Claims (7)

  1. Schneidkopf für eine Schneidmaschine für Textil- oder Gewebematerialien, umfassend:
    - erste Klingenführungsmittel (10), die geeignet zum Stützen einer Schneidklinge (2) sind, mit der Möglichkeit einer abwechselnden Bewegung entlang einer Klingenachse (X), wobei die ersten Klingenführungsmittel eine Vielzahl Kontaktpunkte aufweisen, wobei die Klinge (2) entlang der Klingenachse (X) beabstandet ist;
    - einen Führungsstützkörper (14), an dem die ersten Klingenführungsmittel (10) befestigt sind;
    - eine Pressenscheibe (16), die unter dem Stützkörper (14) mit der Möglichkeit einer abwechselnden axialen Verschiebung angeschlossen ist, wobei die Pressenscheibe zweite Klingenführungsmittel (18) stützt, die mit den ersten Klingenführungsmitteln (10) ausgerichtet sind;
    - eine Befehlseinheit (20), die an einem oberen Querstück (22) des Führungsstützkörpers montiert ist und umfasst:
    - einen Rotorkörper (24), der geeignet zum Rotieren um eine Rotationsachse parallel zu der Klingenachse ist,
    - eine stationäre Außenhülse (26), die koaxial um den Rotorkörper (24) mit dazwischenliegenden Reibungsreduzierungsmitteln (30) platziert ist, die geeignet ist, die Rotation des Rotationskörpers (24) in Bezug auf die Außenhülse (26) zu erlauben; wobei der Schneidkopf mit einem Schmierkreis versehen ist, der geeignet zum Schmieren des Schneidendes der Klinge (2) ist, wobei der Schneidkopf dadurch
    gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Schmierkreis umfasst:
    - eine Eingangsbohrung (50), die in der stationären Außenhülse (26) vorgenommen wurde und geeignet zum Koppeln an einen Schmiermittel-Einlassnippel (52) ist;
    - eine hermetisch abgedichtete ringförmige Schmierkammer (44), die in der Außenhülse (26) in Fluidverbindung mit der Eingangsbohrung (50) steht;
    - einen ersten Schmierkanal (54), der in dem Rotorkörper (24) vorgenommen ist und in Fluidverbindung mit der ringförmigen Kammer (44) steht;
    - einen zweiten Schmierkanal (56), der in Fluidverbindung mit dem ersten Kanal (54) steht und sich durch den Führungsstützkörper (14) erstreckt, und
    - einen dritten Schmierkanal (58), der in der Pressenscheibe (16) in Fluidverbindung mit dem zweiten Kanal (56) vorgenommen ist und neben dem Schneidende der Klinge (2) austritt.
  2. Schneidkopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Rotorkörper (24) eine hohle Führungseinheit (32) umfasst, die dritte Klingenführungsmittel (34) trägt, und einen Außenflansch (36), der eine Rolle (38) für die Rotation des Rotationskörpers (24) trägt, wobei die stationäre Außenhülse (26) zwischen der Rolle (38) und der Führungseinheit (32) platziert ist.
  3. Schneidkopf nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Außenflansch (36) in eine jeweilige Gewindeaufnahme (22') eingeschraubt ist, der in dem oberen Querstück (22) des Führungsstützkörpers (14) vorgenommen ist.
  4. Schneidkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Führungsstützkörper (14) eine umgedrehte "L"-Form ist.
  5. Schneidkopf nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der zweite Schmierkanal (56) ein Schlangenrohr (56') umfasst, das sich von dem oberen Querstück (22) zur Pressenscheibe (16) erstreckt.
  6. Schneidkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der dritte Schmierkanal (58) zwei Zweige (64) umfasst, die sich von einem Scheiben-Einlassnippel (62) erstrecken, und die an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Klinge austreten.
  7. Schneidkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei zwei ringförmige Aufnahmen (40) in der stationären Außenhülle (26) vorgenommen sind, in denen jeweilige Dichtungen beherbergt sind, die mit dem Rotorkörper zusammenarbeiten, wobei die Schmierkammer (44) zwischen den ringförmigen Aufnahmen (40) vorgenommen ist.
