a presente invenção refere-se a um material de aço que oferece uma combinação de propriedades que é otimizada para a produção de componentes que são submetidos a altas tensões mecânicas, corrosivas, térmicas e abrasivas durante o uso prático. para essa finalidade, o material de aço de acordo com a invenção é produzido através de metalurgia dos pós e é composto como segue (em % em peso): c: 3,0 a 5,0%, si: 0,3 a 2,0%, mn: 0,3 a 2,0%, p: 0 a <0,035%, s: 0 a <0,35%, n: 0 a <0,12%, cr: 11,0 a 15,0%, mo: 0,5 a 2,0%, v: 13,5 a 16,5%, opcionalmente, um elemento ou uma pluralidade de elementos do grupo de "nb, ni co, w", onde o teor dos elementos "ni, co, w" é de no máximo 1,0% respectivamente e o teor de nb é de no máximo 2,0% e o resíduo consiste de ferro e impurezas inevitáveis, onde as partículas de material duro podem estar presentes nos teores de até 30% em peso na matriz de aço composta dessa forma. um produto semiacabado sólido é formado por um processo de sinterização ou um processo aditivo a partir de um pó de liga de aço ligado dessa forma que sofre um tratamento térmico e é, então, acabado para formar o componente respectivo.
