La présente invention concerne un procédé et un terminal de radiocommunication (1) permettant de transmettre des données réelles relatives à des moyens de transport / des itinéraires depuis le terminal de radiocommunication (1) à un appareil de téléphonie mobile (10) d'un passager sous forme de données entrant en ligne de compte pour la facturation, comprenant : 1) la mise en place d'un terminal de radiocommunication (1) de type réseau local sans fil, Bluetooth ou UWB dans un moyen de transport, le terminal de radiocommunication (1) etant conçu pour émettre un signal de radiocommunication (WS) se présentant sous forme d'un signal de balise de diffusion dynamisé et portant sur des données réelles relatives à des moyens de transport / des itinéraires, et le signal de radio communication (WS) pouvant être reçu dans l'intégralité dudit moyen de transport à l'aide d'appareils de téléphonie mobile standardisés (10) et sans établissement d'une communication ou connexion bidirectionnelle ; 2) le démarrage (200) du suivi électronique du déplacement au moyen d'une application de ticket activée dans l'appareil de téléphonie mobile (10), et l'activation d'un deuxième module de radiocommunication destiné à recevoir le signal de radiocommunication (WF) ; 3) la détermination répétée de données réelles relatives à des moyens de transport / des itinéraires et, à chaque fois, leur émission au moyen du signal de radiocommunication (WS) ; 4) la réception, l'identification et l'enregistrement, dans l'appareil de téléphonie mobile (10), des données réelles relatives à des moyens de transport / des itinéraires faisant partie du signal de radiocommunication (WS) ; 5) la répétition des étapes 3 à 4 jusqu'à ce que le suivi électronique du déplacement soit terminé (205) ; 6) la détermination des données entrant en ligne de compte pour la facturation et la transmission à une entreprise de transport.
