Claims (12)
- Sammelkasten für Wärmetauscher, der Folgendes umfasst:- eine im Wesentlichen ebene Sammelplatte (5), die Öffnungen (7) zum Durchführen mehrerer Wärmetauscherrohre (3) aufweist,- ein Dichtungsmittel (9), das auf der Umfangskontur der Sammelplatte (5) angeordnet ist, und- einen Deckel (10), der einen umlaufenden Deckelsockel (11) umfasst, der den Sammelkasten durch Zusammendrücken des Dichtungsmittels (9) verschließt,- wobei die Breite (L, L1) des Deckelsockels (11) kleiner gleich der Breite des zusammengedrückten Dichtungsmittels (9) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- der Deckelsockel (11) im Wesentlichen eine Zinnenform mit alternierenden Vertiefungen (13) und Vorsprüngen (15) aufweist, die sich axial zu der Sammelplatte (5) erstrecken, wobei die Vertiefungen (13) derart gegenüber den Öffnungen (7) der Sammelplatte (5) angeordnet sind, dass das Dichtungsmittel (9) während der Montage zwischen den Rohren (3) gehalten wird.
- Sammelkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (10) eine allgemeine Gewölbeform aufweist und dass die Vorsprünge (15) in Fortsetzung des Gewölbes umgesetzt sind.
- Sammelkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (15) jeweils eine Außenkontur (17) mit im Wesentlichen abgerundeter Form aufweisen.
- Sammelkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckelsockel (11) im Wesentlichen eine Zinnenform in einer Dicke (e), die von dem Deckelsockel (11) vordefiniert wird, aufweist.
- Sammelkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsmittel (9) eine zu der des Deckelsockels (11) komplementäre Form aufweist.
- Sammelkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsmittel (9) dazu konfiguriert ist, mit den Wärmetauscherrohren (3) in Kontakt zu stehen.
- Sammelkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsmittel (9) einen Dichtungsring (9) umfasst.
- Sammelkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe (h) eines Vorsprungs (15) des Deckelsockels (11) kleiner als die Höhe (h') des zusammengedrückten Dichtungsmittels (9) ist.
- Sammelkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sammelplatte (5) mittels Crimpen an dem Deckel (10) befestigt wird.
- Sammelkasten nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sammelplatte (5) auf ihrem Umfang Crimplaschen (12) umfasst, die während des Crimpens auf den Deckel (10) umgebogen werden.
- Gelöteter Wärmetauscher, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, der ein Bündel von Wärmetauscherrohren (3) umfasst, deren Enden jeweils an zwei Sammelkästen befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Sammelkästen einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche entsprechen.
- Wärmetauscher, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, der ein Bündel von Wärmetauscherrohren (3) umfasst, deren Enden jeweils an zwei Sammelkästen befestigt sind, wobei die Elemente, die den Sammelkasten bilden, mechanisch aneinander befestigt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Sammelkästen einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 entsprechen.
