Description
Die Erfindung betrifft zunächst ein Verfahren zur Ausbildung eines Tablettenspenders, zur portionierten Ausgabe von Tabletten, mit einem Gehäuse und einem in das Gehäuse einsetzbaren Ausgabeteil, wobei das Ausgabeteil einen Ausgabeschacht und ein relativ zu dem Ausgabeschacht gegen die Kraft einer Rückstellfeder bewegliches Dosierteil aufweist.The invention relates firstly to a method for forming a tablet dispenser, for portioned dispensing of tablets, comprising a housing and an ejection part which can be inserted into the housing, wherein the dispensing part has an dispensing shaft and a dispensing part movable relative to the dispensing shaft against the force of a return spring.

Diese Aufgabe ist zunächst beim Gegenstand des Anspruches 1 gelöst, bei welchem darauf abgestellt ist, dass ein Spannteil vorgesehen wird, das in einen Bereich eines von der nach einem Spritzvorgang des Ausgabeteils (3) ungespannten Rückstellfeder im Zuge des Einsetzens des Ausgabeteils (3) in das Gehäuse (2) eingenommenen Raumes bewegt wird, wodurch die Rückstellfeder zwangsweise ausweicht und sich hierdurch eine Vorspannung in der Rückstellfeder ergibt.
Diese Aufgabe ist weiter beim Gegenstand des Anspruches 2 hinsichtlich eines Tablettenspenders gelöst, wobei darauf abgestellt ist, dass ein Spannteil (13) vorgesehen ist, das in einen Bereich eines von der ungespannten Rückstellfeder eingenommenen Raumes (34) bewegbar ist, im Zuge des Einsetzens des Ausgabeteils (3) in das Gehäuse (2), wodurch die Rückstellfeder (19) zwangsweise ausweicht und sich hierdurch eine Vorspannung in der Rückstellfeder 19) ergibt..
Verfahrensmäßig erfolgt die Bewegung des Spannteils in einen Bereich des von der ungespannten Rückstellfeder eingenommen Raumes im Zuge des Einsetzens des Ausgabeteils in das Gehäuse oder nach dem Einsetzen. Entsprechend ist hinsichtlich des Tablettenspenders gegeben, dass das Spannteil im Zuge des Einsetzens des Ausgabeteils in das Gehäuse bewegbar ist oder nach dem Einsetzen in die Spannstellung versetzbar ist.
Die Rückstellfeder erstreckt sich nach dem Spritzvorgang, ohne unter Spannung zu stehen, in einem von ihr körperlich eingenommenen Raum. In einem bestimmbaren Zeitraum, im Zuge des Einsetzens, und erst dann, oder nach dem Einsetzen, wird ein Spannteil in diesen Raum, bevorzugt in einen Teil dieses Raumes, bewegt, wodurch die Rückstellfeder entsprechend zwangsweise ausweicht und sich hierdurch eine Vorspannung in der Rückstellfeder ergibt. Eine Vorspannung in der Rückstellfeder ist vorteilhaft und erwünscht, weil dies bei einer nachfolgenden Benutzung des Tablettenspenders die Haptik eines gut funktionierenden Gerätes vermittelt. Zudem ist sichergestellt, dass das Dosierteil relativ zu dem Ausgabeschacht sich in der gewünschten Nicht-Betätigungsstellung befindet. In dieser Stellung ist die Ausgabeöffnung, die sich nach unten an den Ausgabeschacht anschließt, verschlossen. - Method for constructing a tablet dispenser (1) for metered dispensing of tablet (35), having a housing (2) and a dispensing part (3) that is insertable in the housing (2), wherein the dispensing part (3) comprises a dispensing chute (22) and a metering part (44) that is movable relative to the dispensing chute against the force of a return spring (19), characterised in that a tensioning part (13) is provided that is moved into an area occupied by the unbiased return spring (19), preferably as the dispensing part (3) is inserted in the housing (2), thereby forcing displacement of the return spring (19) so that pretension is generated in the return spring.
- Tablet dispenser (1) for dispensing individual tablets (35), having a housing (2) and a dispensing part (3) that is insertable in the housing (2), wherein the dispensing part (3) has a dispensing chute (22) and a metering part (44) arranged movably therein, wherein further the metering part (44) is movable against the force of a return spring (19) arranged inside the dispensing part (3), characterised in that a tensioning part (13) is provided, which is movable into an area (34) previously occupied by the unbiased return spring, preferably as the dispensing part (3) is inserted in the housing (2), thereby forcing displacement of the return spring (19) so that pretension is generated in the return spring (19).
- Tablet dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that in the operating position the tensioning part (13) is shifted against a movement tendency of the return spring (19) during a dispensing operation.
- Tablet dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the dispensing chute (22) extends essentially vertically.
- Tablet dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the tensioning part (13) is connected to dispensing part (3) via a predetermined breaking point (15) created in the production process.
- Tablet dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the tensioning part (13) is connected to dispensing part (3) via a hinge area (14) created in the production process.
- Tablet dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the dispensing part (3) is constructed as a single-part plastic injection moulded component.
- Tablet dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the dispensing part (3) has two subsections (8, 9), which are connected to one another in hinged manner, wherein one subsection (8) includes the tensioning part (13), and the other subsection (9) includes the metering part (44) and the return spring (19).
- Tablet dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the dispensing part (3) comprises a layout that matches an interior free cross section of the housing (2), but wherein the tensioning part (13) projects beyond the layout in the manufactured condition.
- Tablet dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the housing (2) has an oval interior free cross section.
