Description

The invention relates to a cabin for a floating installation, in particular for a ship, comprising a room unit, which is delimited at least by a ceiling and walls, and ducts, which surround the room unit, in particular with air, water, data, electricity, lighting, etc. provided.

In the DE 198 28 505 A1 discloses a ship's cabin consisting of a supporting floor, a ceiling and wall elements. The floor is made of a plurality of layers, which have different bending strength and elasticity, whereby the cabin has improved properties in terms of their strength and basic rigidity. This is particularly important during the transport of the cabin and in the installation of the cabin on the ship of great importance. Consequently, transport damage due to the increased stiffening of the cabin can be avoided by the use of the above-mentioned soil. Disadvantageously, it has been shown that the use of this special floor to increase the lying strength of the cabin material and installation is expensive.

FR2391901 A1 discloses a cabin having a prefabricated sanitary cell, wherein connected pipe sections are arranged in a niche formed as a duct.

Object of the present invention is to avoid the above-mentioned disadvantages, in particular to provide a cabin that has the necessary basic stiffness during transport, as well as during installation on the floating system, especially on the ship, causing damage to the cabin are almost prevented can.

The object is achieved by all features of claim 1. In the dependent claims advantageous developments are carried out.

According to the invention it is provided that the lines run in the room unit in such a way that the lines simultaneously act as stiffening means for the room unit.

The lines are according to the invention supply lines that can supply the cabin with different media. For example, the supply lines can supply the cabin with air, water, data, electricity, lighting, etc. According to the invention, the lines are integrated in the room unit in such a way that they simultaneously assume a stiffening function for the room unit. In this case, it may be appropriate for the lines to be arranged along the elongate extent and / or the width extent and / or the height extent of the room unit, which contributes significantly to an increase in the basic rigidity of the cabin.

In a further measure improving the invention it can be provided that the lines in the room unit are integrated in such a way that access to the lines from the interior of the room unit is made possible. The integration of the lines in the room unit contributes to the fact that the necessary cabin space can be optimized in a floating system, especially in a ship, which z. B. to an additional deck (more cabins with the same ship dimensions) or leads to a lower vessel, whereby a lower center of gravity of the ship can be realized. Consequently, less aluminum in the upper ship area is necessary, which must be installed there. In addition, air resistance can be reduced, which can save many tons of fuel even on slow ships. In contrast to the prior art, in which, inter alia, the lines are arranged on the outside of the cabin, the integration of the supply lines in the room unit according to the invention causes increased basic rigidity of the cabin, at the same time a significant advantage is that the lines from the interior of the room unit are accessible. It has been found that accessibility from the interior of the room unit to the supply lines can be advantageous during assembly of the cabin as well as during subsequent repair work and / or maintenance work. The arrangement of the supply lines on the outside of the room unit has the significant disadvantage that this area is very difficult to access, since especially in this area only a small space for the fitter is available. The shift of the supply lines in the room unit thus contributes significantly to the Installation effort or to keep the repair and maintenance costs as low as possible. Another advantage is that due to the integration of the supply lines in the room unit during transport of the cabin or during installation of the cabin on the floating system, especially on the ship, the supply lines are protected and thus not - as in the prior art - on any Touches on the outside of the room unit can be damaged.

It can be advantageous that the room unit is transported bottomless in the system, in particular in the ship. This means that the room unit is formed only of a ceiling and the associated walls. This unilaterally open box is placed on the bottom of the ship and then attached according to the ship's bottom, which will be discussed below.

In addition, it can be provided that the lines are arranged in the edge region between the ceiling and the wall and / or in the edge region between the wall and a bottom of the room unit. This ensures that the cabin is made torsionally rigid and more rigid. Since the lines are integrated in the room unit, the height of the room unit or the cabin can be reduced. At the same time, fewer collisions can be achieved during transport and during the introduction of the cabin into the floating installation. By integrating the lines inside the room unit, an improved acoustic behavior for each individual cabin can additionally be achieved. Advantageously, the lines are behind a cover, which z. B. can be designed as a decorative strip. The cover element is preferably adapted to the overall design of the cabin. This means that, for example, the color design of the cover or its surface or material can be adapted to the interior of the cabin. In order to allow accessibility to the supply lines, the cover is advantageously removable. For example, a clip attachment and / or attachment via locking means is conceivable. Also alternative types of attachment, such. B. a screw connection are conceivable.

