Claims (7)
- Möbel, welches verwendet wird, um sich zu setzen oder hinzulegen, insbesondere ein Lehnstuhl, ein Stuhl, ein Bett oder ein Sofa, umfassend mindestens einen Sitzteil (2) und/oder einen Teil (9), der eine Lehne bildet, und mindestens einen Kopfteil (7), der dazu bestimmt ist, den Kopf der Person zu stützen, die auf dem Sitzteil sitzt; wobei der Kopfteil (7) derart montiert ist, dass er zwischen mindestens einer abgesenkten Position und einer erhöhten Position hin- und hergehen kann, in der er den Kopf der sitzenden Person stützt, und Steuermittel, die dazu bestimmt sind, den Übergang des mindestens einen Kopfteils von einer Position zu einer anderen zu steuern, wobei die Bewegung des Kopfteils von einem Motor (20) bewirkt wird, der von einem Steuersystem gesteuert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- einen Sensor bildende Mittel (11) bereitgestellt sind, welche dazu bestimmt sind, die Anwesenheit einer sitzenden Person auf dem Sitzteil und/oder dem Teil, der die Lehne bildet, zu detektieren;- die Anordnung derart ist, dass die Steuermittel den Übergang von dem mindestens einen Kopfteil von einer Position zu einer anderen steuern, wenn die den Sensor bildenden Mittel die Anwesenheit einer Person auf dem Sitzteil und/oder dem Teil, der die Lehne bildet, detektieren; und- die Steuermittel die Verschiebung des Kopfteils (7) in die erhöhte Position der Kopfstütze steuern, wenn die den Sensor bildenden Mittel (11) die Anwesenheit einer Person auf dem Sitzteil (2) detektieren.
- Möbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor zur Detektion der Anwesenheit einer Person ein Drucksensor ist.
- Möbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Detektionssensor, insbesondere der Drucksensor, auf oder in dem Sitzteil angeordnet ist.
- Möbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung derart ist, dass, wenn der Sensor detektiert, dass sich niemand auf dem Sitzteil befindet, insbesondere während mindestens eines bestimmten zuvor festgelegten Zeitintervalls, die Steuermittel den Übergang des Kopfteils (7) in seine vorhergehende Position oder seinen vorhergehenden Zustand steuern.
- Möbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Steuersystem mehrere Positionen des Kopfteils (7) als Funktion des Gewichts der auf dem Sitzteil sitzenden Person vorregistriert werden, und die Steuermittel die Verschiebung des Kopfteils (7) in eine dieser vorregistrierten Positionen als Funktion des vom Drucksensor detektierten Gewichts steuern.
- Möbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopfteil über der Lehne montiert ist, wobei das mechanische System, das mit dem Kopfteil verbunden ist, nur in der erhöhten Position des Kopfteils an der Außenseite erscheint.
- Möbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopfteil (7) über der Lehne montiert ist, wobei das mechanische System, das mit dem Kopfteil verbunden ist, in keiner Position des Kopfteils (7) an der Außenseite erscheint.
