Definitions
- the invention relates to a track noise protection wall component according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a track noise control wall component is a component of a track noise barrier.
- track noise barriers are known, which are arranged as close as possible to the sound sources wheel and rail, often directly on or on the track body. This is possible with rail vehicles, in contrast to wheeled vehicles, because the rail vehicles are kept on track by the rails and can therefore comply with a prescribed clearance gauge. Due to the direct arrangement at the noise sources such track noise protection walls can be formed with the same soundproofing effect with a lower height than conventional soundproof walls, whereby a material savings and associated cost savings can be achieved. Also, such low track noise barriers usually allow the passengers of the rail vehicle unrestricted views of the landscape and also have less of an impact on the landscape than conventional high noise barriers when viewed from the outside.
- track noise control walls A disadvantage of such track noise control walls is that the free space between a rail vehicle and the track noise protection wall is very limited, which is why a lateral evasion is not readily possible.
- track noise barriers have a low height, which can be overcome by people usually without tools, however, the overcoming of the track noise barrier is difficult under the stress of an approaching rail vehicle, or may already be injured person, and thus not more able to overcome the track noise barrier.
- track work in particular is made more difficult because the rail worker must have enough time to leave the track body via the track noise protection wall, which is why special safety measures are required which delay the track work and also lead to delays in rail transport.
- a sound insulation device for railways which is provided for the arrangement next to a track body.
- the soundproofing element itself is plate-shaped, and inclined to the track body between 5 ° and 45 °, wherein the soundproofing elements are held at both ends of concrete base, which are placed at regular intervals to each other.
- a railway noise control device which is intended to be arranged next to a track body.
- an inclined wall is provided, which reflects the sound in the direction of the track bed or its own sound absorption device.
- the soundproofing device consists of a load-bearing structure of reinforced concrete, which has a side wall and a roof wall.
- noise barrier for traffic routes wherein noise protection sections are arranged on a concrete base, which has a traffic-facing sound-absorbing panel.
- a noise protection device for placement on a traffic route is known, this having a, integrally formed on a base, wall element.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a track-noise protection wall component of the type mentioned, with which the mentioned disadvantages can be avoided, which has a simple structure, and with which the safety of persons on the track body can be increased.

- the wall element 4 form a roof wall 5 in the operating position by the wall element 4 not only projects vertically upwards, but at least partially protrudes from a shoulder between the base 2 and wall element 4 in the direction of the rails 12, and thus a laterally open recess. 6 spans, which is arranged below the roof wall 5.
- the track noise protection wall component 1 may have a first longitudinal side, wherein the recess 6 is formed on the first longitudinal side.
- This laterally open recess 6 forms a niche, which niche are also known under the names niche, shelter, niche or niche.
- recess 6 and escape niche are used. Down the niche can be limited by the track bed 14.
- Such escape niches have enough space for a person to be able to safely stay in this escape niche, at least to a large extent, while a rail vehicle 15 passes by, for example, as the person in question inserts them along the recess 6.
- both sound emission from the rail and the wheel well of the rail vehicle 15 can be reliably insulated or absorbed, in particular by the upper end of the wall element 4 is disposed on the clearance of the track body 3, while ensuring that a Person on the track body 3 in front of a passing rail vehicle 15 can protect.

- a multiplicity of track-mounted noise protection wall components 1 can be arranged one behind the other along their longitudinal axes in order to form a substantially continuous track noise protection wall.
- the track noise protection wall components 1 may in particular have a length between 3 m and 8 m. As a result, even long distances can be provided in a simple manner with a sound insulation, with a maintenance of the route is simplified.
- Fig. 7 shows such an arrangement according to side by side arranged and formed to a track noise barrier wall track noise protection wall components. 1
- the adjacent track noise protection wall components 1 may in particular be coupled to each other, for example by means of steel straps and / or tongue and groove joints.
- the coupling between two track noise protection wall components 1 may further be provided in particular with a joint tape.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 illustrated embodiments of a track noise protection wall component 1 have at its base 2 on a first end face 21 a projection 22. Furthermore, a recess 23 is arranged on a second end face, which is arranged opposite the first end face 21, which is formed substantially opposite to the projection 22. It is provided that the projection 22 of a first track noise-protection wall component 1 engages in the recess 23 of an adjacent thereto second track noise protection wall component 1.
- the projection 22 is formed in particular stepped shape, but it can also be other forms, such as a wedge shape may be provided.
- projection 22 and recess 23 can be achieved that the assembled to a track noise barrier wall track noise protection wall components 1 form a continuous top 18 and a continuous sidewalk 19, which has no stumbling. This can be prevented in particular in an emergency, that a person comes to case, and is injured by subsequent passengers in a panic. As a result, a congestion in the evacuation of a train can be prevented.
- the track noise barrier has a continuous track noise protection wall component 1.

