Claims (10)

  1. Sicherheitsvorrichtung für ein Roll- oder Stapel-Verladetor (1), das einen elastischen Behang oder Rollladen (5) aufweist, der sich innerhalb einer eine Gleitschiene (15) bildenden Führungsvorrichtung (8) zwischen einer Öffnungsstellung und einer Schließstellung verschiebt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens zwei Paare von Sicherheitszellen (23, 24) enthält, die zu beiden Seiten der Gleitschiene (15) und auf der gleichen Höhe h'' bezüglich des Bodens S angeordnet sind, damit jedes Paar von Sicherheitszellen (23, 24) einen waagrechten Strahl F3 bzw. F4 emittiert, der vor bzw. hinter den elastischen Behang oder Rollladen (5) bezüglich der Durchgangsrichtung P gerichtet ist, wobei die Paare von Sicherheitszellen (23, 24) elektrisch parallel geschaltet sind, damit nur das gleichzeitige Unterbrechen oder Abschalten der zwei Strahlen F3 und F4 es erlaubt, die Abwärtsbewegung des elastischen Behangs oder Rollladens (5) anzuhalten und die Aufwärtsbewegung dieses letzteren in die Öffnungsstellung zu gewährleisten.
  2. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe h" zwischen 140 Millimeter und 190 Millimeter bezüglich des Bodens S des Verladetors (1) liegt.
  3. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein erstes Paar von Sicherheitszellen (21) enthält, die in einer waagrechten Richtung einen ersten Strahl F1 emittieren, der vor den elastischen Behang oder Rollladen (5) bezüglich der Durchgangsrichtung P gerichtet ist.
  4. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Paar von Sicherheitszellen (21) auf Backen (13, 14) angeordnet ist, die fest mit den senkrechten Pfosten (2, 3) des Verladetors (1) verbunden sind, wobei die Backen (13, 14) einander gegenüberliegen und sich lotrecht zur Verschieberichtung des elastischen Behangs oder Rollladens (5) erstrecken.
  5. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Paar von Sicherheitszellen (21) in einer Höhe h bezüglich des Bodens S und in einem Abstand d zum elastischen Behang oder Rollladen (5) angeordnet ist.
  6. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein zweites Paar von Sicherheitszellen (22) enthält, die in einer waagrechten Richtung einen zweiten Strahl F2 emittieren, der hinter den elastischen Behang oder Rollladen (5) bezüglich der Durchgangsrichtung P gerichtet ist.
  7. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Paar von Sicherheitszellen (22) in einer Höhe h' bezüglich des Bodens S und in einem Abstand d' zum elastischen Behang oder Rollladen (5) angeordnet ist, die geringere Abmessungen als diejenigen h und d haben, die für das erste Paar von Sicherheitszellen (21) vorgesehen sind.
  8. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritten und vierten Paare von Sicherheitszellen (23, 24) in der gleichen Höhe h'' bezüglich des Bodens S und im gleichen Abstand d'' zum elastischen Behang oder Rollladen (5) angeordnet sind.
  9. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritten und vierten Paare von Sicherheitszellen (23, 24) zueinander einen Abstand d''' haben, der zwischen 150 Millimeter und 200 Millimeter liegt.

Sicherheitsvorrichtung für ein Roll- oder Stapel-Verladetor (1), das einen elastischen Behang oder Rollladen (5) aufweist, der sich innerhalb einer eine Gleitschiene (15) bildenden Führungsvorrichtung (8) zwischen einer Öffnungsstellung und einer Schließstellung verschiebt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie enthält:
    ➢ einerseits auf einer Höhe h bezüglich des Bodens S ein erstes Paar von Sicherheitszellen (21), das in einer waagrechten Richtung einen ersten Strahl F1 emittiert, der vor den elastischen Behang oder Rollladen (5) bezüglich der Durchgangsrichtung P gerichtet ist, und auf einer Höhe h' bezüglich des Bodens S, anders und geringer als h, ein zweites Paar von Sicherheitszellen (22), das in einer waagrechten Richtung einen zweiten Strahl F2 emittiert, der hinter den elastischen Behang oder Rollladen (5) bezüglich der Durchgangsrichtung P gerichtet ist, wobei die ersten und zweiten Paare von Sicherheitszellen (21) und (22) unabhängig voneinander arbeiten, damit die Unterbrechung eines der Strahlen F1 oder F2 es ermöglicht, die Abwärtsbewegung des elastischen Behangs oder Rollladens (5) anzuhalten und die Aufwärtsbewegung dieses letzteren in die Öffnungsstellung zu gewährleisten,
    ➢ andererseits auf einer gleichen Höhe h'' bezüglich des Bodens S, anders und geringer als diejenige h', ein drittes und viertes Paar von Sicherheitszellen (23, 24), die zu beiden Seiten der Gleitschiene (15) angeordnet sind, damit jedes Paar von Sicherheitszellen (23, 24) einen waagrechten Strahl F3 bzw. F4 emittiert, der vor bzw. hinter den elastischen Behang oder Rollladen (5) bezüglich der Durchgangsrichtung P gerichtet ist, wobei die Paare von Sicherheitszellen (23, 24) elektrisch parallel geschaltet sind, damit nur das gleichzeitige Unterbrechen oder Abschalten der zwei Strahlen F3 und F4 es ermöglicht, die Abwärtsbewegung des elastischen Behangs oder Rollladens (5) anzuhalten und die Aufwärtsbewegung dieses letzteren in die Öffnungsstellung zu gewährleisten.
