Abstract
Description
Description: The invention relates to a dispenser having a guideway for guiding a material web wound into a roll from above into a dispensing position in which portions of the material web to be separated can be unwound, wherein a form-locking element is provided in the guideway via which the rotation of an end face from the role protruding bearing pin can be prevented.
Such a donor can be found, for example, WO 2013/123535 or WO 2013/123536. The dispenser has an inwardly projecting rib for guiding a roll of paper on the side wall extending continuously from the beginning of the guideway to the inner end. When inserting a new roll of paper, the end groove in the journal engages over the rib and moves along the rib to the inner end at which the dispensing position is provided. It has now been found that, depending on the shaping or stronger curvature of the guide track, the roller can become jammed on the rib after insertion into the dispenser and does not drop into the dispensing position by itself. This can also be the case with flat guidance of the guideway. A rib at the entrance of the guideway has the advantage that the role to be used must have a bearing pin of the same design, so that the use of "wrong" roles is difficult. This is shown for example in EP 657134. However, this rib at the entrance is not an anti-rotation, for which there is no need.
The invention now proposes that the positive-locking element is provided only in the dispensing position at the inner end of the guideway and the dispenser above the interlocking element has a backstop in the guideway. Thus, the largest part of the guideway without form-fitting element, for example, as an open groove with a rectangular cross-section, is formed in which only the end of the dispensing position defining end of the positive locking element is arranged, which prevents the rotation of the inserted journal here.
The backstop may be formed in particular by a resiliently deflecting when feeding the roller in the dispensing position wedge or the like. The wedge can dodge in the axis of the roll, d. H. to be pushed outward; Alternatively, however, it may be formed by a pivoting hook projecting into the guideway and pushed to the side as it passes through the journal.
The end of the guideway for the role is limited in a preferred embodiment by a support which can be solved after removal of the last remnant of the web, swung out or removed, so that the bearing pin or a support rod, the two protruding ends form journals from which donor can fall down. For this purpose, no guideway is necessary, so that it is sufficient to provide a collecting space from which the parts are removed only when inserting a refill.
Preferably, the form-fitting element is formed as at the end of the guideway, in particular centrally extending rib, but other shapes are conceivable that prevent rotation of the journal in the roller axis. The form-fitting element may for example also be provided on an insert part, which is latched or glued into the dispensing position at the inner end of the guideway into the side wall of the dispenser.
The invention also relates to a dispensing system with a dispenser as described above and with at least one refill, each one wound into a roll of material web, in particular paper, z. As toilet paper, towel paper, etc., and has a rotatably projecting from the roller bearing journal, on the front side a diametrically opposite form-fitting element is provided. The opposing positive locking element is preferably formed as a diametrical groove, whose side walls are mirror-inverted convex, so that their distance from each other in the middle is the shortest, and increases towards the ends.
The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the figures of the accompanying drawings, without being limited thereto. 1 shows a schematic oblique view of a dispenser, [0010] FIGS. 2 and 3 each show an inside view of a side wall with a refill in two different positions, [0011] FIGS. 4 and 5 each show a partial cross section through the side walls a dispenser housing in the middle part of the guide track and in the dispensing position, and Fig. 6 shows a partial cross section through the side wall rotated by 90 °
Fig. 5.
A dispenser for toilet paper, towel paper or the like has, according to FIG. 1, a housing 1 with a rear wall, two mutually parallel side walls 3 and an openable cover 2. In the mutually parallel side walls 3, two differently shaped guideways 20 each extend in a plane from an upper input area 15 down into a dispensing position 10, in the elements not shown here temporary support 17 to the exhaustion of a roll to 8 coreless or on a Cardboard core wound material web 12 form. The roller 8 is supported by wings 14 or the like of end caps 9 or a dashed line support rod 9 ', and rotates about its axis 11 in which different bearing pins 4, 5 project beyond the roller 8 on both sides. A journal 4 is rotationally fixed, and the second journal 5 is provided with an end groove 6 and rotatably disposed on the end cap 9 and the support rod 9 ', leaving a gap 7.
As shown in FIG. 4, the two guide tracks 20 each have a specific, individually designable, preferably rectangular cross section, which is adapted to the associated bearing pin 4, 5. 4 shows a section at approximately half the height according to the line IV-IV shown in FIG. 2 and passes through the roller 8 located in the guideways 20 on the way down into the dispensing position 10.
At the end of the guideways 20, where the dispensing position is reached, the cross section of the provided for the rotatable bearing pin 5 guideway deviates from the simple rectangular shape, since there is a positive locking element 21 provided by engaging in the end-side groove 6 of Bearing 5 whose rotation blocked. The dispensing position 10 is downwardly, preferably on both sides, limited by a removable support 17 and upwardly by a backstop 22, which is formed for example by a in the passage of the roller 8 resiliently evading wedge (see Fig. 6). The positive-locking element 21 is designed, in particular, as a short longitudinally extending rib on which the groove 6 of the bearing journal 5 slides. In Fig. 2, the dispensing position 10 is additionally provided with webs 18 projecting inwardly from both edges of the guide track 20, which engage in the gap 7 on the side of the second bearing journal 5. FIG. 5 shows this more clearly in a section through the dispensing position 10 according to the line V-V shown in FIG.
At the beginning 15 of the guideways 20, where the refills are inserted into the dispenser, coding elements can be provided to verify the use of proper and suitable products, which are shown only in Fig. 2. These comprise a second form-locking element 2T, which corresponds to the positive-locking element 21 and detects the groove 6 in the rotatable bearing journal 5 there, and webs 18 'which project from the edges and engage in the gap 7.
Both coding elements 18 ', 2T may be provided on a locked or glued into the side wall 3 insert part, whereby different coding options can be achieved in a simple manner.
The supports 17 are preferably formed by swinging elements, which are shown only stylized, and release the dispensing position 10 as soon as the last portion of the web 12 of the roller 8 has been issued. The remaining Abrollhilfsmittel 4, 5, 9 can thereby escape from the guideway down into the collecting space 16 shown schematically.
