Claims (6)
- Wärmeaustauscher (1) für Gas, insbesondere dem Abgas eines Motors, der ein Bündel von Rohren (2), die im Inneren eines Gehäuses (3) angeordnet sind, die für die Zirkulation von Gasen zum Wärmeaustausch mit einer Külflüssigkeit vorgesehen sind, mindestens einen Gasvorratsbehälter (6), der an ein Ende des Gehäuses (3) angepasst und an die Rückführleitung des Gases angeschlossen werden kann, und einen Partikelfilter (7) zur Filtration von Abgas umfasst, der mit dem Gasvorratsbehälter (6) verbunden ist, wobei der Filter (7), der in den Gasvorratsbehälter (6) integriert ist und ein einziges untrennbares Stück bildet, eingerichtet ist, an das Gehäuse (3) des Tauschers (1) angepasst zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, der Filter (7) eine Abschirmung (8) mit konkavem Aufbau als Platte umfasst, wobei, der konkave Aufbau eine Konkavität aufweist, die entgegengesetzt zur Strömung des Gases ist.
- Tauscher (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Filter (7) an dem Gasvorratsbehälter (6) durch Schweißen integriert ist.
- Tauscher (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Filter (7) mit dem Gasvorratsbehälter (6) durch Punktschweißen oder Lichtbogenschweißen verbunden ist.
- Tauscher (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Filter (7) mit dem Gasvorratsbehälter (6) ferner durch Ofenlöten verbunden ist.
- Tauscher (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, wobei die Abschirmung (8) einen flachen, umlaufenden Flansch (9) umfasst, der für ihren zusammenhängenden Zusammenbau mit dem Gasreservoir (6) vorgesehen ist.
- Tauscher (1) nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Gasvorratsbehälter (6) in seinem inneren Teil eine flache, umlaufende Kante (10) umfasst, die dazu vorgesehen ist, den umlaufenden Flansch (9) des Filters (7) hinsichtlich ihres Zusammenbaus miteinander aufzunehmen.
