The solid textile care composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the water-soluble carrier is selected from the group consisting of inorganic alkali metal salts, organic alkali metal salts, inorganic alkaline-earth metal salts, organic alkaline-earth metal salts, organic acids, carbohydrates, silicates, urea and mixtures thereof.
  3. The solid textile care composition according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the textile care compound is a textile softening compound.
  4. The solid textile care composition according to claim 3, characterized in that the textile softening compound is selected from polysiloxanes, textile softening clays, cationic polymers and mixtures thereof.
  5. The solid textile care composition according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the textile care compound is solid.
  6. The solid textile care composition according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the solid textile care composition contains additional ingredients, preferably selected from the group consisting of dyes, fillers, pearlescing agents, skin care compounds, bitterns and mixtures thereof.
  7. The solid textile care composition according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the regions to which the diol which is liquid at 23 °C and the perfume are applied, or the regions to which the diol which is liquid at 23 °C and the perfume are applied and the regions of the water-soluble carrier to which said diol and perfume are not applied, are coated at least in part with the textile care compound.
  8. The use of the solid textile care composition according to one of claims 1 to 7 for conditioning textile fabrics.
  9. A method for preparing a solid textile care composition comprising a particulate water-soluble carrier, a diol which is liquid at 23 °C, a textile care compound, selected from textile softening compounds, bleaching agents, bleach activators, enzymes, silicone oils, anti-redeposition agents, optical brighteners, graying inhibitors, anti-shrink agents, anti-crease agents, dye transfer inhibitors, antimicrobial active ingredients, germicides, fungicides, antioxidants, antistatic agents, ironing aids, repelling and impregnating agents, UV absorbers or mixtures thereof, and a perfume, wherein a premix of the diol which is liquid at 23 °C and the perfume is prepared, the obtained premix is applied to the particulate carrier at least in part and then the regions to which the premix has been applied, or the regions to which the premix has been applied and the regions of the water-soluble carrier to which the premix has not been applied, are coated with the textile care compound, wherein the diol which is liquid at 23 °C is 1,2-propanediol.
  10. A detergent or cleaning agent comprising a solid textile care composition according to one of claims 1 to 7.
