Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement of hose sections according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such arrangements of tube sections are used, in particular, to supply shrink tubing sections to a labeling device so that they can be provided with a label, for example on a cable, prior to attachment.
- the shrink tubing sections are arranged between two feed strips running in a feed direction, which are each provided on their rear side with an adhesive tape projecting in the direction of the respective other feed strip.
- On each of the adhesive tapes one end of each of the heat shrink tubing sections is adhered, so that the feed tabs are held by the shrink tubing sections at a constant distance from each other.
- In the middle of each shrinkage tube sections is provided with a predetermined breaking point forming perforation, so that it can be easily separated into two sections without further aids.
- the heat shrink tubing sections are detached from the adhesive tapes and separated into the two sections, which are then each pushed at the designated location, for example on a cable and shrunk by means of temperature. Although such an arrangement has proven itself in practice, it is relatively unstable.
- the invention is based on the idea to stabilize the arrangement in the region of the central perforation by connecting the tube sections by means of another adhesive tape. As a result, it is in particular also possible to detach individual sections, while the respective other section remains in the arrangement and is still firmly connected to its two ends with two adhesive strips.
- each subsection is subdivided by means of a further perforation into a labeling section and a label section which can be separated from the inscription section and integrally connected with it. It is then possible to provide the label section with a label characterizing the subsection, which should not later remain on the cable.
- the further perforation forms a predetermined breaking point at which the label section can be separated from the labeling section in a simple manner without further aids.
- the label sections are preferably arranged so that the two label sections of each tube section directly adjoin one another and the perforation extends between them. They are then each glued to the other adhesive strip, if it is present, and are preferably each laterally over this.
- each subsection there is no connection between the label section and the inscription section, and the further perforation leaves only at least one connecting web between the label section and the inscription section.
- the connecting webs are advantageously on the adhesive strip and possibly the other adhesive strip facing away from the front of the respective hose section arranged. In this way, it is possible to fold over the label portion relative to the associated labeling section and postpone only the latter on the cable to be designated. The label portion is then transverse to the cable and can be subsequently removed, wherein advantageously arranged on the label portion label can be read simultaneously with the arranged on the label portion label.
- the feed tabs are preferably integrally connected to each other by means of spaced parallel and transverse to the feed direction connecting strips and that the tube sections are each arranged in a framed by the feed tab and two of the connecting strip window.
- the connection strips further stabilize the arrangement and keep the feed strips at a constant distance from one another even if some or all tube sections are already detached from the adhesive strips.
- the feed strips and possibly the connecting strips expediently consist of paper, preferably of thermal transfer paper, so that further inscriptions can be applied to them.
- the feed tabs are each provided with a series of holes for the engagement of a feed device, so that the arrangement is easily accessible and automated vorschiebbar.
- the shrink tube assembly 10 shown in the drawing has two parallel spaced apart in a feed direction 12 extending feed tabs 14 which are connected at constant intervals by means perpendicular to the feed direction 12 extending connecting strip 16 together. Between the feed tabs 14 and two connecting strips 16 are arranged by these ring-bordered window 18. Each of the feed tabs 14 is provided with a series of holes 20 which are arranged at a constant distance from each other and allow the intervention of a feed device of a labeling device.
- the feed strips 14 and the connection strips 16 are integrally formed of thermal transfer paper as endless material.
- the representation in Fig. 1 in which the arrangement 10 has only five windows 18, is chosen as an example simplifying. In particular, the arrangement 10 can be rolled up as a continuous material on a roll or folded according to the Leporellotex.
- Each of the feed strips 14 is provided on its rear side 22 with an adhesive strip 24 glued to it, which also extends in the feed direction 12 and protrudes into each window 18 a distance in the direction of the respective adjacent feed strip 14, by passing over a longitudinal edge 26 of projecting feed strip 14 protrudes.
- the adhesive strips 24 may extend as a continuous material over the entire length of the assembly 10 or be composed of several sections.
- the protruding into the window 18 parts of the adhesive strip 24 form with its adhesive layer fastening portions 28 for shrink tubing 30, which are arranged in the windows 18 and glued with their ends 31 each on a fastening section 28.
- the windows 18 are dimensioned such that in each case a heat-shrinkable tube section 30 fits into each of the windows 18, leaving a narrow circumferential edge 32 free.
- a heat-shrinkable tube section 30 fits into each of the windows 18, leaving a narrow circumferential edge 32 free.
- this another adhesive strip 34 which is glued to the connecting strip 16 at the back, so that the shrink tubing sections 30 are glued to him about in their midst.
