Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Herstellung von Halbzeug für eine Fertigung von Gegenständen, insbesondere Werkzeugen, aus einer ausscheidungshärtbaren Legierung mit einer Zusammensetzung in Gew.-% Co = 15.0 bis 30.0, Mo bis 20.0, W bis 25.0, Fe und herstellungsbedingte Verunreinigungen als Rest.
Um eine wirtschaftliche hochpräzise Fertigung mit vermindertem Aufwand von Gegenständen bzw. Werkzeugen obiger Legierung zu erreichen, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, in der Matrix vom Typ (Fe+(29xCo))+ etwa 1 Gew.-% Mo des Halbzeuges eine Ausformung von Ordnungsstrukturen der Fe- und Co- Atome durch eine thermische Sonderbehandlung zu verhindern und derart eine Bearbeitbarkeit des Werkstoffes zu verbessern.
