Die Reinigungseinheit 20 weist eine antreibbare Bürsteneinheit 102 auf. Die Bürsteneinheit 102 ist als Bürstenband 104 ausgebildet, welches über Umlenkrollen 106 umgelenkt wird. Am Ende einer Reinigungsstrecke 170 ist eine Absaugeinheit 112 der Reinigungseinheit 20 angeordnet. Die Absaugeinheit 112 der Reinigungseinheit 20 umfasst eine sich horizontal über die Breite der Bürsteneinheit 102 erstreckende Schmutzwasserauffangeinheit 46, ein Aggregat 32, welches als Saugaggregat ausgebildet ist und das über die Hohlleitung 28 abgesaugtes Schmutzwasser in das zweite Tankelement 58 fördert. Durch die transparente Ausführung der Hohlleitung 28 kann ein Bediener eine ordnungsgemäße Funktion der Absaugeinheit 112 überwachen und insbesondere Verstopfungen an einem verminderten Flüssigkeitsdurchfluss erkennen. Die Schmutzwasserauffangeinheit 46 ist um 10° geneigt innerhalb des Arbeitsraums 16 montiert. Das Aggregat 32 ist innerhalb des Arbeitsraums 16 angeordnet. Das Aggregat 32 ist von einer Abschirmeinheit 34 gegenüber der Bürsteneinheit 102 abgeschirmt. Die Abschirmeinheit 34 dämpft Geräuschemissionen des Aggregats 32. Ferner schützt die Abschirmeinheit 34 das Aggregat 32 vor Spritzwasser und/oder insbesondere aggressiven Reinigungsflüssigkeiten. An der treppenabwärtigen Seite 92 weist die Vorrichtung 10 eine Kippsicherungseinheit 42 auf. Die Kippsicherungseinheit 42 umfasst zwei Kippsicherungselemente 44, von denen in der
Seitlich ist die Schmutzwasserauffangeinheit 46 durch zwei Seitenelemente 142, 144 begrenzt. Die Seitenelemente 142, 144 können beispielsweise aus einem Metallblech geschnitten und/oder gestanzt sein. Die Seitenelemente 142, 144 sind beispielsweise mit der Basis 124 der Schmutzwasserauffangeinheit 46 verschweißt. Die Seitenelemente 142, 144 sind dazu vorgesehen, während eines Reinigungsbetriebs ein seitliches Ausfließen von Schmutzwasser zu verhindern. In die Seitenelemente 142, 144 ist jeweils eine Vertiefung 174, 176 eingebracht. In einem montierten Zustand der Schmutzwasserauffangeinheit 46 endet die Abschirmeinheit 34 mit einem unteren Abschnitt innerhalb der Vertiefungen 174, 176. Über die Vertiefungen 174, 176 wird insbesondere in den Randbereichen der Abschirmeinheit 34 abfließendes Wasser zuverlässig in die Schmutzwasserauffangeinheit 46 geleitet. Ferner weisen die Seitenelemente 142, 144 Befestigungslaschen 146, 148 auf, welche dazu vorgesehen sind, beispielsweise eine Abstreifbürste 172 an der Schmutzwasserauffangeinheit 46 zu befestigen. Die Basis 124 und die Seitenelemente 142, 144 begrenzen einen Schmutzwasserauffangbereich 150 der Schmutzwasserauffangeinheit 46 an vier Seiten.
