Claims (17)

  1. Sektionaltor (1), umfassend eine Zarge (2), die geeignet ist, an einer Konstruktion befestigt zu werden, die mit einer Öffnung versehen ist, und ein Blatt (3), das einen Flügel (4) mit Klappenöffnung (23) aufweist, und eine Klappe (24), die an der Zarge (2) montiert ist und geeignet ist, zwischen einer geschlossenen Position und einer geöffneten, nach oben eingeklappten Position bewegt zu werden, und wobei:
    - der Flügel (4) aus mehreren Flügelpaneelen (15), die jeweils eine Innenfläche (16) und eine Außenfläche (17) aufweisen, und aus Flügelscharnieren (22) für eine Schwenkverbindung der Flügelpaneele (15) um parallele Achsen gebildet ist, wobei Flügelpaneele (15) geschnitten sind, um die Klappenöffnung (23) zu bilden, die seitlich durch Abschnitte von Flügelpaneelen (15) begrenzt ist,
    - die Klappe (24) aus mehreren Klappenpaneelen (25), die jeweils eine Innenfläche (26) und eine Außenfläche (27) aufweisen, und aus Klappen-Scharnieren (32) für eine Schwenkverbindung der Klappenpaneele (25) um parallele Achsen gebildet ist und zwischen einem geschlossenen Zustand, in dem die Klappenpaneele (25) zwischen den Abschnitten von Flügelpaneelen (15) angeordnet sind und die Klappenöffnung (23) verschließen, und einem geöffneten Zustand schwenkbar beweglich ist,
    - Klappe-Flügel-Scharniere (33), die dazu bestimmt sind, an einem Rand der Klappe (24) zwischen den Klappenpaneelen (25) und den benachbarten Abschnitten von Flügelpaneelen (15) für ihre Schwenkverbindung um eine Achse, die orthogonal zu den Schwenkachsen der Flügelpaneele (15) und der Klappenpaneele (25) ist, angeordnet zu werden,
    - eine Verriegelungs-/Entriegelungsvorrichtung (34), die mit den Abschnitten der Flügelpaneele (15) und den Klappenpaneelen (25) derart verbunden ist, dass die Klappe (24) im verriegelten Zustand im geschlossenen Zustand verriegelt ist und dass die Klappe (24) im entriegelten Zustand zwischen ihrem geöffneten und geschlossenen Zustand geschwenkt werden kann,
    - die Zarge (2) zwei seitliche Anordnungen zum Halten und unteren vertikalen Führen (9, 10) und zwei seitliche Anordnungen zum Halten und oberen horizontalen Führen (7, 8) aufweist, die auf der Seite der Innenflächen (16) der Flügelpaneele (15) angeordnet sind, wenn der Flügel in geschlossener Position ist, mit denen der Flügel (4) geeignet und dazu bestimmt ist, jeweils in geschlossener Position und in geöffneter, nach oben eingeklappter Position zusammenzuwirken,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die Klappe-Flügel-Scharniere (33) ausgebildet und derart angeordnet sind, dass sich die Klappenpaneele (25) auf der Seite der Innenflächen (16) der Flügelpaneele (15) öffnen,
    - das Sektionaltor (1) eine passive mechanische Sicherheitsvorrichtung (37) aufweist, die geeignet und dazu bestimmt ist, mit den seitlichen Anordnungen zum Halten und oberen horizontalen Führen (7, 8) verbunden zu werden und mit der Klappe (24) derart zusammenzuwirken, um das Öffnen der Klappe (24) zu verhindern oder zu begrenzen, wenn der Flügel (4) in geöffneter Position ist,
    und dadurch, dass:
    - die passive mechanische Sicherheitsvorrichtung (37) ein Abstütz- und Anschlagelement (38) aufweist, das geeignet und dazu bestimmt ist, sich in der im Allgemeinen transversalen Richtung zwischen den zwei seitlichen Anordnungen zum Halten und oberen horizontalen Führen (7, 8) auf einem leicht tieferen Niveau zu erstrecken, und dass es, wenn der Flügel (4) in geöffneter, nach oben eingeklappter Position ist, senkrecht und leicht tiefer als die Innenflächen (16) der Klappenpaneele (25) derart angeordnet ist, um dann einen Anschlag zu bilden, der jedes eventuelle Schwenken der Klappe (24) nach unten verhindert oder begrenzt, wobei das Abstütz- und Anschlagelement (38) geeignet ist, als Abstützung für die Klappe (24) zu dienen.
  2. Sektionaltor (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Abstütz- und Anschlagelement (38) dazu bestimmt ist, fest und normalerweise nicht abnehmbar getragen zu werden.
  3. Sektionaltor (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, wobei das Abstütz- und Anschlagelement (38) dazu bestimmt ist, von der Zarge (2), insbesondere von der einen und/oder der anderen der Anordnungen zum Halten und oberen horizontalen Führen (7, 8) getragen zu werden.
  4. Sektionaltor (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Abstütz- und Anschlagelement (38) mindestens senkrecht zu dem Rand oder in der Nähe des Randes der Klappe (24) angeordnet ist, wobei der Rand gegenüberliegend von jenem ist, auf dem sich die Klappe-Flügel-Scharniere (33) befinden.
  5. Sektionaltor (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Abstütz- und Anschlagelement (38) mindestens senkrecht zu dem mittleren Höhenbereich der Klappe (24) angeordnet ist.
  6. Sektionaltor (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, das ein einziges Abstütz- und Anschlagelement (38) aufweist.
  7. Sektionaltor (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, das mehrere Abstütz- und Anschlagelemente (38) aufweist, die insbesondere geeignet und dazu bestimmt sind, voneinander beabstandet zu sein und senkrecht zu mehreren Höhenbereichen der Klappe (24) angeordnet zu sein.
  8. Sektionaltor (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei das Abstütz- und Anschlagelement (38) eine allgemeine Form einer Bahn, die insbesondere flach, voll oder durchbrochen oder länglich ist, oder eines Plättchens aufweist, oder in einer Hülle eingeschrieben ist, die eine derartige allgemeine Form aufweist.
  9. Sektionaltor (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei das Abstütz- und Anschlagelement (38) starr oder verformbar ist, gegebenenfalls mit einer gewissen elastischen Verformungsfähigkeit.
  10. Sektionaltor (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei das Abstütz- und Anschlagelement (38) eine Querstange aufweist, die zwei Endteile (39, 40) aufweist, die mittels einer festen und starren Montage ihrer Endteile an den seitlichen Anordnungen der Zarge (2), insbesondere an den seitlichen Anordnungen zum Halten und oberen horizontalen Führen (7, 8) getragen ist.

