Um die Rollen 3 nur lagerichtig in die unterschiedlichen Führungen 21, 24 des Spenders 20 einsetzen zu können, sodass die Materialbahn 12 immer an derselben Seite von der Rolle 3 abgezogen wird (Fig. 1, 7), ist die Führung 21 als von der Wand des Spenders 20 vorstehende Rippe 22 ausgebildet, die von der Einführposition 15 in die Spendeposition 10 durchgängig ist, und auf die der entsprechend ausgebildete Bereich des Lagerzapfens 5 in der Einführposition 15 aufgeschoben werden kann. Der Lagerzapfen 5 weist daher eine Nut 8 an der freien Stirnseite auf, die gegengleich zur Rippe 22 an der Wand des Spenders 20 ausgebildet ist. Die Seitenwände der Nut 8 sind Passflächen 9, die im Gegensatz zur Umfangsfläche des Lagerzapfens 5 keine Rotationsflächen darstellen, sondern insbesondere eben sind, und Gegenflächen 23 an der Rippe 22 vorgesehen sind. Da sich die Rippe 22 nicht nur in der Einführposition 15 am Anfang der Führung 21, sondern über deren gesamte Länge bis in die Spendeposition 10 erstreckt, kann sich die Rolle 3 auf dem Mittelbereich 2 des Tragstabs 1 verdrehen, wenn, wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist, die Rolle 3 aus der Einführposition 15 (rechts in Fig. 3) in den Spender 20 in die Spendeposition 10 (links in Fig. 3) geschoben wird, da der Tragstab 1 mit dem Lagerzapfen 5 der Krümmung der Rippe 22 folgen muss, und verdreht sich auf dem Tragstab 1 in der Spendeposition 10, wenn die Materialbahn 12 in Richtung des Pfeiles 11 abgezogen wird. Der Lagerzapfen 4 verringert sich konisch im Durchmesser, um das Einsetzen des Tragstabes 1 in eine kernlos gewickelte Rolle 3 zu ermöglichen bzw. zu erleichtern. Auch dieser Tragstab kann Materialaussparungen 6 im Mittelbereich 2 aufweisen. Fig. 8 shows a variant in which both guides 21, 24 of the dispenser and both bearing pins 4, 5 are of similar design. Claims (6)

  1. A dispensing system having a dispenser (20) for portions of a material web (12) wound to form a roll (3) that have to be severed, and having at least one material web wound to form a roll (3) that is provided on the central region (2) of a support bar (1) which, on each end, has a bearing journal (4, 5) projecting from the roll, wherein on at least one of the two bearing journals (5) a mating surface (9) which is not configured to be a rotation surface is provided, wherein the dispenser, for each of the two bearing journals (4, 5), displays a guide (21, 24) which ends in a dispensing position (10), and, for each of the bearing journals (5) provided with the mating surface (9), a counter surface (23) to the mating surface (9) is provided at the commencement of the guide (21), such that inserting the roll (3) into the dispenser (20) is only possible when the mating surface (9) and its counter surface (23) coincide at the insertion position (15), wherein the counter surface (23) of the dispenser (20), on the guide (21), extends up into the dispensing position (10), and wherein the roll (3) is rotatably disposed on the central region (2) of the support bar (1) which, in the dispensing position (10), is rotationally fixed, characterized in that the bearing journal (5), in the end side, has a groove (8), and that the guide (21) on the dispenser (20) is formed by a projecting ridge (22) onto which the groove (8) can be pushed.
  2. The dispensing system as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the groove (8) and the ridge (22) are configured in a dove-tail shape.
  3. A refill having a material web (12) wound, preferably in a coreless manner, to form a roll (3) and two bearing journals (4, 5) of which each forms an end part of a support bar (1) which projects on both sides from the roll, for use in a dispensing system as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the roll (3) is rotatably disposed on the central region (2) of the support bar (1), and wherein at least one of the two bearing journals (5) is provided with a groove (8) provided with a mating surface (9) which is not configured to be a rotation surface, characterized in that the groove (8) is arranged in the end side of the bearing journal (5).
  4. The refill as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the winding of the material web (12) encloses the central region (2) of the support bar (1) in such a manner that a breakaway torque of at most 0.2 Nm, preferably of 0.1 Nm, has to be introduced for drawing off the material web (12).
  5. The refill as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that a follow-on torque for unwinding the material web (12) that becomes effective after overcoming the breakaway torque is between 0.0025 Nm and 0.1 Nm, preferably 0.05 Nm.
  6. The refill as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that a clearance (13) exists between the central region (2) of the support bar (1) and the roll (3).
