Description

DOMAINE DE L'INVENTIONFIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to balneotherapy systems comprising a bath and a circulation pump that propels water in a closed circuit.

ETAT DE LA TECHNIQUESTATE OF THE ART

There are known balneotherapy systems 1, which are bubbling baths filled with hot water, having a bath 2 a circulation pump 3 which propels water in a closed circuit through a circulation circuit passing through the bath.

The circulation pump 3 propels a liquid, typically water, which can be mixed with air by the venturi effect at the outlet of the injection nozzle 5. The pump 3 thus propels a liquid in a supply pipe 6 connected to the injection nozzle 5 and feeding a series of injection nozzles 5 disposed on the walls of the bath 2. The water then flows through a circulating orifice formed in a wall of the bath 2, generally equipped with a strainer 8, to a rigid suction pipe 4, from where it is pumped by the circulation pump 3 to be reinjected into the feed pipe 6.

Les buses d'injection 5 étant connectées en série au tuyau d'alimentation 6, la pression au niveau de chaque buse d'injection 5 est d'autant plus faible que la buse d'injection 5 est éloignée de la pompe de circulation 3.As the injection nozzles 5 are connected in series with the supply pipe 6, the pressure at each injection nozzle 5 is lower as the injection nozzle 5 is moved away from the circulation pump 3.

Such a balneotherapy system 1 has many disadvantages. The homogeneity of the power of the jets from the injection nozzles 5 is difficult to adjust. In addition, the power of the pump must be important to provide sufficient jet power at the injection nozzles 5 furthest from the pump.

In addition, the NF EN60335-2-60 standard imposes a limit of water retention after emptying the bath at the end of the massage. The amount of water remaining in the bathtub piping must be less than a ratio of 2L of water retention per 1000L of capacity.
The injection nozzles 5 are therefore developed so as to facilitate the natural flow of water after emptying the bath.

There are 5.1 injection nozzles that are used in the world of the SPA. 5.1 injection nozzles are much more efficient jet power because of their technical construction, they are adapted for better circulation of the liquid to allow maximum power. On the other hand, the injection nozzles 5.1, are not adapted to operate with a water circulation system which facilitates the flow of water compared to the NF EN60335-2-60 standard.
This poses no problem to a manufacturer of SPA, because its products are always obligatorily filled with water. In addition to a SPA, to keep the water always clean, it must go through a filtration system, like a pool.

In order to take advantage of the power of a 5.1 injection nozzle, it has been proposed to integrate 5.1 injection nozzles into a bathtub 2. This necessarily implies major modifications and constraints, and in particular the connection of the nozzles. 5.1 injection in parallel (as shown in figure 2 ) and not in series as the injection nozzles 5 (as shown in FIG. figure 1 ).
These modifications pose a significant problem of water retention in the supply pipes 6 and in the rigid discharge pipe 4.1 (see FIG. figure 2 ).
These modifications require the modification of the design of the circulation pump 3 to allow easy connection of the rigid discharge pipe 4.1 and the integration of a 4.2 water distribution manifold at the bottom under the bath 2.

The collector 4.2 is then below the circulation pump 3 and it is therefore impossible to drain the collector 4.2 with the circulation pump 3. This is a problem in balneotherapy installations, for which the standards in force would require drain the manifold 4.2 after each use to avoid stagnation of the water.

Le document EP-A2-0811366 divulgue toutes les caractéristiques techniques du préambule de la revendication 1.The document EP-A2-0811366 discloses all the technical features of the preamble of claim 1.

The invention overcomes the aforementioned drawbacks by providing a balneotherapy system to easily drain the collector.

L'entrée de liquide 51 est raccordée au circuit de circulation de liquide 20.With reference to the figure 3 , the injection nozzles 5.1 comprise a liquid inlet 51. The liquid inlet 51 is connected to the liquid circulation circuit 20.

The injection nozzles 5.1 may further comprise an air inlet 52 connected to an air circuit 91 via an air intake pipe 91. The injection nozzles 5.1 are then nozzles with venturi effect that exploit the fact that the liquid put under vacuum during the injection sucks the air and allows the liquid / air mixture.

La pompe 3 est raccordée à l'orifice de circulation 21 de la baignoire 2 par l'intermédiaire du tuyau de circulation 10.The pump 3 is connected to the circulation orifice 21 of the bath 2 via the circulation pipe 10.

Chaque buse d'injection 5.1 étant alimentée par un tuyau d'alimentation 6, chaque tuyau d'alimentation 6 étant raccordé au collecteur 4.2, le collecteur 4.2 est raccordé au tuyau de refoulement 4.1 qui est connecté à la pompe 3.Each injection nozzle 5.1 being fed by a supply pipe 6, each supply pipe 6 being connected to the manifold 4.2, the manifold 4.2 is connected to the discharge pipe 4.1 which is connected to the pump 3.

The circulation pump 3 is configured to circulate water in closed loop in the circulation circuit 20.

The circulation pump 3 typically has a power of between 900W and 1.5KW. This is for example a rotary pump, axial or centrifugal.

The inlet 31 of the circulation pump 3 is connected to the circulation orifice 21 of the bath 2 via a circulation pipe 10. output 32 of the circulation pump 3 is connected to the manifold 4.2 via the delivery pipe 4.1.

The inlet 31 of the circulation pump 3 is oriented upwards while the outlet 32 is oriented downwards.

This configuration of the circulation pump 3 optimizes the flow of water circulation and avoids complex assembly by optimizing the integration of the plastic connections between the pump and the pipes.

The circulation circuit 20 typically comprises a strainer 8 at the circulation orifice 21 of the bath, the inlet 31 of the circulation pump 3 being connected to the strainer 8 of the bath 2 via a 10. The strainer is a spherical or cylindrical piece, recessed and pierced with holes, for stopping the foreign bodies at the circulation orifice 21 of the bath.

The balneotherapy system 1 further comprises a drain pump 7 whose inlet 71 is connected to the collector 4.2, and whose outlet 72 opens into the bath 2.

La sortie 72 de la pompe de vidange 7 débouche avantageusement dans la baignoire 2 par l'orifice de circulation 21 à travers la crépine 8.The outlet 72 of the drain pump 7 opens advantageously into the bath 2 through the circulation orifice 21 through the strainer 8.

La pompe de vidange 7 permet de vidanger le collecteur 4 qui pourrait encore contenir du liquide après la vidange de la baignoire 2 par l'orifice d'évacuation 22.The drain pump 7 makes it possible to drain the collector 4 which could still contain liquid after the emptying of the bath 2 through the discharge orifice 22.

The drain pump 7 draws the liquid remaining in the manifold 4.2 and feeds it into the bath 2 so that it is then discharged through the discharge orifice 22.

La pompe de vidange 7 a par exemple une puissance de 20W.The drain pump 7 is a pump of lower power than the circulation pump 3. The drain pump 7 has for example a power of 20W.

The drain pump 7 may for example be a piston pump or a vibration pump. This type of pump is known for its robustness.

In a particular embodiment, the control system 12 activates the drain pump 7 after waiting a predefined time interval after the water level in the bath 2 has passed below a predefined threshold.
