An electrical connection element (10; 110; 210; 310; 410) according to claim 1, wherein said sharp edge forms part of that one of the two distinct portions (30, 40; 130, 140; 230, 240; 330, 340; 430; 440) of the electrical connection element (10; 110; 210; 310; 410) that is made out of the material that presents the greater electrical conductivity.

An electrical connection element (10; 110; 210; 310; 410) according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein said first and second slots (11, 21; 111, 121; 211, 221; 311, 321; 411, 421) are arranged side-by-side, in such a manner as to extend along two distinct longitudinal axes (X1, X2; X11, X12; X21, X22; X31, X32; X41, X42) .
  4. An electrical connection element (10; 110; 210; 310; 410) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the central portion (30; 130; 230; 330; 430) is made out of a material that presents electrical conductivity that is greater than the electrical conductivity of the material out of which the peripheral portion (40; 140; 240; 340; 440) is made.
  5. An electrical connection element (10; 110; 210; 310; 410) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein each flange (42; 142; 242; 342; 442) of the peripheral portion (40; 140; 240; 340; 440) includes a post (43; 143; 243; 343; 443) that projects towards the tongue (30A; 130A; 230A; 330A; 430A), the free flanks of each of the posts (43; 143; 243; 343; 443) forming the facing edges of said peripheral portion (40; 140; 240; 340; 440) of the electrical connection element (10; 110; 210; 310; 410), and wherein the tongue (30A; 130A; 230A; 330A; 430A) includes two longitudinal edges that form said opposite edges of the central portion (30; 130; 230; 330; 430).
  6. An electrical connection element (10; 110; 210; 310; 410) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said tongue (30A; 130A; 230A; 330A; 430A) comprises a functional branch (32; 132; 232; 332; 432) and a support branch (31; 131; 231; 331; 431), said functional branch (32; 132; 232; 332; 432) including said two longitudinal edges that form said opposite edges of the central portion (30; 130; 230; 330; 430), and wherein said tongue (30A; 130A; 230A; 330A; 430A) is secured to said spring blade (40A; 140A; 240A; 340A; 440A) exclusively via the support branch (31; 131; 231; 331; 431) of the tongue.
  7. An electrical connection element (10; 310) according to claim 6, wherein said support branch (31; 331; 431) of the tongue (30A; 330A; 430A) is applied against the base (41; 341; 441) of said spring blade (40A; 340A; 440A) in order to secure said support branch (31; 331; 431) to the spring blade.
  8. An electrical connection element (110) according to claim 6, wherein said support branch (131) of the tongue (130A) is applied against an additional wall (150) of said spring blade (140A) in order to secure said support branch (131) to the spring blade, which additional wall extends from the base (141) of the spring blade (140A) between the two flanges (142).
  9. An electrical connection element (210) according to claim 6, wherein said support branch (231) of the tongue (230A) includes two tabs (236) that are adapted for retaining co-operation with two openings (246) in the flanges (242) of the spring blade (240A) in order to secure said support branch (231) to the spring blade.
  10. An electrical connection element (10; 310; 410) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein each of the flanges (42; 342; 442) of the peripheral portion (40; 340; 440) is adapted to pivot about a pivot axis (P1, P2; P31, P32; P41, P42) that is orthogonal or substantially orthogonal to a longitudinal axis (X1, X2; X31, X32; X41, X42) of the corresponding slot (11, 21; 311, 321; 411, 421) .
  11. An electrical connection element (110; 210) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein each of the flanges (142; 242) of the peripheral portion (140; 240) is adapted to pivot about a pivot axis (P11, P12; P21, P22) that is parallel or substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis (X11, X12; X21, X22) of the corresponding slot (111, 121; 211, 221).
  12. An electrical connection element (10; 110; 210; 310; 410) according to any preceding claim, wherein both facing edges (11A, 11B, 21A, 21B; 111A, 111B, 121A, 121B; 211A, 211B, 221A, 221B; 311A, 311B, 321A, 321B; 411A, 411B, 421A, 421B) of each slot (11, 21; 111, 121; 211, 221; 311, 321; 411, 421) are sharp edges.
  13. An electrical connection element (10; 110; 210; 310; 410) according to any preceding claim, wherein one (30; 130; 230; 330; 430) of the two distinct portions of the connection element (10; 110; 210; 310; 410) is made out of an alloy containing copper, while the other (40; 140; 240; 340; 440) of the two distinct portions is made out of stainless steel or out of steel.
  14. An electrical connection element (10; 110; 210; 310; 410) according to any preceding claim, wherein stiffener means are provided for stiffening the connection element (10; 110; 210; 310; 410), which stiffener means block the transmission of the deformation from one of the flanges (42; 142; 242; 342; 442) of the connection element to the other flange (42; 142; 242; 342; 442).
  15. An electrical connection element (10; 110; 210; 310; 410) according to the preceding claim, wherein said stiffener means for stiffening the connection element (10; 110; 210; 310; 410) comprise internal abutment elements against which said flanges (42; 142; 242; 342; 442) come to bear when they are deformed towards the inside of the connection element.
  16. An electrical connection element (10; 110; 210; 310; 410) according to the preceding claim, wherein said internal abutment elements comprise lateral projections (35; 135; 235; 335; 435) that extend from the central portion (30; 130; 230; 330; 430) of the connection element towards the flanges (42; 142; 242; 342; 442) of the peripheral portion (40; 140; 240; 340; 440).
  17. An electrical connection element (210) according to any one of claims 14 to 16, wherein said stiffener means further comprise external abutment elements that limit the deformation of each flange (242) of the peripheral portion (240) towards the outside.
  18. An electrical accessory including an electrical connection element (10, 110, 210, 310, 410) according to any preceding claim, forming a connection terminal for connecting it to an electricity network.
  19. An electrical accessory according to claim 18, wherein the tongue (230A) of the connection element (210) forming the connection terminal presents a shape that defines a reception socket for receiving an electrical connector pin of another electrical accessory.
