- Véhicule ferroviaire, ayant une protection (1) contre les coincements de personne disposée du côté de la tête, dans lequel
la protection (1) contre les coincements de personne est montée coulissante, dans la direction verticale, sur un châssis (9) du véhicule ferroviaire, le véhicule ferroviaire comprenant au moins une butée (2) pour la protection contre les coincements de personne et au moins un moyen (3) de rappel, laquelle butée (2) est montée à une distance sensiblement verticale donnée à l'avance par rapport au châssis (9), la protection (1) contre les coincements de personne se trouvant lors de l'application sur la butée (2) dans une position de repos, le moyen (3) de rappel étant constitué pour appliquer à la protection (1) contre les coincements de personne une force de rappel, qui agit dans la direction de la butée (2) pour déplacer la protection (1) contre les coincements de personne en direction de la butée (2), si elle est sortie de la position de repos pour aller vers le châssis, caractérisé en ce que la butée (2) est montée sur le véhicule ferroviaire par un système (4) de retenue, constitué de manière à pouvoir régler la distance donnée à l'avance de la butée (2) au châssis (9). - Véhicule ferroviaire suivant la revendication 1,
