Zu Rollen 3 gewickelte Materialbahnen 12, insbesondere von Haushalts- oder Sanitärpapier benötigen im Allgemeinen, da sie von einem Strang geschnitten werden, stirnseitig vorstehende Lagerzapfen 4, 5, wenn sie nach dem Öffnen eines Deckels 25 in Führungen 21, 24 eines Spenders 20 (Fig. 1) eingesetzt und dort in einer Spendeposition 10 drehbar gelagert werden. Die Lagerzapfen 4, 5 sind dabei an den Enden eines Tragstabs 1 vorgesehen, wobei in den Figuren 2, 3 und 7 links ein einfacher zylindrischer Lagerzapfen 4 gezeichnet ist, der in eine Nut einer Führung 24 des Spenders 20 passt. Der Lagerzapfen 5 weist daher eine Nut 8 an der freien Stirnseite auf, die gegengleich zur Rippe 22 an der Wand des Spenders 20 ausgebildet ist. Die Seitenwände der Nut 8 sind Passflächen 9, die im Gegensatz zur Umfangsfläche des Lagerzapfens 5 keine Rotationsflächen darstellen, sondern insbesondere eben sind, und zu denen Gegenflächen 23 an der Rippe 22 vorgesehen sind. Da sich die Rippe 22 nicht nur in der Einführposition 15 am Anfang der Führung 21, sondern über deren gesamte Länge bis in die Spendeposition 10 erstreckt, folgt der Tragstab 1 der Krümmung der Rippe 22, wenn er, wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist, aus der Einführposition 15 (rechts in Fig. 3) in die Spendeposition 10 (links in Fig. 3) verschoben wird. In der Spendeposition 10 verdreht sich die Rolle 3 auf dem Mittelbereich 2 des Tragstabs 1, wenn die Materialbahn 12 in Richtung des Pfeiles 11 abgezogen wird.
