Description

The invention relates to a dispensing system with a dispenser for separated sections of a wound into a roll of material web and at least one wound to a roll of material web, at its two end faces each projecting with respect to the roller rotatably mounted bearing pin, wherein at least one journal has an end portion on whose circumference a bearing surface configured as a surface of revolution and in the free end face of which a recess with a mating face not formed as a surface of revolution are provided, wherein the dispenser for the at least one bearing journal has a guide ending in a dispensing position in which the end portion of the bearing journal is rotatably mounted is, and at the beginning of a constriction is provided with a mating surface to the mating surface of the journal, and wherein the insertion of the role in the dispenser is possible only when coincidence of the mating surface and its counter surface. Furthermore, the invention also relates to a web wound into a roll for use in this dispensing system.

A surface which is not formed as a surface of revolution is understood to mean a surface whose generatrix varies at a distance from the axis of the journal and the roller. Not designed as a surface of revolution surfaces are thus, possibly also curved, side surfaces of webs or grooves, which are provided on the front side of the bearing pin, step surfaces in a gradation of the journal end, or a prismatic lateral surface at the end portion of the journal.

Such rolls comprise different material webs which are supported on cores or core sleeves ( EP 657 134 ) or coreless ( WO 99/26521 ) are wound, with the end face bearing journals are mounted in order to roll the web can. This is especially true when the rolls are cut from a roll strand, as is generally the case with household paper, sanitary paper, toilet paper, etc. For the attachment of the journals offer several possibilities. On the one hand are in the role of two end pieces ( WO 99/26521 ) or end caps ( US 5,249,755 . WO 99/12919 ) can be used, from which protrude the journals. On the other hand, the rollers with continuous support bars ( US 4 340 195 ), wherein the support rods are longer than the rollers and the protruding end portions form the journals. Receivers or guides for such roles on holders or dispensers generally have grooves into which the journals are inserted. After WO 99/26521 the coreless wound rolls are provided with frontal depressions, in which engage the journals. In this case, the roller rotates on the journal, and these are rotationally fixed in the guides of the dispenser arranged. The journals have a circumferential groove, which is engaged behind by webs on the guides. A similar axial guidance is also in the dispenser after the US 4 340 195 given. In most cases care must be taken to ensure the correct arrangement of the rollers, so that the end of the material web always hangs from the roller on the same side. For this purpose it is known ( US Pat. No. 3,602,450 . US 4 340 195 ), the bearing pins and the associated guides on the two sides with different diameters and correspondingly different distances of the guide surfaces of the guides form. The WO 96/23719 has a circumferential groove in the smaller of the two journals. There, the circumferential groove serves to provide more than one criterion on at least one side to make it difficult to insert incorrectly. Thus, for example, two separate rotation surfaces may be provided on the bearing journal, which correspond to two webs or ribs on the guide surfaces. As an additional advantage is also stated that bearing journal with two circumferential grooves can be inserted into guides with a rib on the guide surfaces, so that a holder or dispenser can not only take a specific role. This advantage also forms a disadvantage at the same time, since the so-called encryption, ie a concrete determination of mating surfaces and guide surfaces is bypassed when a criterion must not be met on one of the two co-acting parts, and still fit the journals non-violent in the guides ,

In particular, with material webs of low value, such as in household paper, toilet paper or other sanitary papers, the materials used for the journals are rather inexpensive and therefore have only a sufficient stability or strength, which preferably allows repeated use. However, the journals are not safe against damage that may be caused by violent attempts to insert the role despite the clear assignment by the different design of the two sides wrong in the holder or dispenser.

In order to rule out the erroneous insertion of the roles even with a slight use of force, it is from a dispensing system according to the preamble of claim 1 pointing EP 657134 become known to increase the reliability of assignment between journals and guides in that in the insertion of the donor in at least one guide a bottleneck formed by a projecting guide element and the associated bearing pin a corresponding recess. For example, the journal be provided with a diametrical groove on the front side so that it can pass a corresponding web in the guide. The second bearing pin is cylindrical and engages loosely in a guide slot on the other side of the housing.

Since the rollers in the guides must be easy to move, for example, to fall by gravity from a storage position to a lower dispensing position, jamming of the journals in the guides must be avoided as possible. Of course, this is most easily achieved by sufficient play between the interacting parts, but of course the game must not be so great that the roles only wrong again, or that even wrong roles can be inserted.

Since excessive play, especially in the axial direction can lead to these difficulties, it is provided in a dispensing system of the type mentioned above, that the bearing journal has a circumferential groove whose closer to the free end of the journal pin side surface serves as an axial guide surface of the journal, and that the guide of the dispenser is provided with webs projecting into the circumferential groove, on which a guide surface is provided for the axial guide surface of the bearing journal.

