Vorliegend handelt es sich in erster Linie um ein Arbeitsgerüst zur Vorbereitung und zur Durchführung von Betonierarbeiten an vorgeschalten Wänden für Bauobjekte, insbesondere im Hochbau.
Wandschalungen erreichen zu diesem Zweck eine Höhe von mehreren Metern und werden anschliessend an bestehenden Betonmauern für weitere Stockwerke erneut aufgebaut, sodass eine respektable Arbeitshöhe entstehen kann.
Das Arbeiten auf einer Arbeitsbühne resp. auf dem Gehsteg an der Rückseite und über einem Schalelement birgt gewisse Unfallrisiken für Personal und Maschinen sowie Geräte, wobei die begehbaren Arbeitsbühnen an dem von dem mit einem Konsolengerüst versehenen Schalungselement abgewandten Rand ein Absturz-Schutzvorrichtung aufgebaut ist. Gegenüberliegend der Arbeitsbühne werden derzeit keine Vorkehrungen gegen eine Absturzgefahr eingesetzt, weil die beim Betonieren verwendeten Kransilos über dem zu beschickenden, durch die Schalungselemente begrenzten Raum beidseits darüber hinaus zusätzlichen Platz in Anspruch nehmen, sodass den Bedienern der Kransilos wenig Raum und Standfläche zur Verfügung steht.
Ein Konsolengerüst der eingangs beschriebenen Art vermittelt ein Prospekt der Firma NOE-Schaltechnik (XP055341606) vom 09.2011 auf den Seiten 17 und 18.
Durch die vorveröffentlichte EP 2 072 714 A1 ist eine mittels Laufrollen oberhalb und auf einer stehenden Schalung fahrbare Arbeitsbühne bekannt geworden, die durch jeweils weitere, an einem unter der Arbeitsbühne befestigten Gestell um senkrechte Achsen frei drehende Führungsrollen an den Schalungswänden geführt ist.
Ein nach der AU 45 386/68 vorbekanntes Gerüst besteht aus parallelen, in der Laufrichtung auf einer Mauer im Abstand aufgelegten Querträgern, deren die Mauer seitlich überstehende Abschnitte mit aufrecht gerichteten Elementen ausgebildet sind, die an den oberen Enden durch Handläufe bildende Stangen verbunden sind und die am unteren Ende durch verstellbare Vorrichtungen an den Wänden abstützbar sind. Es hat sich an die vorliegende Erfindung die Aufgabe gestellt, ein Konsolengerüst zu schaffen, das dem Bedienungspersonal für die Kransilos mehr Bewegungsraum zur Verfügung stellt und somit die Arbeitssicherheit erheblich verbessert. Erfindungsgemäss wurde die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass gegenüberliegend von den aneinanderreihbaren Konsolenelementen (3) jeweils ein ein von dem ersten Schalungselement (1) beabstandbares zweites Schalungselement (14) rückwärtig überstehbares, mit der Arbeitsbühne (12) eines der aneinanderreihbaren Konsolenelementes (3) eine Arbeitsfläche bildendes Arbeitspodest (40) angeordnet ist, das wenigstens auf dem zweiten Schalungselement (14) auflegbar ist und mit der Arbeitsbühne (12) verbunden ist, dass die aneinanderreihbaren Konsolenelemente jeweils einen an den seitlichen Endkanten und rechtwinklig zum ersten Schalungselement verlaufbaren Ausleger aufweisen, der durch ein mit einem an der ersten Schalungsrückwand anstehbaren Stützträger abgestützten, vorzugsweise zweiteiligen Stützelement verbunden ist, dass die auf dem ersten Schalungselement auflegbaren Ausleger eines aneinanderreihbaren Konsolenelementes mit jeweils einer unter die Oberkante des ersten Schalungselementes ragbaren, an dessen Schalungswand anlegbare Positionsplatte ausgebildet sind. Dadurch kann eine höhere Betriebssicherheit als bisher und eine bessere Gewichtsverteilung des Konsolengerüstes über der Wandschalung erreicht werden. Das Arbeitspodest erhöht massgebend die Sicherheit für das Personal bei Schalungs-und/oder Betonier- oder anderen Arbeiten und könnte somit auch Sicherheitspodest bezeichnet werden. Erfindungsgemäss weisen die Konsolenelemente jeweils einen an den seitlichen Endkanten und rechtwinklig zum ersten Schalungselement verlaufenden Ausleger auf, der durch ein mit einem an der Schalungsrückwand anstehenden Stützträger abgestützten, vorzugsweise zweiteiligen Stützelement verbunden ist, sodass eine zuverlässige Stabilität im Tragwerk der Arbeitsbühne vorliegt.