In FIG. 1 a cab 70 is shown in FIG FIG. 9 is installable. As in FIG. 9 As can be seen, the ship 60 has a plurality of cabins 70, which are located on different levels (decks). Each cabin 70 is equipped with supply lines 30, so z. B. each passenger in the cabin 70 electricity, lighting, air (in the form of air conditioning) is available. It is also conceivable that wastewater can be discharged from the cabin 70 via the supply lines 30. The passenger may also receive acoustic information via the utility lines 30. In addition, there is the possibility that a network connection is made available to the user in the cabin 70 by means of the lines 30 in order to be able to receive or exchange electronic data. Thus, any information technology can also be integrated in the lines 30.

As in FIG. 1 is shown, the cabin is a room unit 1, which is composed of a ceiling 10 and a plurality of walls 20. In the cabin 70, for example, a wet cell may be integrated, wherein an entrance door or a window hatch may be additionally provided.

In FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 schematically shows that the lines 30 in the edge region 3 between the ceiling 10 and the wall 20 and / or in the edge region 3 between the wall 20 and the bottom 4 of the room unit 1 can run. By integrating the lines 30 in the room unit 1, the cabins 70 can be reduced in height, so that in total the number of cabins in a ship can be increased, whereby the profitability of a ship can be substantially increased.

The arrangement of the supply lines 30 along the longitudinal extent of the room unit 1 additionally causes the cabin 70 to be warp-resistant and more rigid, which is a great advantage when transporting the cab 70 and when mounting the cab 70 on the respective ship deck.

In the embodiment shown according to FIG. 1 the cabin 70 does not have a separate floor, so that the room unit 1 formed by four walls 20 and a ceiling 10 on the bottom side is initially open. This unilaterally open box 1 is placed on the ship's bottom and, for example according to FIG. 4 attached to the bottom 4. In the present embodiment, a frame profile 6 is provided on the bottom 4 that reliably holds the walls 20. The frame profile 6 is according to FIG. 4 For example, executed as a U-profile. The geometric configuration of the U-profile 6 is adjusted according to the dimensions of the wall 20, so that the wall 20 is held in a form-fitting manner in the U-profile 6. The U-profile 6 is welded to the ship's bottom 4, so that a reliable attachment of the cabin 70 is ensured on the ship's deck.

As in FIG. 1 is further shown, the ceiling 10 and the walls 20 of a plurality of ceiling elements 11 and wall elements 21 are formed according to FIG. 5 are fastened together via a tongue and groove joint 5. Each ceiling element 11 and wall element 21 consists of a defined inner material, which is covered by a thin sheet 12. Preferably, the inner material is stiff and meets all fire safety requirements. Likewise, the inner material can advantageously have an insulating effect, wherein it can alternatively and / or additionally fulfill sound-insulating functions. The individual ceiling elements 11 and wall elements 21, which may also be referred to as panels, may additionally be screwed in the region of the tongue and groove connection 5. The thickness of the sheet 12 may be less than 1mm, for example.

According to FIG. 6 to FIG. 8 is shown by way of example that the lines 30 may be provided with a cover 31, so that the lines 30 are covered to the interior 2 of the room unit 1. Here, different geometric shapes of the cover 31 are conceivable that in Figure 7a to Figure 7c also shown. In FIG. 6 and FIG. 8 the cover is 45 ° to the wall 20 and the ceiling 10 is arranged. Alternatively, the cover 31 may be a circular segment-like extent according to Figure 7a respectively. Other variants with respect to the geometry of the cover 31 are according to FIG. 7b and FIG. 7c shown.

The cover 31 according to FIG. 6 to FIG. 8 is advantageously removable so that access to the supply lines 30 from the interior 2 of the room unit 1 is possible. This is a great relief for the worker to carry out repair work or maintenance on the lines 30 from the interior 2 of the cabin 70. The ease of assembly is further increased when the cover 31 is releasably secured via a simple connection technology in the region of the lines 30. It is advantageous to arrange the cover element 31 via a latching connection and / or clip connection to the lines 30. As FIG. 6 such as FIG. 8 schematically show, the lines 30 extend through a metallic receiving body 32. According to FIG. 6 the receiving body 32 is attached to a metallic frame 7, wherein at the same time the wall 20 and the ceiling 10 are fixed to the frame 7 reliably. On the one hand, the frame 7 has a U-profile 6, in which the wall 20 is held in a form-fitting manner. On the other side, the frame 7 has a support surface on which the cover 10 rests in contact. In addition, the wall 20 and the ceiling 10 may be fixed to the frame 7 via non-positive and / or positive and / or cohesive fastening means.

The receiving body has a chamber 33 in which various lines 30 extend, the z.
