Definitions
- the invention relates to a device and a method for multi-lane slicing of food products, such as sausage, ham, cheese or the like.
- the device may be e.g. to trade a high performance slicer.
- the device comprises a feed device which at the same time feeds a plurality of products to be sliced next to one another to a cutting plane in which a cutting blade, in particular rotating and / or rotating, moves.
- the cutting blade can be, for example, a circular or sickle blade.
- the slicing apparatus comprises a removal device arranged downstream of the cutting plane, in particular a portioning unit, for removal of slices separated by the products or for portions comprising several slices.
- Such a device in which several products are cut simultaneously by a common cutting blade, is basically known.
- DE 10 2011 115 925 A1 describes a device for multi-lane slicing of food products. Further prior art is the documents EP 0 928 107 A2 such as DE 203 83 00 A1 refer to.
- the object is achieved by a device having the features of claim 1 and by a corresponding method according to claim 12.
- the height levels are relative heights of the tracks to one another.
- an arbitrary in space oriented product support surface ie the height levels do not necessarily refer to a horizontal plane.
- the products for example, at a certain angle, for example, about 45 °, and not horizontally fed to the cutting plane become.
- the product support surface is not oriented horizontally.
- the tracks of the removal device usually run at least substantially horizontally.
- the height levels can thus refer to a horizontal plane.
- At least some tracks of the feeder can be arranged at different height levels.
- the tracks of the removal device can in this case e.g. remain at the same height level.
- the tracks of the feed device can also be arranged at the same height level, while at least some tracks of the removal device can have different height levels.
- both at least some tracks of the feed device and at least some tracks of the removal device can each occupy mutually different height levels.
- the drop height of the cut slices is different. In this way, the different impulses which the disks experience through the cutting blade can be compensated.
- the cut slices of the individual products are thus ordered, ie stored according to a desired target orientation on the Abtransport raised, whereby storage errors can be compensated.
- the compensation by providing different height levels can, as already mentioned, already be done before the actual slicing process, after the slicing process or partly before and partly after the slicing process.
- Another advantage is that discs, which come from different tracks, can optionally be combined to form a total portion, without the overall visual impression is disturbed.
- the order of the cut slices is improved in one portion in a simple manner or even reached by the different height levels.
- the height level of each track corresponds at least approximately to the size of a storage error, in particular a rotation of the discs relative to a desired orientation.
- the corresponding track of the removal device can in particular be higher, i. closer to the cutting blade, are arranged, as with only a small expected twist. Due to the smaller fall path further rotation is effectively prevented early.
- the height level is thus chosen in particular in such a way that it optimally compensates for the storage error otherwise resulting in the respective track.
- the height level of each track is adjusted and / or adjustable as a function of the transverse position of this track with respect to a rotational axis of the cutting blade.
- Traces that are further away from the axis of rotation of the cutting blade may in particular have a different height level than tracks which are closer to the axis of rotation.
- the height level of each track is set and / or adjustable as a function of the product to be sliced, a rotational speed of the cutting blade, the type of cutting blade and / or data of a downstream sensor system, in particular at least one camera.
- the height levels of the tracks can also be adjusted according to the speed.
- the type of cutting blade ie in particular the blade type, the diameter of the blade and / or the shape of the blade, can also influence the deposit behavior.
- the height levels of the tracks can also be adapted to the configuration of the blade.
- the compensation of storage errors can thus be adapted to the properties of the products to be sliced and / or the cutting blade.
- certain default and / or correction values may be stored in a memory device, for example in a controller.
- the default and / or correction values can in particular be changed manually or automatically.
- a sensor e.g. a camera for all tracks or multiple cameras each associated with a track, e.g. are checked after a corresponding image analysis, to which product storage lead the respectively set height levels, and it can then be changed to optimize the product storage height levels based on the data of the camera or cameras.
- the height level of the tracks decreases from the outside to the inside, in particular depending on the transverse position of each track to the axis of rotation of the cutting blade.
- the inner tracks are thus in particular deeper than the outer tracks.
- Two tracks each have the same height level.
- all tracks are arranged at different height levels.
- the distribution of the height levels is symmetrical, in particular parabolic or circular.
- the tracks form a height profile which approximates the path of the blade edge and / or is related to the current position of the cutting blade, in particular with respect to the current rotation angle of the cutting blade.
- the fact is taken into account that the cutting blade inevitably enters at different points in the juxtaposed products.
- the deflection of the discs is particularly dependent on the shape of the knife edge and its path or the position of the cutting blade. Because the height profile corresponds at least substantially to the path of the knife edge, the placement errors can be compensated for each track in a simple manner.
- the height levels of the tracks are adjustable relative to each other. It can thus be made an adjustment for fine adjustment or optimization in order to compensate for the storage errors as best as possible.
- the adaptation can take place at the beginning of the slicing process, at specific time intervals or continuously, in particular also during a slicing process.
- the adjustment may be in particular in relation to the current position of the cutting blade, in particular in relation to the current rotational angle of the cutting blade.