- Each of the shrinkage tube sections 30 is divided in the middle by a perforation 36 into two sections 38, wherein the perforation 36 forms a predetermined breaking point at which the sections 38 can be separated from each other without further aids.
- Each of the sections 38 is subdivided by a further perforation 40 into a labeling section 42 and a label section 44, wherein the label sections 44 adjoin one another in the region of the perforation 36 and are adhesively bonded to the further adhesive strips 34 in such a way that they each protrude slightly beyond the latter ,
- the further perforations 40 are designed so that the respective labeling portion 42 with the associated label portion 44 are connected to each other only by a connecting web 46 on the adhesive strip 24 and the other adhesive strip 34 facing away from the front 48, while on the opposite back no connection between the labeling section 42 and the label section 44 consists.
- the connection formed by the connecting web 46 between the inscription section 42 and the label section 44 thus extends over substantially less than 180 ° of the circumference of the shrink tubing section 30.
- the shrink tubing sections 30 serve to inscribe cables 50, as exemplified in FIG Fig. 2 shown.
- a labeling device that attaches a cable label 52 on the front 48 of each of the labeling sections 42.
- the cable inscription 52 serves to identify the cable 50, onto which the inscription section 42 is slid and fixed by applying heat.
- a label inscription 54 intended only for the fitter is applied to the front side 48 of each of them, while additional inscriptions 56 can be applied to the connecting strip 16.
- the shrink tubing sections 30 or the sections 38 are removed from the windows 18 by peeling off the adhesive strips 24 and the further adhesive strip 34.
- the labeling sections 42 as in Fig.

Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung von Schlauchabschnitten gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to an arrangement of hose sections according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such arrangements of tube sections are used, in particular, to supply shrink tubing sections to a labeling device so that they can be provided with a label, for example on a cable, prior to attachment. In this case, the shrink tubing sections are arranged between two feed strips running in a feed direction, which are each provided on their rear side with an adhesive tape projecting in the direction of the respective other feed strip. On each of the adhesive tapes, one end of each of the heat shrink tubing sections is adhered, so that the feed tabs are held by the shrink tubing sections at a constant distance from each other. In the middle of each shrinkage tube sections is provided with a predetermined breaking point forming perforation, so that it can be easily separated into two sections without further aids. After labeling, the heat shrink tubing sections are detached from the adhesive tapes and separated into the two sections, which are then each pushed at the designated location, for example on a cable and shrunk by means of temperature. Although such an arrangement has proven itself in practice, it is relatively unstable.
It is therefore an object of the invention to develop an arrangement of the type mentioned in such a way that it has a higher stability.
This object is achieved by an arrangement of tube sections, in particular of shrink tubing, with the Characteristics of claim 1 solved. Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
The invention is based on the idea to stabilize the arrangement in the region of the central perforation by connecting the tube sections by means of another adhesive tape. As a result, it is in particular also possible to detach individual sections, while the respective other section remains in the arrangement and is still firmly connected to its two ends with two adhesive strips.
An advantageous development of the invention, which is also applicable independently of the above-described basic idea, provides that each subsection is subdivided by means of a further perforation into a labeling section and a label section which can be separated from the inscription section and integrally connected with it. It is then possible to provide the label section with a label characterizing the subsection, which should not later remain on the cable. The further perforation forms a predetermined breaking point at which the label section can be separated from the labeling section in a simple manner without further aids. The label sections are preferably arranged so that the two label sections of each tube section directly adjoin one another and the perforation extends between them. They are then each glued to the other adhesive strip, if it is present, and are preferably each laterally over this.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, over more than half of the circumference of each subsection there is no connection between the label section and the inscription section, and the further perforation leaves only at least one connecting web between the label section and the inscription section. The connecting webs are advantageously on the adhesive strip and possibly the other adhesive strip facing away from the front of the respective hose section arranged.
It is preferred that the feed tabs are preferably integrally connected to each other by means of spaced parallel and transverse to the feed direction connecting strips and that the tube sections are each arranged in a framed by the feed tab and two of the connecting strip window. The connection strips further stabilize the arrangement and keep the feed strips at a constant distance from one another even if some or all tube sections are already detached from the adhesive strips. In this case, the feed strips and possibly the connecting strips expediently consist of paper, preferably of thermal transfer paper, so that further inscriptions can be applied to them. Suitably, the feed tabs are each provided with a series of holes for the engagement of a feed device, so that the arrangement is easily accessible and automated vorschiebbar.
