Claims (15)

  1. Conteneur comprenant des supports (2) et des revêtements (3), au moins un élément des supports (2) et des revêtements (3) étant fabriqué en tôle avec une épaisseur de tôle variable sur une longueur la plus longue de l'élément de telle manière que les sections d'extrémité de l'élément comportent une épaisseur de tôle plus grande qu'au moins une section intermédiaire et l'élément comportant une zone déformée qui s'étend dans le sens longitudinal de l'élément.
  2. Conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les supports (2) comprennent des supports transversaux de fond (22, 22', 25, 25') et des supports longitudinaux de fond (21, 21'), les sections d'extrémité (52, 52'; 62, 62') des supports transversaux de fond (22, 22', 25, 25') ayant une épaisseur de tôle (D52, D62) plus grande qu'au moins une section intermédiaire (53, 63) située entre les sections d'extrémité du support transversal respectif.
  3. Conteneur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les supports transversaux de fond (25') comportent plusieurs éléments de renfort (66) sur la longueur, qui sont disposés dans la section transversale considérée entre une première section de profilé (67) et une deuxième section de profilé (67'), le support transversal de fond (25') comportant dans la zone des éléments de renfort (66) une épaisseur de tôle (D65) plus grande que dans la zone située entre les deux éléments de renfort (66) voisins.
  4. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les supports (2) comprennent des supports verticaux (23), une section d'extrémité supérieure (42) et une section d'extrémité inférieure (42') du support vertical comportant respectivement une épaisseur de tôle (D42) plus grande qu'au moins une section (43) intermédiaire du support vertical.
  5. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les revêtements (3) comportent une paroi (31, 32), qui comporte au moins un élément de paroi (81, 91) en tôle avec une épaisseur de tôle variable sur la longueur de l'élément de paroi, l'élément de paroi (81, 91) comportant une section d'extrémité supérieure (82, 92) et une section d'extrémité inférieure (82', 92'), qui ont respectivement une épaisseur de tôle (D82, D92) plus grande qu'au moins une section intermédiaire (83, 93) de l'élément de paroi.
  6. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que les revêtements (3) comportent un toit (33), qui comporte au moins un premier élément de toit (71) en tôle avec une épaisseur de tôle variable sur la longueur de l'élément de toit, le premier élément de toit (71) comportant des sections d'extrémités (75, 75') pour une liaison respectivement avec un support longitudinal de toit (24, 24'), les sections d'extrémité (75, 75') ayant respectivement une épaisseur de tôle (D75) plus grande qu'au moins une section intermédiaire (77) située entre les sections d'extrémité (75, 75') du premier élément de toit (71).
  7. Conteneur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le toit (33) comporte des deuxièmes éléments de toit (72) en tôle avec une épaisseur de tôle variable sur la longueur de l'élément de toit respectif, les deuxièmes éléments de toit (72) comportant respectivement des sections d'extrémité (76, 76') pour liaison avec un support longitudinal de toit respectif (24, 24'), l'une des formules suivantes étant applicable :
    les sections d'extrémité (76, 76') du deuxième élément de toit (72) ont une épaisseur de tôle (D76) plus grande qu'au moins une section intermédiaire (77) située entre les sections d'extrémité du deuxième élément de toit (72) respectif,
    les sections d'extrémité (75, 75') du premier élément de toit (71) ont respectivement une épaisseur de tôle (D75) plus grande que les sections d'extrémité (76, 76') du deuxième élément de toit (72),
    au moins une section intermédiaire (77) du premier élément de toit (71) a une épaisseur de tôle (D77) plus grande qu'au moins une section intermédiaire (78) du deuxième élément de toit (72).
  8. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des supports (2) est recristallisé au moins en sections avec une épaisseur de tôle plus faible.
  9. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des revêtements (3) est écroui à froid au moins en sections avec une épaisseur de tôle plus faible.
  10. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un conteneur (1) composé de supports (2) et de revêtements (3), au moins un élément des supports (2) et des revêtements (3) étant fabriqué par :
    réalisation d'un élément en tôle (17) avec une épaisseur de tôle variable dans un sens longitudinal de telle manière que les sections d'extrémité de l'élément en tôle (17) comportent une épaisseur de tôle plus grande qu'au moins une section intermédiaire de l'élément en tôle,
    déformation de l'élément en tôle (17) par des opérations de déformation, une zone déformée s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal de l'élément en tôle (17).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la déformation comprend au moins un des processus de pliage, bordage, emboutissage, pressage et profilage.
  12. Conteneur selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément en tôle (17) est fabriqué par une des opérations suivantes :
    laminage flexible (V1) d'un matériau en feuillard (11) pour produire une épaisseur variable sur la longueur et mise à longueur ultérieure (V4) du feuillard laminé de manière flexible en éléments en tôle individuels (17) avec au moins deux sections avec une épaisseur de tôle plus grande et au moins une section avec une épaisseur de tôle plus faible,
    profilage aux rouleaux d'un matériau de tôle pour produire une épaisseur variable sur la largeur et mise à longueur ultérieure (V4) du matériau de tôle profilé aux rouleaux sous la forme d'éléments de tôle individuels (17) avec au moins deux sections avec une épaisseur de tôle plus grande et au moins une section avec une épaisseur de tôle plus faible,
    préparation d'une première feuille de tôle (18') avec une première épaisseur de tôle et préparation de deux deuxièmes feuilles de tôle (18) avec une deuxième épaisseur de tôle plus importante, soudure (V1') des deuxièmes feuilles de tôle à la première feuille de tôle aux extrémités opposées de la première feuille de tôle.
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu comme autre étape de procédé avant la déformation (V5) du matériau de tôle : recuit de recristallisation (V2) du matériau de tôle de telle manière que le matériau de tôle est recristallisé dans les sections (14') avec une épaisseur de tôle plus faible.
  14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins des parties de zone (14') du matériau de tôle sont écrouies à froid par la production des épaisseurs variables, le matériau de tôle étant déformé en un élément de revêtement (3) à l'état écroui.
  15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'élément en tôle (17) est déformé en un support transversal de fond (22, 22', 25, 25'), support longitudinal de fond (21, 21'), support vertical (23), support transversal de toit (26, 26') ou support longitudinal de toit (24, 24') du conteneur, ou en ce que l'élément de tôle (17) est déformé en un élément de paroi (31, 32), élément de toit (33) ou élément de porte.
