Claims (7)
- Procédé de production d'un plancher de véhicule et/ou plancher intermédiaire d'un véhicule, le plancher de véhicule (1) étant constitué de plusieurs tôles individuelles (11-17), qui sont soudées les unes aux autres et donnent un flanc de tôle (10), caractérisé en ce que
le flanc de tôle (10) ainsi fabriqué est amélioré par un traitement thermique sous la forme d'une combinaison de trempe et revenu ; et
le flanc de tôle (10) amélioré est formé par formage à chaud pour obtenir le plancher de véhicule et/ou plancher intermédiaire (1) définitif. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les tôles individuelles (11-17) sont reliées entre elles par soudage au laser.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, lors de la trempe d'aciers, le carbone dans l'austénite est d'abord dissout à des températures supérieures à Ac(3) et ensuite une trempe est effectuée à des température inférieures à M(s) ou M(f), et le revenu est alors un nouveau réchauffage après la trempe à des températures inférieures à Ac(1), pour obtenir une transformation en martensite cubique, ainsi que la précipitation de carbures fins et le cas échéant la coagulation subséquente de ces particules.