Für eine einfache Montage und Demontage sowie für ein raumsparendes Zusammenlegen der Konsolenelemente ist der Stützträger einenends jeweils schwenkbar an dem Ausleger befestigt.
Zur Vereinfachung des Transportes oder der Einlagerung bzw. Für einen beschränkten Raumanspruch sowie ein einfaches Handhaben bei der Montage und Demontage ist das Stützelement längsverstellbar ausgebildet. Erfindungsgemäss sind die auf dem ersten Schalungselement auflegbaren Ausleger eines aneinanderreihbaren Konsolenelementes mit jeweils einer unter die Oberkante des Schalungselementes ragbaren, an dessen Schalungswand anlegbare Positionsplatte ausgebildet, sodas ein genaues und einfaches Positionieren des Konsolenelementes auf der Wandschalung möglich ist.
Bei einem die Oberkante des ersten Schalungselementes bildenden, vorzugsweise hohlen Längsträger einer Rahmenkonstruktion des ersten Schalungselementes ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die Ausleger mit einer Aufhängevorrichtung ausgebildet sind, die eine unter den Längsträger versetzbare, vorzugsweise schwenkbare Verriegelungsklinke aufweisen.
Zweckmässig ist die die Verriegelungsklinke mit Hilfe des Schalungselementes selbsttätig verriegelnd ausgebildet und manuell entriegelbar.

An der aus einem weiteren, beabstandeten zweiten Schalungselement 14 gebildeten Wandschalung 2 gegenüberliegend befindet sich ein das zweite Schalungselement 14 rückwärtig überstehendes, mit der Arbeitsbühne 12 eines Konsolenelementes 3 eine Arbeitsfläche bildendes Arbeitspodest 40, das zumindest auf dem zweiten Schalungselement 14 aufliegt und an der Arbeitsbühne 12 adaptiert ist.
Die Konsolenelemente 3, die beispielsweise eine begehbare Länge von 150 cm aufweisen, sind durch jeweils einen an den seitlichen Endkanten und rechtwinklig zur Schalungsoberfläche resp. zum ersten Schalungselement 1 verlaufenden Ausleger 15, 15' ausgebildet, der vorteilhaft aus einem vierkantigen Stahl-Hohlprofil hergestellt und in Fig. 3 in verkürzter Ausführung von der Seite veranschaulicht ist.
Als Tragkonstruktion für die Arbeitsbühne 12 ist nebst der Oberkante 6 des ersten Schalungselementes 1 ein Stützträger 16 vorgesehen, der im Bereich der Aufhängevorrichtungen 5 an der Unterseite des Auslegers 15, 15' zwischen Flanschen 17 eines Schwenkbocks schwenkbar gelagert ist. Das Schwenklager ist mit 18 bezeichnet.
Hinsichtlich Transport, Montage und Demontage sowie Lagerung der Konsolenelemente 3 bietet die Schwenkbarkeit des resp. der Stützträger 16 erhebliche Vorteile, indem sich das Konsolenelement 3 für das Lagern und Transportieren zusammenlegen und palettieren lässt und somit beschränkten Raum in Anspruch nimmt.
Auch das Handling bei der Montage und Demontage der Konsolenelemente 3 gestaltet sich einfach.
Das zur Abstützung der Arbeitsbühne 12 an dem/den Stützträgern 16 verwendete, zweiteilige Stützelement 19 lässt sich bei der Montage verlängern resp. bei der Demontage verkürzen, so dass für das Lagern oder Transportieren ein sandwichartiges Paket vorliegt. Das Stützelement 19 ist einenends an dem Stützträger 16 und anderenends an Laschen 20 des Auslegers 15, 15' angelenkt.
Zur Positionierung eines Konsolenelementes 3 an dem ersten Schalungselement 1 ist an dem diesem zugewandten Ende eine das Auslegerende nach unten überstehende resp. unterhalb die Oberkante 6 des Schalungselementes 1 ragende Positionsplatte 21 befestigt, die beim Eintauchen zwischen die Schalungselemente 1 und 14 resp. in den mit Beton zu beschickenden Hohlraum an der Schalungshaut 8 des ersten Schalungselementes 1 ansteht. Der die Oberkante 6 bildende Längsträger 10 der Rahmenkonstruktion 9 des ersten Schalungselementes 1 dient auch als Halterung und zur Sicherung der Aufhängevorrichtungen 5 an dem Konsolenelement 3 gegen dessen Absturz.