Sektionaltor (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei das Abstütz- und Anschlagelement (38) eine derartige Abstütz- und Anschlagfläche aufweist, dass sie, wenn der Flügel (4) in geöffneter, nach oben eingeklappter Position ist, senkrecht tiefer als die Innenflächen der Klappenpaneele (25) in einem Abstand von weniger als 30 cm, insbesondere von weniger als 20 cm, insbesondere von weniger als 10 cm, insbesondere in der Größenordnung von 5 cm, angeordnet ist.

    - einem geschlossenen Zustand, in dem sie die die Klappenöffnung (23) verschließt,
    - einem geöffneten Zustand, in dem sie die die Klappenöffnung (23) frei lässt, wobei sich die Klappe (24) zum Inneren der Konstruktion und des Sektionaltors (1) öffnet,
    - wobei das nach oben eingeklappte Deckensektionaltor (1) mit Klappe (24) derart ist, dass, wenn der Flügel (4) in geöffneter, nach oben eingeklappter Position ist und die Klappe (24) in dem geschlossenem Zustand ist, die passive mechanische Sicherheitsvorrichtung (37) das Öffnen der Klappe (24) verhindert oder begrenzt,
    und wobei die passive mechanische Sicherheitsvorrichtung (37) ein Abstütz- und Anschlagelement (38) aufweist, das von der Konstruktion (5) gestützt ist.
