Claims (4)

  1. Verfahren zur Verarbeitung einer Folie für einen Lagerungskörper (11), wobei ein flächenförmiger Ansatz (13), der an der Folie für den Lagerungskörper (11) angebracht werden soll, mit einer Bahn (12) verbunden wird, die die Folien für den Lagerungskörper aufweist, die sich in einer Längsrichtung fortsetzen, das die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    einen Schritt der Bandzuführung, bei dem ein Band (14), das die Ansätze (13) aufweist, die sich in der Längsrichtung fortsetzen, von stromaufwärts nach stromabwärts entlang der Längsrichtung der Bahn (12) zugeführt wird, wodurch eine Zuführung zu einer Schneidvorrichtung (31), die das Band (14) in einer Richtung schneidet, die sich mit deren Längsrichtung schneidet, und einer Verbindungsvorrichtung erfolgt; und
    einen Schneidschritt, bei dem ein Ende des Bandes (14) geschnitten wird, um den Ansatz (13) in einem Zustand wegzuschneiden, damit eine relative Bewegung zwischen dem Band (14) und der Bahn (12) unterbrochen wird, und einen Verbindungsschritt, bei dem der Ansatz (13) über die Bahn (12) gelegt und verbunden wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eingesetzt werden:
    Fixierhalter (22), die auf der stromaufwärts gelegenen Seite angeordnet sind; Zuführungshalter (24), die stromabwärts von den Fixierhaltern (22) angeordnet sind; die Schneidvorrichtung (31), die stromabwärts von den Zuführungshaltern (24) angeordnet ist; und die Verbindungsvorrichtung, die stromabwärts von der Schneidvorrichtung (31) angeordnet ist,
    wobei die Schneidvorrichtung (31) mit einer Schneidkante (34) versehen ist und Haltekörper (32) sowohl an der Vorderseite als auch der Hinterseite der Schneidkante (34) angeordnet sind, wodurch das Schneiden des Bandes (14) durch Benutzung der Schneidkante (34) in einem Zustand erfolgt, in dem das Band (14) an der Vorderseite und der Hinterseite der Schneidkante (34) mittels der Haltekörper (32) gehalten wird, und
    wobei diese Vorrichtungen eingesetzt werden, um den folgenden "ersten Schritt" bis "vierten Schritt" durchzuführen:
    "erster Schritt", bei dem das Band (14) durch die Zuführungshalter (24) in einer stromaufwärts zurückgezogenen Position gehalten wird;
    "zweiter Schritt", bei dem die Fixierhalter (22) das Band (14) in einem freigegebenen Zustand und ebenfalls in einem Zustand halten, in dem das Band (14) durch die Zuführungshalter (24) gehalten wird, wobei sich die Zuführungshalter (24) vorwärts nach unten bewegen dürfen, wodurch sich das Band (14) relativ nach vom mit Bezugnahme auf die Bahn (12) bewegen darf und bis das Band (14) zur Schneidvorrichtung (31) und der Verbindungsvorrichtung zugeführt wird, wobei sich das Band (14) weiter relativ nach vom mit Bezugnahme auf die Bahn (12) bewegt;
    "dritter Schritt", bei dem in einem Stadium, in dem das Band (14) eine relative Bewegung nach vom mit Bezugnahme auf die Bahn (12) unterbricht, gleichzeitig die folgenden Schritte durchgeführt werden: ein Schritt, bei dem die Zuführungshalter (24) das Band (14) freigeben; ein Schritt, bei dem die Fixierhalter (22) verwendet werden, um das Band (14) zu halten; und ein Schritt, bei dem die Haltekörper (32) verwendet werden, um das Band (14) zu halten, wobei alternativ, nachdem mindestens einer der folgenden Schritte durchgeführt wird, d.h., ein Schritt, bei dem die Fixierhalter (22) verwendet werden, um das Band (14) zu halten, und ein Schritt, bei dem die Haltekörper (32) benutzt werden, um das Band (14) zu halten, ein Schritt durchgeführt wird, bei dem die Zuführungshalter (24) das Band (14) freigeben, und wobei ebenfalls der Verbindungsschritt gestartet wird, bei dem, während die Haltekörper (32) das Band (14) an der Vorderseite und an der Hinterseite der Schneidkante (34) halten, eine Vorderseite des Ansatzes (13), der weggeschnitten werden soll, mit der Bahn (12) verbunden wird; und
    "vierter Schritt", bei dem ein Schritt durchgeführt wird, bei dem sich, während das Band (14) weiter durch die Fixierhalter (22) gehalten wird, und ebenfalls weiter durch die Haltekörper (32) gehalten wird, die Zuführungshalter (24), die das Band (14) im freigegeben Zustand halten, nach hinten in die zurückgezogene Position bewegen können, und wobei ebenfalls der Schneidschritt durchgeführt wird.
