Claims (10)

  1. Tor (1) mit flexiblem Vorhang, umfassend eine Struktur, die Pfosten (4) und ein Querelement aufweist, das es ermöglicht den flexiblen Vorhang (2) zu führen, der an seinem freien Ende mit einem Ballast- und Abdichtungselement (6) und mit mindestens einem Verstärkungselement (24) parallel zu dem Ballast- und Abdichtungselement (6) versehen ist, wobei das Tor (1) auch Mitnahmemittel, die von der Struktur getragen werden, die es ermöglicht, den Vorhang (2) zwischen einer geöffneten Position und einer geschlossenen Position zu manövrieren, und Mittel zum Erkennen des Stoßens auf ein Hindernis, die, wenn sie aktiviert sind, das Anhalten und/oder den Rückzug des Vorhangs (2) bewirken können und mindestens teilweise von einem Stützelement (24) getragen werden und im Innern des unteren Teils des Vorhangs (2) integriert sind, umfasst, wobei sich die Mittel zum Erkennen des Stoßens auf ein Hindernis stromaufwärts von dem Ballast- und Abdichtungselement (6) auf dem Schließweg des Vorhangs (2) zwischen dem Verstärkungselement (24) und dem Ballast- und Abdichtungselement (6) befinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tor (1) mindestens einen Sender (38) umfasst, wobei jeder Sender (38) mit den Mitteln zum Erkennen des Stoßens auf ein Hindernis zusammenwirkt, um infolge der Auslösung der Mittel zum Erkennen des Stoßens auf ein Hindernis ein radioelektrisches Signal abzugeben, wobei die radioelektrischen Signale, die von jedem Sender (38) abgegeben werden, von mindestens einem Empfänger (44) empfangen werden können, der mit den Mitnahmemitteln des Vorhangs (2) infolge der Auslösung der Mittel zum Erkennen des Stoßens auf ein Hindernis zusammenwirkt, und dass der Vorhang (2) mindestens ein Stützmittel umfasst, das in der Nähe eines der Pfosten (4) angeordnet ist, um jeden Sender (38) in einer seitlichen Zone des Vorhangs (2) zu tragen, und wobei der oder mindestens einer der Sender (38) im Innern des Vorhangs (2) angeordnet ist.
  2. Tor (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Trägermittel mindestens einer Tasche (46) entspricht, die geeignet ist, um den oder mindestens einen der Sender (38) zu enthalten.
  3. Tor (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorhang (2) eine Untersuchungsklappe (45) umfasst, die angeordnet ist, um den Zugang zu dem oder zu mindestens einem der Sender (38) zuzulassen.
  4. Tor (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Sender (38) von einem der Pfosten (4) um einen Abstand (d) von 5 cm bis 40 cm, bevorzugt von 10 cm bis 15 cm, beabstandet ist.
  5. Tor (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kommunikation zwischen jedem Empfänger (44) und jedem Sender (38) bidirektional ist, um einen richtigen Betriebszustand jedes Senders (38) zu kontrollieren.
  6. Tor (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Sender (38) einen sekundären Empfänger umfasst, wobei jeder Empfänger (44) mindestens einen sekundären Sender (38) integriert, der fähig ist, ein radioelektrisches Signal an den sekundären Empfänger jedes Senders (38) abzugeben, um den richtigen Betriebszustand jedes Senders (38) zu kontrollieren.
  7. Tor (1) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der richtige Betriebszustand einem Ladezustand mindestens einer Primärzelle oder Batterie, die in jeden Sender (38) integriert ist, der höher als ein vorbestimmter Schwellenladezustand ist, entspricht.
  8. Tor (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Empfänger (44) konfiguriert ist, um einen richtigen Betriebszustand jedes Senders (38) nur bei der Verlagerung des Vorhangs (2) in die geschlossene Position zu kontrollieren.
  9. Tor (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tor (1) Warnmittel umfasst, um einen Benutzer über das Fehlen des richtigen Betriebszustands des oder mindestens eines der Sender (38) zu informieren.
  10. Tor (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder mindestens einer der Sender (38) mindestens einen Verstärker eines Infrarotsignals mitführt, das zwischen einer Sendezelle (8) und einer Empfangszelle (12) der Mittel zum Erkennen des Stoßens auf ein Hindernis gesendet wird.
