Claims (13)
- Dispositif (4) dévolu à la mise en forme d'une ébauche prédécoupée (3) en un matériau aplati notamment constitué par des fibres naturelles, tel que du papier ou du carton par exemple, afin d'obtenir un objet respectivement en forme d'écuelle ou de gobelet, ledit dispositif (4) étant équipé d'un appareil de formage comprenant un poinçon (6) et une matrice, une pièce désignée par « serre-flan » (7) étant prévue à faible distance de ladite matrice (5), l'ébauche prédécoupée aplatie (3) étant enserrée entre ces deux éléments, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu un appareil d'amenée affecté au matériau aplati et auquel l'appareil de formage se rattache ; et par le fait qu'il est prévu un appareil de calibrage (9) dans lequel le poinçon (6) insère l'objet déjà préformé, et le comprime par coopération entre ledit poinçon (6) et ledit appareil de calibrage (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'un appareil de compression, venant en prise avec le serre-flan (7), est apte à presser ledit serre-flan contre la matrice (5), de manière contrôlée, et donc contre l'ébauche prédécoupée aplatie (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un ressort de pression, venant en prise avec le serre-flan (7), presse ledit serre-flan (7) contre la matrice (5), et donc contre l'ébauche (3) de matériau prédécoupé ; et/ou par le fait que l'appareil de compression, venant en prise avec ledit serre-flan (7), est entraîné hydrauliquement ou pneumatiquement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la pression de contact du serre-flan (7) est régulée ou commandée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu, avant l'appareil de formage, un appareil de poinçonnage (2) apte à poinçonner des ébauches prédécoupées individuelles (3) à partir d'une nappe de matériau (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu un appareil destiné à l'humidification au moins unilatérale du matériau (1, 3) devant être mis en forme ; et/ou par le fait qu'il est prévu un appareil de chauffage conçu pour chauffer ledit matériau (1, 3) devant être mis en forme, lequel appareil de chauffage peut être réalisé en tant que chauffage rayonnant.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le poinçon (6) et/ou le serre-flan (7) et/ou la matrice (5) est (sont) chauffé(e)(s).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'un contre-piston (8), placé en vis-à-vis du poinçon (6), est apte à exercer une pression contre la face inférieure de l'ébauche (3) de matériau prédécoupé lorsque cette dernière est à l'état enserré.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu un appareil d'évasement, dans lequel l'extrémité supérieure de l'objet peut être évasée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu un appareil conçu pour amener la région marginale supérieure de l'objet à la forme d'un rebord scellé, ou d'une configuration similaire.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu un éjecteur (8) apte à éjecter l'objet respectivement achevé, ou partiellement achevé.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que des objets à emballer sont insérés dans l'objet achevé.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé par le fait que les objets, devant être emballés, sont par exemple immobilisés par un cerclage ou par un enveloppement.