- the roof wall 5 extends substantially over the entire length of the track-noise protection wall component 1 or in particular the track noise protection wall.
- the recess 6 and therefore also the escape niche extend over the entire length of the track noise protection wall component 1, whereby a person can move along the longitudinal axis of the track noise protection wall component 1 in the niche, or more people or other creatures can be afforded protection against the dangers of a rail vehicle.
- the escape niche can be formed as a continuous tunnel, as a so-called escape tunnel, whereby a person can move within the escape niche to leave a vulnerable area.
- the advantages mentioned over the entire length of the track noise protection wall are also available.
- the cross-section of the track-noise-protection wall component 1 along the longitudinal axis of the track-noise-protection wall member 1 is substantially unchanged. This can do that Track body noise protection wall component are made particularly easy.
- a combination of different trained track noise-barrier walls components 1 may be provided.

- the recess 6 essentially has a cross-section which is delimited by a conic section.
- the track-noise protection wall component 1 in particular on the base 2, at least one recording for spacers for keeping the distance to adjacent rails 12 of the track body 3 has.
- spacers may be disposed between the track noise control wall member 1 and, for example, the sleepers 13 and prevent the rails 12 from moving with respect to the track noise barrier members 1 to prevent collision of a rail vehicle 15 with the track noise barrier member 1.
- spacers are known for example from stations, in which a migration of the rails 12 is to be suppressed in the direction of the platforms.
- one of the recess 6 opposite longitudinal side 9 of the track noise-protection wall member 1 is formed substantially as a ramp.
- the recess 6 opposite longitudinal side 9 of the track noise protection wall component 1 can also be referred to as the second longitudinal side, which is opposite to the first longitudinal side.
- the advantage of the ramp is that a rail vehicle 15, which comes to rest in the area of the track noise barrier, can be evacuated more easily, for example due to a defect, since the passengers can leave the rail vehicle well via the ramp. This can be particularly advantageous in a fire of the rail vehicle 15, where evacuation has to be done very quickly.
- the ramp can - seen in operating position - in particular have an angle to the solder, wherein the angle of the ramp to the solder is substantially equal to the angle of the slope of the at least one part of the recess 6 adjacent surface of the wall element 4.

- the tread elements 10 may extend substantially over the entire length of the track noise-barrier wall component 1. This allows people regardless of the location of the rail vehicle 15 leave this easier.
- Such tread elements 10 may be formed in particular as steps, which may be formed on the ramp of the recess 6 opposite longitudinal side 9. These steps can provide a great surefootedness for the persons concerned.
- the tread elements can be designed as other extensions, for example sprouts.
- the track-noise-protection wall component 1 is designed as a precast concrete element.
- the track noise control wall member 1 can be economically formed at a different location, and must be placed only on the track body 3, whereby the construction work on the track body can be kept short.
- the track noise protection wall component 1 further be provided particularly economical.
- concrete is a durable material, whereby the track noise protection wall component 1 is particularly weather-resistant and low-wear.
- the track-noise protection wall component 1 is integrally formed, whereby the production and installation of this is further simplified.
- At least the wall element 4 is formed comprising haufwerksporigem concrete.
- a porous concrete has pores which are interconnected similarly to a sponge are. As a result, the sound can penetrate particularly well in the wall element 4, where it can then be well dissipated.
- At least the wall element 4 is formed comprising haufwerksporigem normal concrete.
- a hauftechniksporiger normal concrete includes aggregates with a density between 2000 kg / m 3 and 3000 kg / m 3.
- the aggregates are preferably mineral and / or organic grains or particles. It is particularly preferred that the aggregates have a gross density between 2700 kg / m 3 and 2900 kg / m 3 .
- the bulk density refers to the density of the aggregate, therefore without the free spaces between the individual grains.
- the aggregates have a bulk density greater than 1200 kg / m 3 , the bulk density denoting the density, including the spaces between the individual grains or particles, therefore the total mass based on the total volume.
- the wall element 4 may be formed self-supporting with good sound absorption properties in contrast to a wall element 4 made of lightweight concrete, which can be largely dispensed with a complex support structure.
- the invention provides that the track-noise protection wall component 1 is formed substantially free of reinforcement. Therefore, the track noise control wall member 1 has no reinforcement, therefore no arm irons or the like, except at areas where two parts, which are formed from different materials, are connected to each other.
- Such a trained track-noise protection wall component 1 may also be referred to as self-supporting. By dispensing with a reinforcement, the production can be considerably simplified.
- both wall element 4 and base 2 are formed comprising hauftechniksporigen concrete.
- the base 2 is formed of normal concrete. This base 2 is formed Geglagedicht, which hardly any moisture can penetrate into the base 2, and the socket 2 is also more economical to manufacture.
- the second preferred embodiment in FIG Fig. 3 may be particularly preferred vorgesehn that at the, the recess 6 opposite, longitudinal side 9 at least partially a reflection layer 11 is arranged.
- the soundproofing properties can additionally be improved, since the sound at the side opposite the recess 6, longitudinal side 9, which is also facing away from the noise source, a renewed reflection of the sound takes place, whereby the sound can be dissipated to a good extent in the wall element 4.
- the reflection layer 11 can cover substantially the entire longitudinal side 9 lying opposite the recess 6.
- the reflection layer 11 may be formed differently. Particularly preferably, it can be provided that the reflection layer 11 is formed as a layer of concrete-dense concrete, when the remaining wall element 4 is formed from hspwerksporigem concrete.
- a reflection layer 11 for example, made of concrete-filled concrete, can provide better stepping properties and grip than the material of the remaining wall element 4.
- the reflection layer 11 may be formed in particular waterproof, whereby at a ramp, the material of the wall element 4, which may be porous, can be protected from penetration by rainwater.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 two further embodiments of a track noise protection wall component 1 are shown. These have a substantially cuboidal basic shape 17. As the basic form 17, the shape of the track-noise protection wall component 1 is referred to, without taking into account the recess 6. The actual shapes may differ from the idealized cuboid shape, such as by bevels or curves. By the in the Essentially cuboidal basic shape 17, both the production and the transport and handling is simplified.
- the two in the FIGS. 5 and 6 illustrated embodiments further have an upper side 18 of the roof wall 5, which is designed as a walkway 19.
- the respective roof wall 5 therefore has a corresponding width, which allows a person to move on it, for example about 60 cm, although of course other widths may be provided, for example, depending on local average body dimensions of the respective population.
- the roof wall 5 has a corresponding thickness or load-bearing capacity in order to carry people with sufficient security or security prescribed by local authorities.
- the entire top 18 is formed substantially as a walkway 19.
- the upper side can preferably have a slip-resistant or friction-increasing covering.
- the embodiment according to Fig. 6 is very simple in construction, as a one-piece track noise protection wall component 1, wherein it is preferably provided that the entire track noise protection wall component 1 is formed comprising hortwerksporigem normal concrete. It has been shown that such a simple but highly effective sound-absorbing track noise protection wall component 1 can be formed.
- the embodiment according to Fig. 5 has a separate base, similar to the embodiment according to FIG Fig. 4 , as well as a reflection layer 11, like the embodiment according to FIG Fig. 3 ,
- FIGS. 5 and 6 are common that they each have in the base 2, in particular in the footprint 8, at least one water outlet opening 20. This can also be provided in the case of the further described execution openings.