  2. Verfahren zur Verarbeitung der Folie für einen Lagerungskörper (11) nach Anspruch 1, bei dem vor dem Abschluss des Schneidschrittes der Verbindungsschritt gestartet wurde.
  3. Verfahren zur Verarbeitung der Folie für einen Lagerungskörper (11) nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, bei dem
    der Ansatz (13) ein Rückschlagventil ist, das aus einer Folie besteht, die mit einem Ventilströmungskanal zwischen einer Vielzahl von Folien versehen ist, die in der Dickenrichtung überlagert sind, wodurch einer von Zufluss und Abfluss eines Fluids zwischen dem Inneren und dem Äußeren eines Lagerungskörpers gestattet wird, der mit der Folie für den Lagerungskörper (11) gebildet wird, und wobei der andere von Zufluss und Abfluss des Fluids nicht gestattet wird,
    wobei das Band (14) so ist, dass die Vielzahl der Rückschlagventile in der Längsrichtung des Bandes (14) in einer derartigen Weise angeordnet ist, dass der Ventilströmungskanal parallel mit der Breitenrichtung des Bandes (14) verläuft,
    wobei der Schritt der Bandzuführung das Band (14) nach vom nur um die gleiche Länge wie die Breite der Anzahl der Rückschlagventile zuführen soll, die an einer Einheit des Lagerungskörpers angebracht werden sollen, und
    wobei der Schneidschritt den Seitenrand an der Hinterseite des Rückschlagventils vom Ende des Bandes (14) aus abschneiden soll, und wobei der Verbindungsschritt die Vorderseite des Rückschlagventils mit der Folie des Lagerungskörpers (11) durch Heißsiegeln verbinden soll.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Verarbeitung einer Folie für einen Lagerungskörper (11) für eine Verwendung beim Verfahren zur Verarbeitung der Folie für einen Lagerungskörper (11) nach einem von Anspruch 1 bis Anspruch 3, und
    wobei die Vorrichtung zur Verarbeitung der Folie für einen Lagerungskörper (11) aufweist:
    Fixierhalter (22), die auf der stromaufwärts gelegenen Seite angeordnet sind; Zuführungshalter (24), die stromabwärts von den Fixierhaltern (22) angeordnet sind; eine Schneidvorrichtung (31), die stromabwärts von den Zuführungshaltern (24) angeordnet ist; und eine Verbindungsvorrichtung, die stromabwärts von der Schneidvorrichtung (31) angeordnet ist; wobei
    die Schneidvorrichtung (31) mit einer Schneidkante (34) versehen ist und Haltekörper (32) sowohl an der Vorderseite als auch der Hinterseite der Schneidkante (34) angeordnet sind,
    wobei die Schneidvorrichtung (31) einen Abschnitt des Bandes (14) näher an deren Ende abschneiden soll und den Ansatz (13) in einem Zustand abschneiden soll, bei dem eine relative Bewegung zwischen dem Band (14) und der Bahn (12) unterbrochen wird, und
    wobei die Verbindungsvorrichtung den Ansatz (13) mit der Bahn (12) vor dem Abschluss des Schneidens mittels der Schneidvorrichtung (31) verbinden soll.
