Fig. 4 zeigt einen ähnlichen Ausschnitt wie Fig. 3.
The present invention relates to a folding roller shutter, the bar armor is guided over an upper deflection point, the bar armor is forced down behind the upper deflection point and there folds on a base to at least one vertical stack of bars lying flat on top of each other, the bar armor by multi-link Having drawstrings connected hollow profile rods.
The disadvantage of such previously known folding roller shutters is that the hollow that is movably attached below.
profile rods do not have the option to both sides of each pivoting 1800 against each other and thus being folded on top of each other as desired.
Folding shutters, which fold over a deflection point, are previously known, with the folding being able to be carried out horizontally, obliquely or vertically. Various ways are possible as an aid to folding.
The guidance of the rods with short and long lateral pins is also previously known.
The inventive roller shutter, which is characterized by the fact that the draw-through belts are made up of at least three-part parts, of which a double hinge connection is arranged between two consecutive rods, which in the extended state enables the rods to be folded over by +1800 on each other, is achieved .
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention will then be explained with reference to figures which depict sections of roller shutters.
Show it:
1 shows a detail of a hollow profile rod in longitudinal section with two three-part parts of a pull-through belt,
FIG. 2 in a purely schematic representation a section through the roller shutter according to FIG. 1, according to section line II-II,
Fig. 3 to 8 covered upper parts of folding roller shutters with bar armor, the upper deflection point and the stacking platform for the hollow profile bars.
In Fig. 1 a section of a hollow profile rod 1 can be seen in longitudinal section. Its upper edge is designed as a roof-shaped upper side 3, while the upper edge takes place at the end by a chamfered lower side 5. The top 3 is provided with a shorter 8, the bottom 5 with a longer slot 7. A plate-shaped member 10, for example made of spring steel, is inserted through the slot 8 and is bent over at the top to form a hinge holder 16.
The link 10 also has an opening 17. It is bent out at the lower end to form a locking strip 18 which, after the plate-shaped member 10 has been inserted through the slot 7 into the hollow profile rod 1, holds this member 10 because it is at the top - because it is wider than the slot 8. In the hinge holder 16, a hinge member 12 in the form of a wire bent several times - a punched bracket can also be used - is inserted, on the free edge of which a coupling member 14 is also pivotably attached.
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, the coupling member 14 of the subsequent hollow profile rod (not shown) is provided with a head 20 which is inserted into the opening 17. The formation of the head 20 and its bend from the main plane of the coupling member 14 enable this Movement in the opening 17, which opening 17 is dimensioned such that when the coupling member 14 is pushed into its upper position, in which the shoulder of the member 14 rests on the upper edge of the opening 17, the hinge member 12 partially recedes into the slot 7, so that the hollow profile rods 1 can be pushed together in such a way that the roof-shaped top side 3 of one hollow profile bar 1 enters the grooved underside 5 of the next hollow profile bar 1. A telescope-like insertion takes place.
The bars can touch one another in the vertical guide rail and thus close the armored surface, or the bars can be pulled apart and thus serve to regulate air and light.
When the three links 10, 12 and 14 are in the extended position, the two hollow profile rods 1 can be placed on top of one another by pivoting in one or the other direction of rotation by 1800 each. This offers the possibility of a completely free stacking of the links. Furthermore, the hinge member 12 is very easily accessible, so that a corresponding profile rod can also be easily removed and reattached for repairs. Due to the double hinge, any change in the angle of hollow profile rods takes place effortlessly and practically free of force. Tilting, jamming or jamming is impossible with this three-part arrangement within the practically applicable framework.
The use of such profile rods, which are held together by draw-through belts, in roller shutters is explained below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 8. 3 shows a deflection and folding box 30, which forms the upper end of a complete roller shutter system.
In the box 30 there is a deflecting conveyor reel 32 with opposing recesses 33 and 34.
At the front of the box 30 is the box front wall 36, at the rear the box rear wall 37 and at the top a box cover 38 as a closure. Behind the front wall 36, an outer partition 40 is provided which, together with the front wall 36, defines an outer guide channel 41. The outer partition 40 is followed by a middle partition 44, which two walls together define an inner guide channel 45. This adjoins an inner wall 46 which, with the wall 44, defines an inner channel 43. The upper end of the folding shutter is represented by hollow profile rods 47 to 56. These hollow profile bars 47 to 56 are connected to one another in the sense of FIGS. 1 to 2. The following hollow profile rods alternately have an outer guide nose 58, a middle 59, an inner 60, etc. The walls 40, 44 and 46 serve to guide the guide lugs 58, 59 and 60.
After the folding process explained below, the hollow profile rods arrive on a support 61.
When the folding shutter is pulled up, this is done by turning the deflecting conveyor reel 32 clockwise. The evenly arranged hollow profile rods, guided by the guide lugs 58, 59 and 60, are pulled up, with a respective guide lug 59 reaching the corresponding recess 33. The next hollow profile rod 48, provided with an outer guide nose 58, is guided through this in the outer guide channel 41 in the manner shown. The nose 59 of the following rod comes into the recess 34, the next but one rod with its nose 60 into the inner channel 43 and so on. In this way, for example, the noses 58 of the uneven hollow profile rods get into the central guide hole.
nal 45, while of the straight ones with the outer or inner lugs 59 and 60 enter the outer or inner guide channel 41 and 43, respectively, which is widened at the end, where they come to the right place from the guided rod with the central guide lug 59 , and into the correct position, as shown in FIG. 3. The result is the harmonica-like stacked structure in which two hollow profile rods 55, 56 each lie side by side and thus form a coherent double stack.