Description
The invention relates to a track noise protection wall component according to the preamble of
A track noise control wall component is a component of a track noise barrier. For noise reduction on railroad track noise barriers are known, which are arranged as close as possible to the sound sources wheel and rail, often directly on or on the track body.
A disadvantage of such track noise control walls is that the free space between a rail vehicle and the track noise protection wall is very limited, which is why a lateral evasion is not readily possible. Although such track noise barriers have a low height, which can be overcome by people usually without tools, however, the overcoming of the track noise barrier is difficult under the stress of an approaching rail vehicle, or may already be injured person, and thus not more able to overcome the track noise barrier. As a result, track work in particular is made more difficult because the rail worker must have enough time to leave the track body via the track noise protection wall, which is why special safety measures are required which delay the track work and also lead to delays in rail transport.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide a track-noise protection wall component of the type mentioned, with which the mentioned disadvantages can be avoided, which has a simple structure, and with which the safety of persons on the track body can be increased.
This is achieved by the features of
This results in the advantage that persons on the track body between two such track noise protection walls can protect themselves by an occurrence in the recess in front of an approaching rail vehicle. Entering into the, also referred to as escape niche or niche recess, this can be done much faster and easier than overcoming the track noise protection wall to escape the danger zone. Furthermore, persons who have been injured, for example by a fall from the track noise barrier on the tracks, and are often no longer able to overcome the track noise protection wall in the short term, bring themselves through the recess to safety, such as this just roll into the recess. It can also make track work faster and reduce delays in rail traffic, as track workers need less time to get to safety from an approaching rail vehicle. Furthermore, building materials and tools can be stowed in the recess if necessary, whereby the track work can be performed faster.

A track noise
On the
It is provided that the wall element 4 - seen in the operating position - has a roof wall 5 of a laterally
The track noise
The
Furthermore, it can be provided that the track noise protection wall component 1 - seen in the operating position - has a height between 50 cm and 150 cm.
In particular, it can further be provided that - seen in the operating position - the track noise
A track-noise-
The adjacent track noise

Alternatively, it can be provided that the track noise barrier has a continuous track noise
In particular, it can be provided that the roof wall 5 extends substantially over the entire length of the track-noise
Furthermore, it may be provided in the case of a track noise protection wall that the roof walls 5 of the track body noise
Alternatively it can be provided that the escape niches are not formed continuously, and for example supporting elements between
It is preferably provided that the
Furthermore, it can be provided, in particular, that the
The

According to another alternative embodiment, it can be provided that at least part of the surface of the
In order to prevent penetration of the track-noise
Particularly preferably, it can be provided that - seen in the operating position - one of the
The ramp can - seen in operating position - in particular have an angle to the solder, wherein the angle of the ramp to the solder is substantially equal to the angle of the slope of the at least one part of the
Particularly preferably, it can be provided that the
In particular, the

It may preferably be provided that the track-noise-
In particular, it can be provided that the track-noise
According to the invention it is provided that at least the
In particular, it can be provided that at least the
In addition, the invention provides that the track-noise

The
