Claims (13)
- Procédé de mise en forme tridimensionnelle d'un matériau aplati (2) notamment constitué par des fibres naturelles, tel que du papier ou du carton par exemple, impliquant un piston (3) et une pièce complémentaire (4) configurée en un manchon, dans laquelle le matériau (2) est enfoncé, ledit matériau (2) étant coincé entre ladite pièce complémentaire (4) configurée en un manchon et un élément désigné par « rétenteur de plis » (5), de façon telle que ledit matériau (2) puisse glisser adéquatement au cours de la mise en forme, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu un dispositif de calibrage (8) dans lequel le matériau (2) mis en forme est plaqué contre le piston (3), ce qui a pour effet de comprimer les plis finement répartis auxquels la mise en forme donne naissance.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le rétenteur de plis (5) est plaqué contre le matériau aplati (2) avec une pression variable.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le rétenteur de plis (5) est plaqué contre le matériau aplati (2) avec contrainte élastique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que la pression du rétenteur de plis (5), agissant contre le matériau aplati (2), peut être respectivement commandée ou régulée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'un bloc de contre-appui (6), prévu dans le sens axial par rapport au piston (3), plaque le matériau (2) contre ledit piston (3) au cours de la mise en forme, ledit bloc de contre-appui (6) pouvant être de réalisation variable et régulable.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le matériau (2) est humecté, au moins d'un côté, avant, pendant et/ou après la mise en forme et/ou le calibrage.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le matériau (2) est chauffé avant, pendant et/ou après la mise en forme, et/ou avant et/ou pendant le calibrage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé par le fait que la température et/ou l'humidité de traitement du matériau (2) est (sont) respectivement choisie(s) ou réglée(s) en fonction du matériau utilisé.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un emboutissage du fond de la partie produite, au cours de la mise en forme, entre le piston (3) et le bloc de contre-appui (6).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le matériau (2) comporte une couche de matière plastique ou est muni de cette dernière, au moins d'un côté.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie, produite au cours de la mise en forme, est adéquatement élargie à son extrémité ouverte.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité ouverte est rabattue pour former un bord scellé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé par le fait que le bord scellé est additionnellement rendu étanche, l'étanchement pouvant avoir lieu par apport de chaleur et/ou après humectage préalable.
