Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de réalisation d'un distributeur de comprimés (1) pour la distribution portionnée de comprimés (35), comprenant un boîtier (2) et une partie distributrice (3) insérable dans le boîtier (2), dans lequel la partie distributrice (3) présente un puit de distribution (22) et une partie doseuse (44) mobile relativement au puit de distribution à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort de rappel (19), caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu un élément de mise en tension (13) lequel est déplacé, au cours de l'insertion de la partie distributrice (3) dans le boîtier (2), dans une région d'un espace qu'occupe le ressort de rappel (19) venant libre de tension lors du moulage par injection de la partie distributrice (3), moyennant quoi le ressort de rappel (19) est contraint de s'esquiver et qu'il en résulte une précontrainte dans le ressort de rappel.
  2. Distributeur de comprimés (1) pour la distribution individuelle de comprimés (35), comprenant un boîtier (2) et une partie distributrice (3) insérable dans le boîtier (2), dans lequel la partie distributrice (3) présente un puit de distribution (22) et une partie doseuse (44) agencée de manière mobile dans celui-ci, dans lequel en outre la partie doseuse (44) est mobile à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort de rappel (19) agencé dans la partie distributrice (3), caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu un élément de mise en tension (13) lequel est déplaçable, au cours de l'insertion de la partie distributrice (3) dans le boîtier (2), dans une région d'un espace (34) occupé par le ressort de rappel (19) libre de tension, moyennant quoi le ressort de rappel (19) est contraint de s'esquiver et qu'il en résulte une précontrainte dans le ressort de rappel (19).
  3. Distributeur de comprimés selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de mise en tension (13) dans la position d'utilisation est décalé à l'encontre de la tendance de déplacement du ressort de rappel (19) lors d'une opération de distribution.
  4. Distributeur de comprimés selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le puit de distribution (22) s'étend de manière sensiblement verticale.
  5. Distributeur de comprimés selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de mise en tension (13) est lié avec la partie distributrice (3) par une zone de rupture imposée de par le processus de fabrication.
  6. Distributeur de comprimés selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de mise en tension (13) est lié avec la partie distributrice (3) par une région formant charnière (14) de par le processus de fabrication.
  7. Distributeur de comprimés selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie distributrice (3) est réalisée d'une seule pièce obtenue par injection de matière plastique.
  8. Distributeur de comprimés selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie distributrice (3) présente deux parties (8, 9) mobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre à la manière d'une charnière, dans lequel l'une des parties (8) comprend l'élément de mise en tension (13) et l'autre partie (9) comprend la partie doseuse (44) et le ressort de rappel (19).
  9. Distributeur de comprimés selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie distributrice (3) présente un contour de base qui correspond à la section transversale intérieure libre du boîtier (2), dans lequel l'élément de mise en tension (13) fait néanmoins saillie hors du contour de base dans son état de fabrication.
  10. Distributeur de comprimés selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (2) présente une section transversale intérieure libre de forme ovale.