When the shutter is lowered, the deflecting conveyor reel 32 rotates counterclockwise and the processes described take place in the reverse order.
FIG. 4 shows a section similar to FIG. 3. In this construction, a deflecting conveyor body 70 is provided which has a square cross section and two recesses 71 and 72 are created on two opposite side surfaces by forming corresponding driver cams. In this embodiment, three different groups of hollow profile rods 74, 75 and 76 are provided, which differ in that the profile rods 74 have no nose, the hollow profile rods 75 have a nose 78 arranged transversely to the longitudinal direction and the hollow profile rods 76 rotated by 900 with respect to the nose 87 Lugs 79. A guide channel 81 is provided on the front side, which is divided into an outer channel 84 and an inner channel 86 after the deflecting conveyor body 70 by a fixed switch.
While the noseless hollow profile rods 74 reach the two surfaces during the conveying process in which the deflecting conveyor body 70 rotates, as one of the hollow profile rods 74 shows. The hollow profile rods 75 and 76 provided with the noses 78 and 79, however, reach one or the other of the recesses 71, 72 with these noses, whereby, depending on the position of the noses 78, 79, either the noses 78 slide out of the earlier Recesses 71, 72 and sliding into the outer channel 84 or the lugs 79 are taken along in the recesses 71, 72 and the lug 79 is only released after this lug has been reached and inserted into the inner channel 86.
Thus, every fourth hollow profile rod 76 passes into the inner channel 86 and every fourth hollow profile rod 75 into the outer channel 84. The intermediate profiles 74, on the other hand, lie alternately in this or that channel.
FIG. 5 shows a further variant in which a switch control element 90 with a pivotable spring 91 is provided as an essential difference compared to the previous embodiments. Here every second profile rod 94 is provided with a pin 93, while the hollow profile rods 94 lying in between are guided by the preceding and following hollow profile rod 94 without any attachments or attachments. The conveying and deflection takes place here as well by a deflecting conveyor body 70 with the recesses 71 and 72, corresponding to the body according to FIG. 4. In the position of the switch actuator 90 shown with a solid line, the rod 94 enters the outer channel 84, with its pin 93 detected the actuator 90 and pivoted it clockwise. At the same time, the spring 91 folds over, and the torque exerted on the actuator 90 thus changes direction.
While the following, pegless element 95 now passes through the inner channel 86, the next hollow profile rod 94, again provided with a peg 93, follows. The switch actuator 90 located in the dashed position is now captured by the peg 93 of this hollow profile rod 94 and again into its other switch position position (solid line) pivoted. In this way, the hollow profile rods are stacked in pairs on the corresponding support 88.
The embodiment according to FIG. 6, with the exception of the switch and its control, is the same as that according to FIG. 5. Here, the deflecting conveyor body 70 carries two diametrically opposite eccentrics 100 which move a switch body 106 by means of an angle lever 102.
The angle lever 102 can be pivoted about the pivot axis 104. When the body 70 is rotated and the hollow profile rods 94 and 95 are moved, the rods 94 provided with the pins 93 go once into the inner and the next time into the outer channel 86 and 84. Here, the switch is not set by the hollow profile rods themselves, but directly through the drive via eccentric and angle lever.
A further embodiment is shown in FIG. 7, in which the folding shutter is constructed from the same elements, that is from hollow profile rods according to FIGS. 5 and 6. For this construction there is a deflecting conveyor wheel 110 with two diametrically opposed grooves 116 and 117 for receiving the pins 93 provided. A disk 112, on which a sector 114 of 900 protrudes on one side in the axial direction, serves as a movable switch. While the deflecting conveyor wheel 110 moves clockwise when the folding shutter is being drawn in, the guide disk 112 rotates in the counterclockwise direction. If a hollow profile rod 94 with a pin 93 reaches the guide disk 112, this will, depending on its position, only release the pin 93 via the inner channel 86 or it will remove it from the groove 116 or
117, drop freely into the funnel to the outer channel 84.
In this way, a two-row stack is again created, the hollow profile rods 94 provided with the pegs 93 being guided alternately in the inner channel 86 and in the outer channel 84.
A slightly modified construction is shown in FIG. 8. In this, a deflecting conveyor body 120 is provided at the same time due to its special design as a switch actuator of the switch 83. The asymmetrical conveyor body 120 can be rotated about an axis of rotation 121, clockwise when the shutter is opened and counterclockwise when the shutter is lowered. It also has, in accordance with the explanations according to FIGS. 4 and 5, grooves 123 and 124 formed between two double bolts, into which the following hollow profile rods equipped with pins 93 are inserted.
The distance of the grooves 123 and 124 from the axis of rotation 121 is different, however, so that in one case the hollow profile rod 94 enters the inner channel 86, and in the next case, when the conveyor body 120 has rotated 1800, due to the dashed position of the come to rest in the groove 123 by means of the pin 93 guided hollow profile rod in the outer channel. In this way, a stack of two takes place, as in the other versions.
The exemplary embodiments described show a large number of possibilities which arise on the basis of the known prior art for the conveying and stacking mechanism. All of these exemplary designs are problem-free if the individual hollow profile rods are connected by the draw-through belts made up of three-part parts.
