Claims (15)

  1. Ascenseur comprenant une structure portante qui délimite à l'intérieur un arbre vertical pour le mouvement d'une cabine, ladite structure portante comprenant des montants (1) reliés fermement les uns aux autres par des organes transversaux (2), caractérisé en ce que chaque organe transversal (2) possède des cloisons longitudinales (13, 14, 15, 16, 17) qui délimitent une cavité longitudinale (7) ouverte vers l'intérieur de la structure portante, aux extrémités dudit organe transversal (2) étant prévu au moins un élément de raccordement (19) et au moins un volet plat (18) destiné à reposer contre une première ou une seconde cloison longitudinale plate (9, 10) des montants (1), ledit au moins un élément de raccordement (19) et ledit au moins un volet en appui (18) formant un seul tenant avec lesdites cloisons longitudinales (13, 14, 15, 16, 17) de l'organe transversal (2), en ce que les montants (1) possèdent une pluralité d'éléments (21) destinés à se mettre en prise avec ledit au moins un élément de raccordement (19) prévu à un pas prédéterminé le long desdites première et seconde cloisons longitudinales (9, 10), en ce que au niveau des jonctions de la structure portante, où deux organes transversaux (2) sont reliés à une de leurs extrémités à un montant (1), les volets (18) des extrémités adjacentes des deux organes transversaux (2) sont fixés à plat contre la première ou la seconde cloison longitudinale respective (9, 10) du montant (4), et en ce qu'il soit prévu un premier bloc de fixation (23) positionné dans la cavité (7) des deux organes transversaux (2) contre le volet (18) des deux organes transversaux (2), un second bloc de fixation (24) positionné dans la cavité (4) du montant (1) contre les première et seconde cloisons longitudinales (9, 10) du montant (1), et au moins une vis de fixation (25) placée à travers l'ouverture longitudinale (5) de la cavité (4) du montant (1), ladite vis de fixation (25) reliant ledit premier bloc de fixation (23) et ledit second bloc de fixation (24) de manière à attacher le volet (18) des deux organes transversaux (2) à la première ou à la deuxième cloison longitudinale respective (9, 10) du montant (1).

Ascenseur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les montants (1) possèdent la configuration d'un prisme droit ayant une section transversale à angle droit ayant la forme d'un triangle rectangle, ladite section à angle droit étant ouverte dans son hypoténuse, et en ce que ladite première cloison longitudinale (9), ladite seconde cloison longitudinal (10) et ladite ouverture longitudinale (5) de la cavité (4) des montants (1) définissent une première face latérale du prisme qui comprend ladite hypoténuse de ladite section triangulaire à angle droit, une troisième cloison longitudinale (11) des montants (1) définit une seconde face latérale du prisme qui comporte un premier côté de l'angle droit de ladite section triangulaire à angle droit, et une quatrième cloison longitudinale (12) des montants (1) définit une troisième face latérale du prisme qui comporte un second côté de l'angle droit de ladite section triangulaire à angle droit.
  3. Ascenseur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que lesdits organes transversaux (2) comprennent une première cloison longitudinale plate (13) coplanaire à la troisième ou à la quatrième cloison longitudinale (10, 11) des montants (1), des seconde et troisième cloisons longitudinales plates (14, 15) qui se prolongent orthogonalement à partir des bords longitudinaux de leur première cloison longitudinale (13) avec laquelle ils délimitent leur cavité d'ouverture (7), et des quatrième et respectivement cinquième cloisons longitudinales coplanaires plates (16, 17) qui se prolongent orthogonalement à partir du bord longitudinal de leur seconde et respectivement troisième cloisons longitudinales (14, 15) sur leur côté étant à l'opposé de celui orienté vers leur première cloison longitudinale (13).
  4. Ascenseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un élément de raccordement (19) est plat et dépasse de façon coplanaire de l'extension d'une cloison longitudinale plate (14, 15) des organes transversaux (2).
  5. Ascenseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un volet (18) dépasse d'un angle de courbure à partir de l'extension d'une cloison longitudinale plate (13) des organes transversaux (2).
  6. Ascenseur selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier bloc (23) à une forme de coin étant fonctionnelle sur la première cloison longitudinale (13) des deux organes transversaux (2) de manière à générer sa déformation, utile pour rétablir des tolérances de construction et renforcer l'adaptation desdites dents (20).
  7. Ascenseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un panneau en tôle (43) pour combler, dans au moins une ouverture de la structure portante et ayant une cloison principale plate (44) positionnée alignée avec la première cloison longitudinale (13) des deux organes transversaux (2) étant insérée entre, au moins une première cloison d'appui plate (45, 47) qui se prolonge orthogonalement d'un bord de la cloison principale (44) et repose respectivement contre la seconde ou troisième cloison longitudinale (14, 15) de l'un des deux organes transversaux (2), et au moins une seconde cloison d'appui plate (46, 48) qui se prolonge orthogonalement d'un bord de la première cloison d'appui plate (45, 47) et repose contre ladite quatrième ou cinquième cloison longitudinale (16, 17) dudit un des deux organes transversaux (2).
  8. Ascenseur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une attache (49) destinée à fixer ledit panneau de remplissage en tôle (43), ladite attache (49) attachant ladite seconde cloison en appui plate (46, 48) contre ladite quatrième ou cinquième cloison longitudinale (16, 17) dudit un des deux organes transversaux (2).
  9. Ascenseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdits montants (1) sont constitués de sections (3) pouvant être assemblées de manière à moduler la longueur des montants (1), des moyens de raccordement rapides étant prévus entre des sections (3) des montants (1), et comprennent un insert (32), à son tour comprenant une plaque longitudinale plate (33) positionnée à plat contre le côté intérieur de la première et de la seconde cloison longitudinale (9, 10) des sections (3), et associée à une contreplaque longitudinale plate (34) positionnée à plat contre le côté extérieur de la première et de la seconde cloison longitudinale (9, 10) des sections (3).
  10. Ascenseur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit insert (32) comprend un profil en forme de Ω (37) à la base duquel ladite plaque (33) est fixée.

Ascenseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 et 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit insert (32), dans une position intermédiaire, possède des organes d'interférence dépassant latéralement (35) se mettant en prise avec des sièges d'appui respectifs (36) pourvus aux extrémités des deux sections (3).
  12. Ascenseur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que lesdits sièges d'appui (36) comprennent des rainures (40) le long des angles des sections (3).
  13. Ascenseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 4 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un panneau en verre (57) pour combler dans au moins une ouverture de la structure portante, et des moyens pour fixer ledit panneau de remplissage en verre (57) à un organe transversal (2), lesdits moyens comprenant un support longitudinal (50) présentant centralement un siège d'engagement (51) sur le côté de l'organe transversal (2) orienté vers l'extérieur de la structure portante, ledit support (50) étant directement fixé à une bride d'attache (52) positionnée sur le côté de l'organe transversal (2) orienté vers l'intérieur de la structure portante.

Ascenseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 et 14, caractérisé en ce que pour régler la distance à laquelle ledit support (50) est positionné par rapport au montant (1), il est prévu une plaque en forme de « L » (65) ayant des orifices (66) servant à mettre en prise des boutons (67) prévus dans une rainure (68) à la base du renfoncement (51).
