Claims (10)

  1. Séparateur de système (10) comprenant un boîtier (11) définissant une chambre d'entrée (12), une chambre intermédiaire (13) et une chambre de sortie (14), avec des éléments antireflux positionnés dans le boîtier, montés l'un derrière l'autre dans la direction d'écoulement d'un fluide, à savoir un premier élément antireflux (15) du côté de l'entrée, monté entre la chambre d'entrée (12) et la chambre intermédiaire (13) et un deuxième élément antireflux (16) du côté de la sortie, monté entre la chambre intermédiaire (13) et la chambre de sortie (14), et comprenant une soupape d'écoulement (34) ventilant la chambre intermédiaire (13) entre les éléments antireflux (15, 16), qui est commandée en fonction d'une pression différentielle entre la pression dans la chambre d'entrée et la pression dans la chambre intermédiaire, le boîtier (11) étant formé en plusieurs parties à partir d'une première partie de boîtier (17) et d'une deuxième partie de boîtier (18), la première partie de boîtier (17) servant à relier la chambre d'entrée (12) du séparateur de système à une première conduite, et la deuxième partie de boîtier (18) servant à relier la chambre de sortie (14) du séparateur de système à une deuxième conduite, caractérisé en ce que
    pour la liaison des deux parties de boîtier (18, 19), des portions adjacentes (23, 24) des parties de boîtier (18, 19) sont enfichées l'une dans l'autre et sont fixées l'une à l'autre dans une position de rotation relative quelconque l'une par rapport à l'autre par le biais d'un élément de fixation (25), à savoir de telle sorte
    qu'au niveau des portions enfichées l'une dans l'autre (23, 24) des deux parties de boîtier (17, 18), une rainure de fixation périphérique (27, 28) soit à chaque fois réalisée, lesquelles rainures s'entourent concentriquement lorsque les portions (23, 24) des deux parties de boîtier (17, 18) sont enfichées l'une dans l'autre,
    qu'entre les rainures de fixation s'entourant concentriquement (27, 28), soit positionnée une paroi (29) de l'une des portions (23) enfichées l'une dans l'autre, des évidements (30) étant réalisés dans cette paroi (29) pour le passage de l'élément de fixation (25),
    que l'élément de fixation (25), pour la fixation des parties de boîtier (17, 18) l'une à l'autre, s'étende en partie à travers les rainures de fixation périphériques (27, 28) des deux parties de boîtier (17, 18),
    un élément de filtre (26) positionné entre les portions enfichées l'une dans l'autre (23, 24) des deux parties de boîtier (18, 19) est accessible après le desserrage de l'élément de fixation (25) et après l'écartement l'une de l'autre des deux parties de boîtier (18, 19).
  2. Séparateur de système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les portions enfichées l'une dans l'autre (23, 24) des deux parties de boîtier (18, 19) sont étanchéifiées l'une par rapport à l'autre par le biais d'un élément d'étanchéité (32).
  3. Séparateur de système selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une portion (24) de la deuxième partie de boîtier inférieure (18) est enfichée dans une portion (23) de la première partie de boîtier supérieure (17), et en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (32) est inséré dans une rainure (33) de la portion (24) de la deuxième partie de boîtier inférieure (18).
  4. Séparateur de système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une portion (24) de la deuxième partie de boîtier inférieure (18) est enfichée dans une portion (23) de la première partie de boîtier supérieure (17) et en ce que lorsque les portions (23, 24) des deux parties de boîtier (17, 18) sont enfichées l'une dans l'autre, la rainure de fixation (28) de la deuxième partie de boîtier inférieure (18) est positionnée radialement à l'intérieur et la rainure de fixation (27) de la première partie de boîtier supérieure (17) est positionnée radialement à l'extérieur.
  5. Séparateur de système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (25) est réalisé en tant que pince en forme de U.
  6. Séparateur de système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (25) est formé par deux goupilles de fixation séparées.
  7. Séparateur de système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que dans la première partie de boîtier (17) est intégrée une soupape d'arrêt (31).
  8. Séparateur de système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que dans la première partie de boîtier est intégré un réducteur de pression.
  9. Séparateur de système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie de boîtier (18) reçoit les deux éléments antireflux (15, 16).
  10. Séparateur de système selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie de boîtier (18) reçoit tous les composants pour le fonctionnement du séparateur de système proprement dit.
