La fermeture d'un vantail implique d'appliquer celui-ci contre le dormant, afin de comprimer les moyens d'étanchéité, et de maintenir ledit vantail dans cette position pendant la manoeuvre des moyens de verrouillage. Cette manoeuvre nécessite une coordination des mouvements et une certaine force afin de maintenir le vantail contre le dormant et manoeuvrer la poignée de commande de la crémone.     • biv. des moyens de détection de verrouillage, aptes à détecter l'engagement, ou le non-engagement du plot de verrouillage dans la gâche de verrouillage;
  3. c. des moyens de commande aptes à actionner les moyens d'escamotage pour faire passer la partie mobile de la gâche de maintien d'une configuration bloquée à une configuration libérée du pêne de maintien lorsque le vantail est verrouillé dans le dormant et que le pot de verrouillage est engagé dans la gâche de verrouillage.

Le dormant (110) délimite un plan d'ouverture (111) lequel plan d'ouverture est fermé par le vantail (120). Des moyens (125) de manoeuvre mécanique, telle qu'une béquille amovible, permettent, en cas de panne du dispositif de verrouillage motorisé, de réaliser manuellement les opérations de verrouillage/déverrouillage du vantail dans le dormant. Lesdits moyens de verrouillage, qu'ils soient motorisés ou manuels, comportent des gâches (116) de verrouillage qui coopèrent avec des plots (126) de verrouillage, lesdits moyens de verrouillage ayant pour effet d'engager lesdits plots dans lesdites gâches de verrouillage.     bii. a holding strike (132), with a moveable part (230, 260, 270) that keeps the holding bolt (131) in position while this latter is inserted into said holding strike, one of the holding strike (132) or the holding bolt (131) being affixed to the door leaf (120) and the other to the frame (110);
    biii. means (230, 260, 270, 350) of retraction, capable of blocking or releasing the movements of the moveable part of the holding strike in relation to the holding bolt (131);
    biv. means of lock detection (171), capable of detecting whether or not the locking pin is engaged with the locking strike;
    c. means (171, 320) of control, capable of activating the means of retraction (230, 260, 270, 350) so as to change the moveable part of the holding strike from a blocked configuration to a configuration freed from the holding bolt (131) when the door leaf (120) is locked into the frame (110) and the locking pin (126) is engaged with the locking strike (116).
  2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the locking means are motorized and the device comprises:
    d. means, known as a presence sensor (280), capable of detecting the presence of the holding bolt (131) in the holding strike;
    e. means of control (430), capable of activating the locking means (185, 116, 126) when the presence sensor (280) detects that the holding bolt (131) is present in the holding strike.
  3. The device according to claim 2, having:
    f. means, known as ejection means, capable of moving the door leaf (120) away from the frame (110) when the locking means (126, 185) are changed from the locked to the unlocked configuration.

  5. The device according to claim 4, in which:
    - the moveable part of the holding strike comprises a anchor bar (230), freely movable relative to said strike between a position known as the closed position, and a position known as the open position, and return means (232) acting on said bar to move it toward the closed position;
    - the anchor bar (230) comprises, in section, a profile (235) forming a ratchet cooperating with the holding bolt;
    - the retraction means comprise a trigger (260) pushed to contact the anchor bar(230) by the return means (261), and a holding gripper (270) of said trigger (260) that contacts the anchor bar(230), said gripper (270) being capable of retracting under the effect of the motion of the control pin (171);
    - the anchor bar (230) comprises, in section, a second profile (236) forming a ratchet that is capable of cooperating with the trigger (260) for the retraction means.
  6. The device according to claim 5, in which the anchor bar(230) is attached to the frame (110) using a pivoting link with an axis (250) that is parallel to the aperture plane (111).
  7. The device according to claim 6, in which the trigger (260) for the retraction means is linked to the strike using a pivoting link with an axis (360) that is parallel to the aperture plane (111) and perpendicular to the axis (250) of the pivoting link of the anchor bar (230).
  8. A leaf comprising a frame (110) that defines an aperture plane (111) and a door leaf (120) that is joined to said frame by means of a pivoting link that connects to said frame, specifically of the type that has sealing means (121) between the frame and the door leaf, characterized by having a device according to claim 1.
  9. The leaf according to claim 8, having a device according to claim 2, in which the framework of the door leaf and of the frame itself are made up of an assembly of hollow sections, and whose motorization means (185) for the locking means are arranged within one section.

    iii. if steps i) and ii) are in the TRUE state, activate (510) the locking means so as to lock the door leaf (120) into the frame (110).
  13. The method according to claim 12, comprising a step consisting of:
