Description

DOMAINE TECHNIQUE AUQUEL SE RAPPORTE L'INVENTIONTECHNICAL FIELD TO WHICH THE INVENTION RELATES

La présente invention concerne un dispositif électrique tel qu'énoncé dans le préambule de la revendication 1.The present invention relates to an electrical device as set out in the preamble of claim 1.

It also relates to an electrical apparatus comprising an electrical outlet or an electrical plug and an electrical device of the aforementioned type.

The invention finds a particularly advantageous application for the production of electrical equipment, in which the printed circuit of said electrical device constitutes a remote control circuit of the associated electrical outlet.

ARRIERE-PLAN TECHNOLOGIQUETECHNOLOGICAL BACKGROUND

We already know, especially from the document DE102009007561 , an electrical device as described in the introduction, comprising an electrical outlet on which a printed circuit is soldered on the front face. This printed circuit includes two openings adapted to be crossed by two connection pins of an additional electrical plug for the connection of this electrical plug to the cells of the electrical outlet.

One of the openings of the printed circuit includes a conductive wall, so that the connection pin of the electrical plug which passes through it comes into contact with this wall.

This connection pin of the electrical plug is also in contact with a leaf spring, housed inside a well of the electrical outlet, and which projects from the internal surface of the well of the outlet. This leaf spring is also in electrical contact with the printed circuit.

Such an electrical connection is however entirely unsuitable for the passage of a current of 16 amperes. The coating of the opening of the printed circuit receiving the connection pin of the electrical plug is in particular not adapted to withstand the passage of such a current.

The electrical connection between the plug connection pin and the printed circuit is not sufficiently reliable for the passage of a current of 16 Amps. There are indeed risks of overheating and destruction of the opening of the printed circuit receiving the connection pin of the electrical plug.

We also know of the document US20130029542 , a connection terminal connected to a printed circuit support plate. This connection terminal includes a conductive cage that can accommodate an electrical connector, and a leaf spring allowing the inserted electrical connector to be held in place.

However, this connection terminal is not practical to use because the leaf spring is forced by a user to adopt, as desired, a first position authorizing the introduction of said connector into said terminal, or a second position to hold said connector. introduced in contact with the conductive cage.

We also know of the document US20090305581 , a connection terminal for electrically connecting an electrical conductor to a plate supporting a printed circuit. This connection terminal comprises a conductive cage in which is partially housed a bent spring leaf.

However, because of the configuration of the connection terminal, it is difficult to introduce an electrical connector there when the latter must first pass through the plate supporting the printed circuit. Not to mention that this possible manipulation requires a certain dexterity on the part of the user.

In the two preceding cases, the intervention of a user is all the more constraining when the connection terminal and / or the leaf spring are of reduced size, and / or located in areas which are difficult to access.

OBJET DE L'INVENTIONOBJECT OF THE INVENTION

In order to remedy the aforementioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides an electrical device suitable for supplying the printed circuit with a current of 16 amperes. This electrical device is easy to use, whatever the size of the connection terminal and its accessibility.

Plus particulièrement, on propose selon l'invention un dispositif électrique selon la revendication 1.More particularly, an electrical device according to claim 1 is proposed according to the invention.

Thus, advantageously, thanks to the invention, the electrical connection pin which feeds the electrical circuit, here an intermediate connection element, passes through the support plate supporting the printed electrical circuit and enters this connection terminal between the internal face of the cage and the leaf spring, so as to be pressed against said internal face of the cage by this leaf spring.

In this way, a satisfactory and robust contact is ensured between the electrical connection pin introduced into the connection terminal and the cage.

In addition, the materials respectively forming the cage and the leaf spring of the connection terminal of the device according to the invention may have different characteristics of elasticity and electrical conductivity so as to optimize the electrical connection made.

Other non-limiting and advantageous characteristics of the device according to the invention are set out in claims 2 to 6.

L'invention concerne également un appareillage électrique tel qu'énoncé dans la revendication 7.The invention also relates to electrical equipment as set out in claim 7.

Advantageously then, the printed circuit of said electrical device constitutes a remote control circuit of the associated electrical outlet.

En variante, le circuit imprimé dudit dispositif électrique constitue un circuit d'alimentation d'une prise USB.As a variant, the printed circuit of said electrical device constitutes a power supply circuit of a USB socket.

L'invention concerne enfin un appareillage électrique tel qu'énoncé dans la revendication 10.Finally, the invention relates to electrical equipment as set out in claim 10.

It comprises three branches B1, B2, B3: a main branch B1 which is central and substantially planar, which is applied against the internal face of one of the walls P1 of the cage 11; 21. From this main branch B1 extend two lateral branches B2, B3, folded back on the same side of the main branch B1 ( figures 1 and 6 ). The lateral branches B2, B3 are connected by elbows to the main branch B1 of the leaf spring.

One of the side branches B2 of the leaf spring 11; 21 extends near the support plate 110; 210 of the electrical device 100; 200 corresponding, in a straight oblique direction towards the wall P3 of the cage 12; 22 opposite the wall P1 against which the main branch B1 of the leaf spring is applied.

Le bord libre de cette branche latérale B2 est recourbé vers la branche principale B1 (figures 1 et 6).The free edge of this lateral branch B2 is curved towards the main branch B1 ( figures 1 and 6 ).

Similarly, the other lateral branch B3 of the leaf spring 11; 21 has a bent shape whose free edge is curved in the direction of the main branch B1 of the leaf spring.

This curved shape of the free edge of the lateral branches B2, B3 of the leaf spring 11; 21 facilitates the introduction of an intermediate contact element between a wall of the cage of the connection terminal and the lateral branches B2, B3 of the leaf spring placed in the cage.

The main branch B1 of the leaf spring 11; 21 also includes mounting means in the cage 12; 22. These are clip-on mounting means comprising flaps BV cut from the main branch B1 and which project from the main branch B1 on the side opposite to the lateral branches B2, B3 ( figures 1 and 6 ). These shutters BV cooperate with restraint with complementary windows FV formed in the wall P1 of the cage 12; 22 against which the main branch B1 of the leaf spring is pressed ( figures 1 and 6 ).

In the third embodiment of the connection terminal 30, the leaf spring 31 has a simplified shape similar to that of the leaf spring of the first and second embodiments, except that the other leaf side B3 is deleted.

The leaf spring 31 then comprises only a main branch B1 and a lateral branch B2 ( figure 10 ), the arrangement of which is similar to that of the branches B1 and B2 described above with reference to the first and second embodiments.

The means for mounting the leaf spring 31 in the cage 32 here comprise a single flap similar to those described above, which cooperates with a complementary window of the cage, and an opening which receives a hook CR from the wall P1 of the cage 32 against which the main branch B1 of the leaf spring 31 is applied ( figure 10 ).

In the fourth embodiment of the connection terminal 40, the leaf spring 41 has a simplified shape similar to that of the spring leaf of the third embodiment, with a main branch B1 and a side branch B2 ( figure 15 ). The free edge of the lateral branch B2 is here straight.

The lateral branch B2 more particularly comprises a flat part which extends perpendicular to the main branch B1 of the spring leaf 41. This flat part extends against the support plate 410 ( figure 19 ), and comprises two wings AI housed in a complementary notch E of the free edge 42A, situated against the support plate, of the sleeve forming the cage 42 ( figure 16 ).

The end of the main branch B1 opposite the lateral branch B2 ends in turn by a curved edge which bears on the free edge 42B opposite the sleeve forming the cage 42 ( Figures 15 and 16 ).

Thus, here, the leaf spring 41 cooperates for its mounting in the cage 42 with the free edges 42A, 42B of the sleeve forming the cage 42 ( Figures 15 and 16 ).

The fifth and sixth embodiments of the connection terminal 50; 60 represented on figures 20 to 27 have a slightly different structure from those of the embodiments described above.

The cage 52; 62 conductive of the connection terminal is here formed by a metal plate folded in a U-shape, so as to define two main walls 52A, 52B; 62A, 62B parallel facing and an end wall 52C; 62C connecting the two main walls 52A, 52B; 62A, 62B ( figures 20 and 24 ).

In the fifth embodiment of the connection terminal 50 shown in the figures 20 to 23 , the leaf spring 51 is curved in an arc. It is threaded on a first main wall 52A of the cage 52, so that a central part 51A ( figure 20 ) of the leaf spring 51, corresponding to the top of the curve described by this leaf spring 51 between its two free ends, is applied against the second main wall 52B opposite the first of the cage 52, so as to be prestressed against this second wall 52B ( figure 20 ).

In this way, the central part 51A of the spring leaf 51 permanently exerts pressure on the internal face of this second main wall 52B of the cage 52.

More specifically, each of the two free ends of this leaf spring 51 has an opening for passage of the first main wall 52A of the cage 52 of the connection terminal 50. These two passage openings constitute the means for mounting the leaf spring 51 on cage 52.

In the sixth embodiment of the connection terminal 60 shown in the figures 24 to 27 , the leaf spring 61 consists of a plate of which a central part 61B is partially cut and curved.

The peripheral part 61A of the plate forms a frame which extends perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cage 62, around the cage 62, so that the curved central part 61B of the plate extends between the walls main opposites 62A, 62B of said cage 62.

The free edge of the curved central part 61B is pressed against one of the main walls 62B ( figure 24 ) of the cage 62. It is curved towards the inside of the cage 62 to facilitate the introduction of an intermediate contact element in the corresponding connection terminal, between the central part 61B of the leaf spring and the main wall 62B of cage 62.

In practice, a plurality of connection tabs is provided.

Ces pattes de connexion 13 ; 23A, 23B ; 33A, 33B ; 43 ; 53 ; 63 ont une double fonction : elles assurent, d'une part, la connexion électrique de la cage conductrice 12 ; 22 ; 32 ; 42 ; 52 ; 62 de la borne de connexion correspondante avec le circuit imprimé porté par la plaque support 110 ; 210 ; 310 ; 410 ; 510 ; 610 ; 710 ; 810, et d'autre part, le maintien mécanique de cette borne de connexion sur cette plaque de support.These connection tabs 13; 23A, 23B; 33A, 33B; 43; 53; 63 have a double function: they provide, on the one hand, the electrical connection of the conductive cage 12; 22; 32; 42; 52; 62 of the corresponding connection terminal with the printed circuit carried by the support plate 110; 210; 310; 410; 510; 610; 710; 810, and on the other hand, the mechanical maintenance of this connection terminal on this support plate.

Two types of connection lugs are considered here.

These are for example connection tabs 13; 23A; 33A; 43; 53; 63 of the conductive cage of the first, second, third and fourth embodiments of the connection terminal ( figures 1 , 6 , 11 , 16 , 20 , 24 , 31 , 36 ).

Chaque patte de connexion traversante 13 ; 23A ; 33A ; 43 ; 53 ; 63 ; traverse un orifice correspondant de la plaque de support 110 ; 210 ; 310 ; 410 ; 510 ; 610 ; 710; 810, de telle sorte que la cage 12 ; 22 ; 32 ; 42 ; 52 ; 62 conductrice s'étend à partir d'une première 111 ; 211 ; 311 ; 411 ; 511 ; 611 ; 711 ; 811 desdites faces de ladite plaque de support et que ladite patte de connexion électrique émerge en saillie de l'autre face 112 ; 212 ; 312 ; 412 ; 712 ; 812 de la plaque de support (figures 1, 6, 11, 16, 20, 24, 31, 36).Each through connection tab 13; 23A; 33A; 43; 53; 63; passes through a corresponding orifice in the support plate 110; 210; 310; 410; 510; 610; 710; 810, so that the cage 12; 22; 32; 42; 52; 62 conductive extends from a first 111; 211; 311; 411; 511; 611; 711; 811 of said faces of said support plate and that said electrical connection tab protrudes from the other face 112; 212; 312; 412; 712; Support plate 812 ( figures 1 , 6 , 11 , 16 , 20 , 24 , 31 , 36 ).

Each through connection tab 13; 23A; 33A; 43 is in the form of a tongue which extends from the free edge of the cage 12; 22; 32; 42 conductive, in the extension of the corresponding wall of the cage, that is to say parallel to the longitudinal axis of this cage. This longitudinal axis corresponds to the longitudinal axis of the sleeve forming the cages of the first, second, third and fourth embodiments.

The free end of this through connection tab 13; 23A; 33A; 43; 53; 63 can be straight ( figures 15, 16 , 20 , 24 ) or have beveled angles ( figures 1 , 6 , 11 ) to facilitate its insertion through the hole support plate.

The through connection lugs 13; 23A; 33A; 43; 53; 63 of the terminal allow effective mechanical maintenance of the connection terminal on the support plate and the supply of the printed electrical circuit carried by the other face 112; 212; 312; 412; 512; 612; 712; 812 of the support plate.

To this end, each through connection lug is fixed and / or electrically connected to this other face of the support plate, for example by bonding or soldering. They are preferably soldered to the printed electrical circuit carried by this other face of the support plate.

Certains des modes de réalisation de la borne de connexion proposés ici comportent en outre un deuxième type de pattes de connexion, appelées dans la suite pattes de connexion non traversantes 23B ; 33B (figures 6 à 14, 30, 32, 37 et 39).Some of the embodiments of the connection terminal proposed here also include a second type of connection lugs, hereinafter called non-through connection lugs 23B; 33B ( figures 6 to 14 , 30 , 32 , 37 and 39 ).

Chaque patte de connexion électrique non traversante 23B ; 33B de la cage conductrice est appliquée contre la première face 211 ; 311 ; 711 ; 811 de la plaque de support 210 ; 310 ; 710 ; 810.Each non-through electrical connection tab 23B; 33B of the conductive cage is applied against the first face 211; 311; 711; 811 of the support plate 210; 310; 710; 810.

The non-through connection tabs of the connection terminal strengthen the mechanical retention of the connection terminal on the support plate and allow the supply of the printed electrical circuit carried by said first face 211; 311; 711; 811 of the support plate.

To this end, each non-through connection tab is fixed and / or electrically connected to this first face of the support plate, for example by bonding or soldering. They are preferably soldered on the printed electrical circuit carried by this first face of the support plate.

Avantageusement, du fait que la cage 12 ; 22 ; 32 ; 42; 52 ; 62 et la lame ressort 11 ; 21 ; 31 ; 41 ; 51 ; 61 de la borne de connexion 10 ; 20 ; 30 ; 40 ; 50 ; 60 sont constituées de deux pièces distinctes assemblées, il est possible de réaliser ces deux pièces dans deux matériaux différents.Advantageously, the fact that the cage 12; 22; 32; 42; 52; 62 and the leaf spring 11; 21; 31; 41; 51; 61 of the connection terminal 10; 20; 30 ; 40; 50; 60 consist of two separate parts assembled, it is possible to make these two parts in two different materials.

It is then advantageously possible to optimize the qualities of the two materials chosen so that each of these two parts best fulfills the function assigned to it.

In particular, the cage 12; 22; 32; 42; 52; 62 is preferably made of a brazable material.

It is also obviously made of a material having a maximum electrical conductivity.

The leaf spring 11; 21; 31; 41; 51; 61 is made of a material having qualities of elasticity ensuring that the pressure exerted by the blade comes out on the cage is optimal. This involves exerting maximum pressure while allowing the introduction of an intermediate element of electrical connection between the leaf spring and the cage.

The material of the spring blade is chosen so that it has greater elasticity than that of the conductive cage.

It is in particular a non-solderable material.

It is in particular a stainless steel.

It can also be a non-conductive material, for example a plastic. In the electrical device 100; 200; 300; 400; 500; 600; 700; 800 said connection terminal 10; 20; 30 ; 40; 50; 60 electric is arranged opposite an opening 113; 213; 313; 413; 513; 613; 713; 813 through the support plate 110; 210; 310; 410; 510; 610; 710; 810 ( figures 3 , 8 , 13 , 18 , 22 , 26 , 29 , 31 , 36 and 38 ), so that an intermediate connection element 120; 220; 320; 420; 520; 620; 720; 820 ( figures 3, 4, 5 , 8, 9 , 12, 13, 14 , 17, 18 , 19 , 22 , 23 , 26 , 27 , 29 to 33 , 36 to 39 ) passing through this opening opens out between the leaf spring 11; 21; 31; 41; 51; 61 of said connection terminal and said internal face of the cage 12; 22; 32; 42; 52; 62 conductive against which the leaf spring is pressed.

L'élément intermédiaire de connexion 120 ; 220 ; 320 ; 420 ; 520 ; 620 ; 720; 820 est constitué de préférence d'une lame de connexion. However, each of these two electrical devices can be produced with any of the other embodiments of the connection terminal described above.

More specifically, in the first example of electrical equipment shown on the Figures 28 to 33 , the printed circuit of the electrical device 700 of the electrical apparatus 1100 constitutes a supply circuit of two USB 1600 sockets.

L'appareillage électrique 1000 comporte un boîtier 1400 isolant (figures 32 et 33), qui est assemblé à un cadre 1300 isolant (figures 28, 29, 32 et 33) accueillant le mécanisme d'appareillage 1500 de la prise électrique et le dispositif électrique 700.The electrical equipment 1000 includes an insulating housing 1400 ( figures 32 and 33 ), which is assembled to a 1300 insulating frame ( figures 28, 29 , 32 and 33 ) accommodating the switchgear mechanism 1500 of the electrical outlet and the electrical device 700.

This frame 1300 has a generally parallelepiped shape and has four side walls 1310 and a front wall 1320 which covers the support plate 710 of the printed circuit. This front wall 1320 has passage openings, on the one hand, of the switchgear mechanism 1500 of the electrical outlet and, on the other hand, of the cells 1620 for connection of the two USB 1600 sockets ( figures 32 , 33 ).

The frame 1300 further includes a rear wall 1330 which extends only opposite the switchgear mechanism of the electrical outlet 1500 and forms a housing for the latter ( figure 33 ).

The housing 1400 also has a generally parallelepiped shape, open at the front. It is fitted on its free front edge with latching tabs 1410 ( figure 33 ) which snap into windows 1311 of two opposite side walls 1310 of the frame 1300.

This frame 1300 can be mounted in an apparatus support 1200 shown in the figure 28 .

On the front of this frame 1300 are reported the bezels 1110, 1610 of the electrical outlet 1100 and of the USB outlet 1600.

The switchgear mechanism 1500 of the electrical outlet 1100 comprises in particular a set of connection terminals 1510 comprising two cells 1511 for phase and neutral connection and a pin 1512 for earth connection ( figures 32 , 33 ). This switchgear mechanism 1500 also includes a shutter mechanism with a shutter 1520 housed in a cassette 1530.

These elements are not in themselves the subject of the invention and will not be described here in more detail.

As shown on Figures 30 and 31 , the cells 1620 of the USB connection terminals and the connection terminals 30 of the electrical device 700 extend from the first face 711 of the support plate 710. The cells 1620 of the USB connection terminals are electrically connected to the printed circuit carried by this first face 711 of the support plate 710 of the electrical device 700.

This printed circuit is also powered by the electrical outlet 1100 when the latter is connected to the local electrical network. In fact, the intermediate connection elements 720 electrically connect the phase and neutral cells of the electrical outlet 1100, connected to the local electrical network, at the connection terminals 30 of the electrical device, which are connected to the printed circuit.

Here the intermediate connection elements 720 are in the form of bent blades, one end of which is introduced into the corresponding connection terminal of the electrical device 700, through the openings 713 of the support plate 710, and the other end is in contact with the corresponding socket of the electrical outlet 1100.

A cet effet, le mécanisme d'appareillage 1500 de la prise électrique 1100 comporte des languettes 1540 de connexion reliées aux alvéoles 1511 et à la broche de terre 1520 (figures 29, 30, 31, et 33).To this end, the switchgear mechanism 1500 of the electrical outlet 1100 includes connection tongues 1540 connected to the cells 1511 and to the ground pin 1520 ( figures 29 , 30 , 31 , and 33 ).

