une largeur (b), au moins un mode, qui est réalisé par le four à micro-ondes, pouvant être réfléchi au moyen de la piège de réflexion,
caractérisé en ce que
l'appareil de passage (15) comprend un élément diélectrique (23, 24), qui est fait d'un médium diélectrique et remplit la fente (18) dans une zone de la saillie de fente (22), ledit élément diélectrique formant un palier (26) pour l'élément de mouvement. - Dispositif de blindage selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
l'appareil de passage (15) peut être inséré dans une ouverture de passage dans la paroi (11) du four à micro-ondes. - Dispositif de blindage selon la revendication 1 ou 2,

l'ouverture de passage (16) est réalisé symétrique à rotation. - Dispositif de blindage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
la fente (18) comprend un mesure de fente (s) constant au moins en sections sur une langueur de passage de l'ouverture de passage (16), ledit mesure de fente étant choisi de telle manière que seulement un ou un nombre de modes définis peut entrer dans la fente d'une totalité de modes réalisés par le four à micro-ondes. - Dispositif de blindage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
des modes réalisés par le four à micro-ondes sont des modes électromagnétique transversalement. - Dispositif de blindage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
la piège de réflexion (20, 21) est réalisée de telle manière qu'elle a une majorité de fréquences de résonance d'un band de micro-ondes. - Dispositif de blindage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le mesure de fente (s') étendu et la largeur (b) sont réalisés en fonction d'un médium diélectrique. - Dispositif de blindage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
deux pièges de réflexion (20, 21) sont réalisées dans la fente (18), une distance électrique effective ou une distance de centre (m) des pièges de réflexion correspondant à un quart d'un longueur d'onde, de préférence un demi d'un longueur d'onde, d'un band de micro-ondes. - Dispositif de blindage selon la revendication 9,
caractérisé en ce que
les pièges de réflexion (20, 21) sont réalisées en tant que filtre coupe-bandes pour des bands déviants ou différents des uns aux autres à chaque fois. - Dispositif de blindage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
un médium diélectrique est l'air. - Dispositif de blindage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce qu'
un médium diélectrique est polytétrafluoroéthylène, polyéthylène, polypropylène ou polyétheréthercétone. - Dispositif de blindage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce qu'
un médium diélectrique est verre, vitrocéramique ou céramique, de préférence alumine ou nitrure de silicium. - Dispositif de blindage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le filtre coupe-bande est réalisé pour un band ISM. - Dispositif de blindage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le filtre coupe-bande est réalisé pour un band ayant 2,4 à 2,5 GHz, de préférence pour un band ayant 2,45 GHz. - Four à micro-ondes pour le traitement thermique des produits ayant un dispositif de blindage (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