In other words, the circumferential groove is adjoined by a flange-like section of larger diameter, which can engage behind a guide surface formed on mutually facing webs on the guide of the holder or dispenser. The bottom of the circumferential groove is in particular a circular cylindrical surface, but may also be a conical surface or the like.

Since there are several possibilities for the design of the constriction in the guide of the dispenser, it is preferably provided that the counter surface and the guide surface of the dispenser are provided on an insert piece inserted into the first section of the guide. The dispensers can therefore be easily adapted to different journals.

Rolled material webs, in particular of household or sanitary paper generally require, since they are cut by a strand, frontally projecting bearing pins 4, 5, which are used in guides of a dispenser and rotatably mounted there. The bearing pins 4, 5 can be provided at the ends of a support rod 1 or end caps 2, 3, which are used for example in a cardboard sleeve 15. In the FIGS. 1 to 3 in each case on the left a simple bearing journal 4 is drawn with a circular cylindrical surface of revolution, which fits into a groove of the guide 20. In principle, however, it is also possible to form the bearing journals 4 and the guides 20 likewise in one of the possibilities described below for the bearing journals 5 and guides 21 shown on the right in each case.

Each journal 5 also has a circular-cylindrical surface of revolution as a bearing surface 8, according to Fig. 1 to 3 is formed by the bottom surface of a circumferential groove 7.

In order to use the rollers only in the correct position in the different guides 20, 21 of the dispenser, constrictions 22 are provided on the guides 21, which can only be passed by appropriately trained areas of the bearing pin 5. The bottlenecks 22 are formed by projecting into the guide 21 projections 25 or the like, on which first guide surfaces are provided, the mating surfaces 23 form, preferably formed parallel to the axis of the roller and provided with rising starting portions 26. Preferably, the bottlenecks 22 are on insert pieces 28 ( Fig. 5, 6 ), which can be inserted into the initial region of the guides 21.

The bearing pins 5 have recesses 12 on the free end faces 11, which are formed opposite to the projections 25 in the guides 21. The recesses 12 are provided with mating surfaces 9, which in contrast to the bearing surfaces 8 do not represent surfaces of revolution, but in particular flat side surfaces of end-side grooves (FIG. Fig. 1, 2, 3 . 4 , 5-right). As the figures show, the mating surfaces 9 and mating surfaces 23 on the projections 25, which are not formed as surfaces of rotation, allow a large number of different combinations if encryption between the bearing journals 5 and the guides 21 of the dispenser is desired, not only to the rollers in the correct position, but also to avoid the use of false rolls. In addition, how can Fig. 1, 2 and 4 it can be seen that the diameters of the bearing journals 5 in the area of the bearing surfaces 8 are greater than the diameters of the left bearing journals 4, but this is not absolutely necessary.

Between the bearing pins 4, 5 and the guides 20, 21 of the dispenser must be given sufficient clearance not to jam the rollers in the guides. Since the projections 25 in the recesses 12 in the direction of the roller axis are freely displaceable, the bearing pins 5 are provided with axial guide surfaces 10 which cooperate with corresponding second guide surfaces 24 on the guides 21 to prevent sliding out of the bearing pin 5 at least from the guides 21 , The axial guide surfaces 10 are on the bearing pin 5, in particular as the figures show, 11 formed by the end face closer side wall of the circumferential groove 7, engage in the guides 21 facing each other webs 27 on which the second guide surfaces 24 are arranged. However, axial guide surfaces 10 can also be provided on protruding from the circumference of the bearing pin 5 tooth-like projections or the like, which eliminates a circumferential groove. The axial guide surfaces 10 and the second guide surfaces 24 are in particular in radial planes of the roller axis, but may also be conical surfaces.

Particularly advantageous embodiments show Fig. 2 and Fig. 5 right. In Fig. 2 the depth of the recess 12 is equal to the length of the end portion 6, so that the bottom 13 of the recess 12 is aligned with the closer to the free end face 11 of the bearing pin 5 side wall of the circumferential groove 7. In Fig. 5 on the right, the recess 12 also extends into the circumferential groove 7. Both embodiments offer a particularly high level of security in that in the in Fig. 2 or Fig. 5 Guides 21 shown on the right only bearings 5 in the in Fig. 2 or Fig. 5 shown on the right, as it would not be possible in both versions, the end portion 6 of a journal 5 to shorten to the projection 25 in the guide 21 to avoid. In this case, namely the axial guide surface 10 would be omitted.