- a detection device for example a camera, can be provided which measures the storage error, in particular the degree of rotation, in the individual tracks.
- the tracks are each formed by an endless conveyor belt, wherein preferably the conveyor belts are operable independently of each other.
- the conveyor belts may each comprise a separate drive.
- a common drive is conceivable, from which, for example, individual movements of the conveyor belts can be derived.
- the tracks can thus be operated in particular at different speeds.
- the product feed of the individual products in the tracks can be accomplished in this case feeder side, for example by means of grippers, which can attack in particular at one end of the product.
- the track is therefore to be understood quite generally as the area where a product is located during the feed to a cutting plane or a separated slice of a product.
- the tracks are formed on a conveyor unit, which forms a part of the feed device and / or the removal device located in the region of the cutting plane.
- the feed device and / or the removal device can be formed, for example, by endless conveyor belts.
- the conveying unit is preferably subdivided into tracks.
- the feed device in the area in which the products are guided to the cutting blade in individual tracks, preferably different heights, be divided.
- the removal means may be located in the area immediately after the cutting blade, i. in the area in which the separated slices reach the removal device, be in tracks, preferably different heights, be divided.
- the conveying unit of the removal device comprises a portioning unit, which is designed to form portions of a plurality of separated slices.
- the portioning unit is in particular designed to position a plurality of slices separated in the same track at least partially overlapping one another.
- Product stacks are produced with at least substantially exactly superimposed discs.
- the tracks are each movable in and against a conveying direction for portion formation.
- staggered stacks are generated.
- the conveyor unit during the slicing operation can be moved continuously in the conveying direction, for example, to produce a shingled portion.
- one of the conveyor unit downstream and / or preceding acquisition and / or transfer unit is designed for a track-specific transfer and / or transfer of the and / or to the tracks, wherein preferably the transfer and / or transfer unit comprises independently adjustable in height single conveyor, in particular designed as a rocker endless conveyor belts.
- the acquisition or transfer unit can take over in particular the separated slices of the individual tracks.
- the slices or portions of the different tracks can also be combined by the transfer or transfer unit into a total portion. Since the storage errors have already been compensated, the slices or portions of the different tracks can be deposited on one another and / or next to one another without an undesired offset. The slices of a portion are thus arranged neatly one above the other and / or next to each other.
- the invention additionally relates to a method for multi-lane slicing of food products according to claim 12. All embodiments of the apparatus described here are in particular designed to be operated according to the described method.
- Fig. 1 shows a schematic side view of an embodiment of an inventive device for multi-lane slicing of food products 10th
- the products 10 are in this case on a feeding device 12.
- the feeding device 12 comprises for each product 10 an endless belt conveyor 13, which comprises an endless belt guided around rollers 14, on which the respective product 10 rests.
- the products 10 are fed in the conveying direction F of a cutting plane 15 in which a cutting blade 16 moves.
- the cutting blade 16 may be a circular or sickle blade.
- Fig. 2 which is a sectional view along the line AA in Fig. 1 4, it can be seen that four endless belt conveyors 13 are juxtaposed to form different tracks 13.
- the tracks 13 in the illustrated embodiment have the same height level, ie no height offset from each other.
- the slicing device further comprises a Abtransport prepared 18.
- the Abtransport prepared 18 comprises a plurality of endless belt conveyors 13 which - unlike the endless belt conveyors 13 of the feeder 12 - are arranged at different height levels and can be moved both in and against a conveying direction R.
- Fig. 3 is a sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG Fig. 1 is.
- the two outer tracks 13 are in this case at a higher level than the two inner tracks 13.
- the two inner and the two outer tracks 13 are each at the same height level.
- This height profile formed by the removal tracks 13 represents only a snapshot during operation and thus a possible embodiment.
- all height levels of the tracks 13 may be different.
- all tracks 13 of the removal device 18 are at the same height level. In this case, it is then the endless belt conveyors 13 of the feeder 12, which - unlike now in Fig. 2 shown - at different height levels.
- both the endless belt conveyors 13 of the feed device 12 and the endless belt conveyors 13 of the removal device 18 Fig. 3 each have different height levels among each other.
- a plurality of adjacent products 10 are transported by the endless belt conveyors 13 in the conveying direction F to the cutting plane 15. There, the products 10 are cut open by means of the cutting blade 16, wherein the separated discs learn track specific different impulses. These impulses would lead to filing errors. To compensate for this, the endless belt conveyors 13 of the removal device 18 are arranged at different height levels.
- the endless belt conveyors 13 can be moved in the conveying direction R and counter to the conveying direction R.
- the finished portions are transported away in the conveying direction R and can e.g. fed to a packaging machine.
- the different height levels of the feed-side and / or removal-side tracks 13 ensure an always correct desired alignment of the separated slices and thus the order of the slices within a portion formed by them.
Description

Fig. 2 dargestellt - auf unterschiedlichen Höhenniveaus befinden.
Fig. 3 jeweils untereinander unterschiedliche Höhenniveaus aufweisen.