Hierzu weisen die Aufhängevorrichtungen 5 eine Verriegelungsklinke 23 auf, die vorzugsweise selbsttätig in die Verriegelungsstellung verschwenkbar ist, d.h., dass beim Absenken eines Konsolenelementes 3 mittels Kran oder Stapler auf die Wandschalung 2 die Verriegelungsklinke 23 durch die Oberkante 6 des ersten Schalungselemente 1 vorerst in eine Ausserbetriebslage zurückgedrängt und nach erfolgtem Aufsitzen des Schalungselementes 3 auf der Wandschalung 2 durch ein Gegengewicht in die Verriegelungsposition versetzt wird. Das Gegengewicht wird durch einen an der Schwenkachse 24 der Verriegelungsklinke 23 angeordneten Hebelarm 25 erreicht, der die Verriegelungsklinke 23 in die Funktionslag bewegt.
Die Entriegelung bei der Demontage der Konsolenelemente 3 erfolgt mittels eines an dem freien Hebelarmende schwenkbar gelagerten Handgriff 26, der gemäss Fig. 3 in einer versenkten Ruhelage (siehe Fig. 1) dargestellt ist (siehe auch Fig. 8). Selbstverständlich kann der Handgriff 26 sowohl für die Verriegelungs- als auch die Entriegelungsbewegung benutzt werden. Der Zugang zu den Handgriffen 26 ist durch Ausnehmungen 39 in den Platten 11 gewährleistet.
In der Verriegelungsstellung steht ein Klinkenschaft 27 der Verriegelungsklinke 23 an der Rückseite des Längsträgers 10 an.
An dem seitlich auskragenden Ende des Auslegers 15, 15' ist gemäss den Fig. 3 und 4 eine Befestigungsvorrichtung 28 resp. Aufhängeeinrichtung 29 vorgesehen. Die Befestigungsvorrichtung 28 besteht aus zwei seitlich beabstandeten Stegen 30, die an einer an dem Ausleger 15, 15' befestigten Arretierungsplatte 31 angeschweisst sind. Die Arretierungsplatte 31 ist als Anschlag und Führung für ein an einem die Stege 30 durchsetzenden Führungsstift 32 umleg- und aufstellbaren Pfahl 33 der hochstell- und umlegbaren Absturz-Schutzvorrichtung 13 vorgesehen. Eine gleichartige Vorrichtung zeigt die noch zu beschreibende Fig. 5.
Die Aufhängeeinrichtung 29 dient dem Zweck, das Konsolenelement 3 an einem mit den Stegen 30 verbundenen Kettenring 34 an Drahtseilen mit dem Kran hochzuziehen.

Dieser ist entlang des Auslegers 15, 15' verstellbar ausgebildet, sodass die Breite/Tiefe der Arbeitsfläche in Begehrichtung der Konsolenelemente 3 verstellt werden kann. Die Vergrösserung/ Verbreiterung der Arbeitsfläche durch das Arbeitspodest 40 vermittelt/gewährt eine grössere Sicherheit resp. Standsicherheit des Personals bei der Begehung_der Konsolenelemente 3 und Arbeit auf diesen über dem Boden.
Es besteht durch die Ausbildung des Arbeitspodestes 40 die Möglichkeit einer Anpassung an den variablen Abstand zwischen den Schalungselementen 1 und 14 sowie die Wahl einer bestimmten Arbeitsfläche.
Selbstverständlich würde eine starre Verbindung zwischen Arbeitsbühne 12 und Arbeitspodest 40 den erfindungswesentlichen Sinn auch erfüllen.

Diesbezüglich wird auf die Fig. 5 hingewiesen, die einen Gegenausleger 35 auszugsweise mit dem freistehenden Ende zeigt, an dem eine Absturz-Schutzvorrichtung 13 und ein Teil eines Kettengehänges dargestellt ist, an dem das Konsolenelement 3 aufziehbar ist. Die Absturz-Schutzvorrichtung 13 ist dort in strichpunktierten resp. ausgezogenen Linien in der hochgestellten resp. umgelegten Position gezeigt.
Fig. 5 veranschaulicht auch auszugsweise das zum Transport oder zur Lagerung zusammengelegte Konsolenelement 3.
