As described in fig. 1 to 9: the floor washing machine comprises a frame 1, wherein one side of the frame 1 along the advancing direction of the floor washing machine is a front side, one side opposite to the front side is a rear side, the left side along the advancing direction is a left side, the right side along the advancing direction is a right side, two sets of traveling driving devices 10 are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the frame 1 relative to a vertical center plane along the front-rear side direction, each traveling driving device 10 comprises a traveling wheel frame, traveling wheels, a traveling driving speed reducer and a traveling driving motor, the traveling wheels are erected at the bottom of the frame 1, the traveling wheels are arranged on the traveling wheel frame, the traveling driving speed reducer is arranged on the side surface of the traveling wheel frame, an output shaft of the traveling driving speed reducer is connected with a driving shaft of the traveling wheels, the traveling driving motor is arranged on the traveling driving speed reducer, and an output shaft of the traveling driving motor is connected with an input shaft of the traveling driving speed reducer; two universal wheels 11 are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the frame 1 relative to the vertical central plane along the front-back side direction, and the brush plate lifting driving device in the embodiment is a brush plate lifting electric cylinder; the water scraping lifting driving device is a water scraping lifting electric cylinder.
As shown in fig. 1,2 and 5, a brush tray device 2 is arranged at the front part of a frame 1, the brush tray device 2 comprises two brush tray main supports 22 which are arranged at the bottom of the frame and are symmetrically arranged relative to a vertical central plane along the front-back side direction of the frame 1, the brush tray main supports 22 are perpendicular to the frame 1, each brush tray main support 22 is provided with two brush tray connecting rods 23, one end of each brush tray connecting rod 23 is hinged with the brush tray main support 22, the other end of each brush tray connecting rod 23 is hinged with a brush tray support 24, the brush tray main support 22, the two brush tray connecting rods 23 and the brush tray support 24 at each side form a parallelogram structure, a brush tray substrate 251 is arranged at the bottom end of each brush tray support 24, more than two cover bodies 252 are symmetrically arranged on the brush tray substrate 251 relative to the center of the brush tray substrate 251, the cover bodies 252 are fixed on the brush tray substrate 251 through hand screws 253, and a brush (not shown) is arranged at the bottom of the brush tray substrate 251; in this embodiment, specifically, a connection shaft is provided on the bottom surface of the brush tray substrate, the brush is fixed on the connection shaft through a mounting portion, and a driving motor 254 is provided on the top of the brush tray substrate 251.

During operation brush dish promotes the push rod of electronic jar 213 only receives axial pulling force effect, compares with the electronic jar both ends all articulated structure among the prior art, and the setting in this scheme can prevent that the brush dish from promoting the articulated department at electronic jar 213 both ends and wearing and tearing too fast, protects brush dish and promotes electronic jar 213, prolongs the brush dish and promotes the life of electronic jar 213.
As shown in fig. 1,2 and 7, a wiper device 3 is provided at the rear of the frame 1, the wiper device 3 includes a swing shaft bracket 30 provided at the bottom of the frame 1, a swing shaft 31 is vertically provided on the swing shaft bracket 30, a lifter is hinged on the swing shaft 31, a wiper assembly is provided on the lifter, the lifter includes a main lifter 321, a sub lifter 322 and four wiper links 323, two of the wiper links 323 are provided at the left sides of the main lifter 321 and the sub lifter 322, the other two wiper links 323 are provided at the right sides of the main lifter 321 and the sub lifter 322, one end of the wiper link 323 is hinged with the main lifter 321, the other end of the wiper link 323 is hinged with the sub lifter 322, the wiper assembly includes a wiper bracket 331, a wiper holder 332 is provided on the wiper bracket 331, a wiper blade holder 331 is connected with the wiper blade holder 332 by a wiper screw 333, a wiper blade 334 is provided on the wiper blade holder 332, and the wiper blade holder 334 is fixed on the wiper blade holder 332 by a wiper blade fixing piece 335.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9 together, a threaded hole 3310 is provided at the top of the wiper bracket 331, a kidney-shaped hole 3220 is vertically provided at a position on the sub-lifting frame 322 corresponding to the threaded hole 3310 on the wiper bracket 331, an angle adjusting device is provided between the wiper bracket 331 and the sub-lifting frame 322, in this embodiment, the angle adjusting device includes a hand screw 341, a fastening nut 342, a first washer 343, a second washer 344 and a spring 345, the hand screw 341 includes a large end 3411 and a small end 3412, the small end 3412 includes a straight section 34121 and a threaded section 34122, the thread on the large end 3411 of the hand screw 341 is threaded through the threaded hole 3310 at the top of the wiper bracket 331 and then through the kidney-shaped hole 3220, the fastening nut 342 is screwed into the threaded section 34122, the spring 345 and the first washer 343 are sleeved between the hand screw 341 and the sub-lifting frame 322, the first washer 343 is in contact with the sub-lifting frame 322, the second washer 344 is provided between the fastening nut 342 and the sub-lifting frame 322, and the upper setting is provided, when the hand screw 341 is screwed, the first washer 343 is screwed down, the relative to the water-lifting frame 331 and the wiper bracket 322 can be adjusted by the relative to the level of the water-lifting frame 322, and the water-lifting frame is adjusted by the relative to the level of the water-lifting frame; the angle adjusting device can also be characterized in that a rotating shaft is arranged on the auxiliary lifting frame, and the water scraping support is arranged on the rotating shaft to realize the angle adjustment between the water scraping support and the auxiliary lifting frame.

A vacuum pumping device 6 and a liquid level sensor 7 are arranged at the top of the sewage tank 42; a drain pipe is arranged at the bottom of the sewage tank 42, and a battery 8 and a controller are also arranged on the frame 1; an operation panel and a handrail are arranged outside the water tank.

S5, starting a filtering pumping device: starting the water pump 52, enabling water in the clean water tank 51 to enter the filter 51 from the water inlet pipe 53 through the water inlet end of the filter 51, filtering the water by the filter 51, enabling the filtered water to flow out from the water outlet end of the filter 51, enabling the water to flow out from the water outlet end of the water pump 52 after entering the water pump 52 through the connecting pipe 54, and enabling the water to flow out from the water inlet end of the water pump 52 and reach the brush disc assembly through the water outlet pipe 55;
S6, starting the walking driving device 10, and moving the floor washing machine to start floor washing.
The working method is simple to operate, the floor washing machine operates stably in the process of lifting the brushing disc device and the water scraping device, and the brushing disc device, the water scraping device, the vacuumizing device and the filtering water pumping device can realize rapid full-automatic operation through the control of the controller, so that the labor intensity of operators is reduced, and the floor washing efficiency is improved.
