Claims (5)
- Appareil de cuisson (1) comprenant une chambre de cuisson (5) qui est délimitée par les parois d'un moufle (10) et qui peut être fermée sur la face avant par une porte (2), ladite porte (2) comportant un canal d'aération (7) dans lequel de l'air de refroidissement (8) peut passer et être évacué par une ouverture (9c) ménagée dans un élément de recouvrement supérieur (9) de la porte, un puits d'air (13) étant réalisé au-dessus d'une couverture (11) du moufle, puits dans lequel l'air de refroidissement (8) évacué de l'élément de recouvrement (9) de la porte peut être introduit à travers une ouverture d'introduction (22) et être évacué d'un boîtier (1a) de l'appareil ménager (1), entre ladite ouverture d'introduction (22) réalisée dans un fond (18) du puits d'air et ladite ouverture (9c) de l'élément de recouvrement étant réalisé un canal d'alimentation (21) destiné à amener l'air de refroidissement (8) de la porte (2) dans le puits d'air (13), caractérisé en ce que le canal d'alimentation (21) s'étend depuis l'ouverture d'introduction (22) en ligne droite obliquement vers le bas et l'avant en direction de la porte (2), ledit canal d'alimentation (21) étant réalisé d'un seul tenant sur le fond (18) du puits d'air, et en ce que dans le sens d'écoulement du flux d'air (20) dans le puits d'air (13), un élément d'étranglement (19) du puits d'air est réalisé en amont de l'orifice d'introduction (22).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture d'introduction (22) est réalisée en amont de façon décalée vers l'arrière par rapport à une extrémité avant (18a) tournée vers la porte (2) du fond (18) du puits d'air.
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le canal d'alimentation (21) débouche par une ouverture supérieure (21a) intégralement dans l'ouverture d'introduction (22).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le canal d'alimentation (21) débouche par une ouverture inférieure (21b) opposée à l'ouverture d'introduction (22) sur une ouverture (12b) formée sur un rebord (12) du moufle, ladite ouverture (12b) du rebord étant alignée sur l'ouverture (9c) de l'élément de recouvrement quand la porte (2) est fermée.
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le puits d'air (13) est réalisé sous forme de puits d'air simple et un ventilateur (14) est monté en amont de l'élément d'étranglement (19) du puits d'air, une zone de dépression (23) étant créée par le flux d'air (20) produit par le ventilateur (14) en direction de l'élément d'étranglement (19) du puits d'air et ledit élément d'étranglement (19) réalisé dans la région de l'ouverture d'introduction (22), permettant d'aspirer l'air de refroidissement (8) de la porte (2) et de l'évacuer du boîtier (1a) à l'aide du flux d'air (20) dans le puits d'air (13) sur une extrémité du puits d'air (13) opposée au ventilateur (14).
