Claims (7)
- Tête porte-lame pour une machine de coupe pour matériaux textiles ou vêtements, comprenant :- des premiers moyens de guidage de lame (10) appropriés pour supporter une lame de coupe (2) avec la possibilité d'un mouvement de va-et-vient le long d'un axe de lame (X), lesdits premiers moyens de guidage de lame ayant une pluralité de points de contact avec la lame (2) espacés les uns des autres le long dudit axe de lame (X) ;- un corps de support de guidage (14), auquel sont attachés lesdits premiers moyens de guidage de lame (10) ;- un disque presseur (16) connecté en dessous dudit corps de support (14) avec la possibilité d'un décalage axial en va-et-vient, ledit disque presseur supportant des deuxièmes moyens de guidage de lame (18) alignés avec lesdits premiers moyens de guidage de lame (10) ;- une unité de commande (20) montée sur une traverse supérieure (22) du corps de support de guidage et comprenant :- un corps de rotor (24) approprié pour tourner autour d'un axe de rotation parallèle audit axe de lame,- un manchon externe fixe (26), disposé coaxialement autour dudit corps de rotor (24) avec l'interposition de moyens de réduction de frottement (30), approprié pour permettre la rotation du corps de rotor (24) en relation avec le manchon externe (26) ;la tête porte-lame étant pourvue d'un circuit de lubrification approprié pour lubrifier l'extrémité de coupe de la lame (2), la tête porte-lame étant caractérisée en ce que ledit circuit de lubrification comprend :- un trou d'entrée (50) formé dans le manchon externe fixe (26) et approprié pour être couplé à un raccord d'arrivée de lubrifiant (52) ;- une chambre de lubrification annulaire hermétiquement close (44) formée dans le manchon externe (26), en communication fluidique avec ledit trou d'entrée (50) ;- un premier conduit de lubrification (54) formé dans le corps de rotor (24) et en communication fluidique avec ladite chambre annulaire (44) ;- un deuxième conduit de lubrification (56) en communication fluidique avec ledit premier conduit (54) et s'étendant à travers le corps de support de guidage (14) ; et- un troisième conduit de lubrification (58) formé dans le disque presseur (16), en communication fluidique avec ledit deuxième conduit (56) et débouchant à côté de l'extrémité de coupe de la lame (2).
- Tête porte-lame selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit corps de rotor (24) comprend une unité de guidage creuse (32) portant des troisièmes moyens de guidage de lame (34), et une bride externe (36) portant une poulie (38) pour la rotation du corps de rotor (24), le manchon externe fixe (26) étant placé entre ladite poulie (38) et ladite unité de guidage (32).
- Tête porte-lame selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle ladite bride externe (36) est vissée dans un siège fileté (22') respectif formé dans la traverse supérieure (22) du corps de support de guidage (14).
- Tête porte-lame selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le corps de support de guidage (14) a une forme de "L" retournée.
- Tête porte-lame selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle le deuxième conduit de lubrification (56) comprend un tube spiralé (56') qui s'étend de la traverse supérieure (22) au disque presseur (16).
- Tête porte-lame selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le troisième conduit de lubrification (58) comprend deux branches (64) qui s'étendent depuis un raccord d'entrée de disque (62) et qui débouchent sur des côtés opposés de la lame.
- Tête porte-lame selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle deux sièges annulaires (40) sont formés dans le manchon externe fixe (26) et dans lesquels sont logés des joints respectifs coopérant avec le corps de rotor, la chambre de lubrification (44) étant formée entre lesdits sièges annulaires (40).
