- Connexion électrique par fiche entre un circuit imprimé (2) muni d'au moins une pièce de raccordement (4) et une lame de contact (24) pouvant être introduite dans la pièce de raccordement (4) à travers une cavité (10) du circuit imprimé (2) et issue d'une feuille de métal (18) appartenant en particulier à un dispositif de chauffage électrique destiné à un véhicule automobile, dans laquelle la pièce de raccordement (4) présente une section de fixation (6) placée sur le circuit imprimé (2) et dont dépassent des lames flexibles (8) qui font saillie à l'intérieur de la cavité (10) depuis des côtés opposés,
caractérisée en ce que
la lame de contact (24) présente au moins une surface de contact (30) surélevée par rapport au plan (E2) de la feuille de métal (18), s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal de la lame de contact (24), et sur le côté supérieur (34) de laquelle se trouve au moins une des lames flexibles (8) à l'état inséré. - Connexion électrique par fiche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins trois lames flexibles (8.1, 8.2, 8.3) sont prévues successivement dans le sens longitudinal de la cavité (10), dans laquelle la lame flexible médiane (8.2) appartenant auxdites trois lames flexibles (8.1, 8.2, 8.3) se trouve sur un autre côté que les deux lames flexibles extérieures (8.1, 8.3) appartenant auxdites trois lames flexibles (8.1, 8.2, 8.3), et en ce que la surface de contact (36.2) jouxtant la lame flexible médiane (8.2) de la feuille de métal (18) se trouve sur un autre plan (E3) que les surfaces de contact (30.1, 30.2), jouxtant les deux lames flexibles extérieures (8.1, 8.3), de la feuille de métal (18).
- Connexion électrique par fiche selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la surface de contact (36) surélevée par rapport au plan (E2) de la feuille de métal (18) est réalisée à travers le côté supérieur d'une nervure de mise en place (32) réalisée par déformation de la feuille de métal (18) et s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal de la lame de contact (24).
- Connexion électrique par fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une section avant (44), prévue à l'avant de la lame de contact (24) et placée devant la au moins une surface de contact surélevée (36), présente des surfaces supérieure et inférieure (46, 48) planes opposées qui sont agencées entre les surfaces de contact (30, 36) réalisées sur les côtés supérieur et inférieur (28, 34) de la feuille de métal (18).
- Connexion électrique par fiche selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la section avant (44) est biseautée ou arrondie à son extrémité.
- Connexion électrique par fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que seulement deux plans (E1, E3) contenant l'ensemble des surfaces de contact (30, 36) sont créés.
- Connexion électrique par fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la lame de contact (24) fait saillie à l'extrémité d'une base de feuille (60) d'une largeur supérieure à celle de la lame de contact (24) et en ce que la surface de contact (36) surélevée par rapport au plan (E2) de la feuille de métal (18) s'étend jusque dans la base de feuille de métal (60).
- Connexion électrique par fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les lames flexibles (8) reposent de manière ponctuelle sur la feuille de métal (18).
- Dispositif de chauffage électrique pour un véhicule automobile, muni d'au moins un élément chauffant CTP à feuilles de contact orientées de manière essentiellement parallèle les unes aux autres et accueillant entre elles au moins un élément CTP et d'un circuit imprimé de raccordement (16) qui forme au moins une cavité (10) traversé par une lame de contact (24) créée au sein d'une feuille de contact, en vue d'un raccordement électrique de l'élément chauffant CTP au circuit imprimé de raccordement (16),
caractérisé en ce que
une connexion électrique par fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 est prévue entre la lame de contact (24) de l'élément chauffant CTP et le circuit imprimé de raccordement (16) et/ou entre le circuit imprimé de raccordement (16) et un circuit imprimé de commande (2) équipé. - Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le circuit imprimé de raccordement (16) comprend une plaque de support, réalisée à partir d'un matériau électriquement isolant, et la feuille de métal (18) qui y est reliée et qui est usinée par estampage afin de réaliser une pluralité de lames de contact (24) et une pluralité de circuits conducteurs électriquement séparés les uns des autres et conduisant à des lames de contact (24) différentes.
