Claims (8)

  1. Sammelplatte (2) für ein Sammelgefäß eines Kraftfahrzeug-Wärmetauschers, wobei die Platte eine transversale Abmessung (T) und eine longitudinale Abmessung (L) besitzt und Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Umfangsaufnahmeraum (16, 22, 24) für die Aufnahme eines Dichtungsmittels (17), das am Umfang der Sammelplatte (2) angeordnet ist,
    - mehrere Öffnungen (4) für den Durchgang von Wärmeaustauschröhren, wobei sich wenigstens eine (18) der Öffnungen nur teilweise in der transversalen Abmessung (T) der Platte erstreckt,
    wobei die Sammelplatte außerdem wenigstens Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine lokale Erhebung (20) für die Positionierung des Dichtungsmittels (17), die einen Teil (24) des Aufnahmeraums für die Aufnahme des Dichtungsmittels (17) begrenzt, wobei die lokale Erhebung (20) in der Verlängerung in transversaler Richtung einer Öffnung (18) für den Durchgang eines Rohrs, das sich nur teilweise in der transversalen Abmessung (T) der Platte (2) erstreckt, angeordnet ist,
    - einen vorragenden Teil (6), der die meisten Öffnungen (4) für den Durchgang von Wärmeaustauschröhren aufnimmt, und
    - einen Teil (12, 13), der in Bezug auf den vorragenden Teil (6) zurückversetzt angeordnet ist, wobei sich der zurückversetzte Teil (12, 13) von dem vorragenden Teil (6) bis zu einem transversalen Rand (8c) der Platte (2) erstreckt,
    wobei der Umfangsaufnahmeraum (16, 22, 24) für die Aufnahme des Dichtungsmittels (17) außerhalb der lokalen Erhebung durch eine Kehle (16) begrenzt ist, die durch den vorragenden Teil (6) begrenzt ist, der die meisten Öffnungen (4) für den Durchgang von Wärmeaustauschröhren aufnimmt, und
    wobei die lokale Erhebung (20) auf dem zurückversetzten Teil (12, 13) ausgebildet ist, wobei der zurückversetzte Teil eventuell eine geneigte Ebene (12) aufweist.
  2. Sammelplatte nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lokale Erhebung (20) an einem longitudinalen Ende der Platte angeordnet ist.
  3. Sammelplatte nach Anspruch 1,
    die wenigstens zwei lokale Erhebungen (20) umfasst, die beiderseits einer Öffnung (18) angeordnet sind, die sich nur teilweise in der transversalen Abmessung (T) der Platte erstreckt.
  4. Sammelplatte nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, die zwei Endöffnungen (18) aufweist, die an den beiden longitudinalen Enden der Platte angeordnet sind, wobei die Platte eine lokale Erhebung (20) gegenüber jeder der Endöffnungen aufweist.
  5. Sammelplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die lokale Erhebung (20) durch Pressen der Platte (2) hergestellt ist.
  6. Sammelplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die lokale Erhebung (20) an wenigstens einer Umfangsecke der Sammelplatte angeordnet ist.
  7. Sammelplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die lokale Erhebung (20) eine im Wesentlichen vertikale Wand (21) besitzt, derart, dass das Dichtungsmittel (17) insbesondere vor dem Anfügen eines Deckels (25) an der Platte auf der Platte gehalten wird.
  8. Sammelgefäß eines Wärmetauschers, die eine Sammelplatte (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, einen Deckel (25), der an der Platte befestigt ist, und ein Dichtungsmittel (17) umfasst, wobei das Dichtungsmittel zwischen dem Deckel und der lokalen Positionierungserhebung (20) gehalten wird.