These tongues 1540 extend towards the rear of the electrical apparatus 1000, through orifices 1340 in the rear wall 1330 of the frame 1300 ( figure 29 ). The shape of the intermediate connection elements 720 of the electrical device 700 in the electrical equipment 1000 is determined so as to ensure satisfactory contact between each connection element 720 and the tongue 1540 corresponding ( figures 29 and 31 ). The connection element 720 can for example be brazed, crimped or electrically welded to the corresponding tongue 1540.

The rear wall 1330 of the frame 1300 and the support plate 710 of the electrical device 700 provide electrical insulation of the intermediate connection elements 720. The housing 1400 completes the isolation of all of the electrical equipment.

In the second example of electrical equipment shown in the figures 34 to 39 , the printed circuit of the electrical device 800 of the electrical equipment 2000 constitutes a remote control circuit of the associated electrical outlet 2100.

This printed circuit is known in itself and will not be described in more detail here.

The 2000 electrical equipment includes a 2400 insulating box ( figures 34, 35 , 38 and 39 ), which accommodates a 2300 insulating frame at the front ( figures 28, 29 , 32 and 33 ) and houses the switchgear mechanism 2500 of the electrical outlet 2100 and the electrical device 800.

Le mécanisme d'appareillage 2500 de la prise électrique est ici intégré à la plaque de support 810 du circuit imprimé du dispositif électrique 800, puisqu'il traverse cette plaque de support (figures 36, 37).The switchgear mechanism 2500 of the electrical outlet is here integrated into the support plate 810 of the printed circuit of the electrical device 800, since it passes through this support plate ( figures 36, 37 ).

The housing 2400 here has a generally cylindrical shape. It is open at the front and closed at the back.

This frame 2300 has a circular shape and partially closes the front of the housing 2400. It has two latching tabs 2310 which extend rearward and are positioned in two complementary notches of the side wall of the housing 2400.

The frame 2300 furthermore comprises means for mounting on the housing 2400. In this case, these are snap-fit teeth 2320 which cooperate with retention with windows 2420 of the side wall of the housing 2400 ( figures 38 and 39 ).

Le dispositif électrique 800 est logé dans le boîtier 2400, derrière le cadre 2300.The electrical device 800 is housed in the housing 2400, behind the frame 2300.

The frame 2300 has a central opening for access to the electrical switchgear mechanism 2500 of the electrical outlet 2100 which is closed at the front by the trim 2110 of the electrical outlet forming the receiving well of this electrical outlet 2100 ( figures 34, 35 , 38 and 39 ).

The switchgear mechanism 2500 of the electrical outlet 2100 notably comprises two cells 2511 for phase and neutral connection and a pin 2512 for earth connection ( figures 36, 37 ). This switchgear mechanism 2500 also includes a rear connector comprising two connection lugs 2521 for phase and neutral and a connection pin 2522 for earth ( figures 36, 37 and 38 ) which protrude from the bottom of the 2400 box backwards.

Cet agencement autorise un câblage simple et rapide de la prise électrique 2100.The connection lugs 2521 and the connection pin 2522 are electrically connected to the cells 2511 and to the connection pin 2512 of the electrical outlet. This arrangement allows simple and rapid wiring of the electrical outlet 2100.

These elements are not in themselves the subject of the invention and will not be described in more detail.

As shown on figures 37 and 39 , the connection terminals 30 of the electrical device 800 extend from the first face 811 of the support plate 810, towards the front of the electrical outlet 2100.

The printed circuit is thus supplied by the electrical outlet 2100 when the latter is connected to the local electrical network. Indeed, the intermediate connection elements 820 ( figures 37 and 38 ) electrically connect the phase and neutral cells of the electrical outlet 2100, connected to the local electrical network, to the connection terminals 30 of the electrical device 800, which are connected to the printed circuit.

Here the intermediate connection elements 820 are in the form of bent blades coming from formation with the cells, the free end of which is introduced into the corresponding connection terminal, through the openings 813 of the support plate 810.

En variante, l'appareillage électrique selon l'invention peut comprendre d'autres mécanismes d'appareillage électrique.Alternatively, the electrical equipment according to the invention may include other electrical equipment mechanisms.

It may in particular comprise an electrical plug, an electrical device as described above, and at least one intermediate connection element connecting the connection terminal of the electrical device and one of the connection pins of the electrical plug.
