Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sanitary outlet piece with an inlet side and an outlet side and with more than two, preferably at least three, hose connection points which are formed at a distance from one another on the inlet side and are each guided to the outlet side.
  • the invention also relates to a sanitary fitting which has a sanitary outlet piece of the type mentioned at the outset.
  • the present invention also relates to the use of an outlet piece mentioned at the outset in a sanitary fitting of the aforementioned type.
  • Sanitary outlet pieces are known and are used in valve outlets, that is to say, for example, the downstream ends of valves, in order to provide a desired jet shape and / or a desired flow rate.
  • the sanitary outlet piece prefferably supplied with an available amount of water, which is then shaped in the sanitary outlet piece into the desired spray pattern.
  • the invention has for its object to the possible uses for sanitary outlet pieces expand.
  • the sanitary outlet piece according to the invention has an inlet side and an outlet side as well as more than two, preferably at least three, hose connection points which are spaced apart from one another on an inlet side and are each guided to the outlet side.
  • the invention thus makes it possible for the sanitary outlet piece to be able to supply differently prepared water which remain cleanly separated even in the outlet.
  • a holding plate is formed with at least three recesses corresponding to the hose connection points, into each of which a hose can be inserted by an insertion movement oriented transversely to a longitudinal direction of the respective hose.
  • a plug-in system is thus provided in which the hoses can be connected to the hose connection point without screwing in. Unwanted twisting of the hoses can thus be avoided.
  • three or more than three hose connection points formed at a distance from one another are preferably formed on the inlet side.
  • At least three different waters, for example a hot water, a cold water and a mixed water, can thus be supplied and passed through.
  • the spaced design of the hose connection points has the advantage that the air gap in between Thermal insulation of the connected hoses can be achieved from one another. In this way it can be achieved that, for example, the hot water or the cold water is / are not unintentionally brought to an intermediate temperature by the mixed water.
  • thermal decoupling of the water passed through from a sanitary fitting can also be achieved by the hoses at the hose connection points being guided at a spacing from the sanitary fitting.
  • At least one housing edge is arranged between the inlet side and the outlet side.
  • the inlet side can thus be arranged separately from the outlet side.
  • the outlet side is thus fully usable for the water (s) flowing out.
  • the outlet side and the inlet side can have different orientations, in which case one housing edge can be sufficient for separation.
  • the inlet side and the outlet side can also be aligned parallel to one another, in particular with opposite orientations.
  • at least two housing edges are preferably formed between the inlet side and the outlet side.
  • the housing edge (s) can be formed on a base body in a straight line or curved, in particular in an annular manner.
  • the inlet side and the outlet side are arranged at a distance from one another.
  • the inlet side and the outlet side enclose an angle, for example by forming a housing edge lying between the inlet side and the outlet side.
  • the hose connection points, on the one hand, and the outlet side, on the other hand are formed on opposite ends of the outlet piece.
  • the advantage here is that the sanitary outlet piece can be arranged in a tubular receptacle, for example a fitting outlet, wherein a liquid flow can be conducted through the tubular receptacle in the sanitary outlet piece without reversing direction.
  • individual or all hose connection points can be formed on one, for example the lateral outer wall already mentioned.
  • the inlet side is also at least partially formed laterally and / or directly adjacent to the outlet side.
  • the advantage here is that alternative or additional installation forms can be provided.
  • the inlet side and the outlet side can be separated by a housing edge and enclose an angle with each other.
  • the sanitary outlet piece When the inlet side and the outlet side are arranged with respect to one another in such a way that they enclose an angle with one another, the sanitary outlet piece can thus be designed as an angle piece. Water channels, which are described in more detail below, within the outlet piece can thus be guided at an angle. This enables installation in a Sanitary fitting, in which the outlet direction is oriented at an angle with respect to a direction of flow of a fitting outlet.
  • a circumferential outer wall is formed between the ends.
  • the advantage here is that the sanitary outlet piece can be placed on an inner wall of the tubular receptacle. A safe stop can thus be reached.
  • the outer wall can be generally prism-shaped, that is, connect essentially identical base and top surfaces to one another. This allows insertion into a tubular receptacle, the contour of which is adapted to the contour of the outer wall. It is preferably provided here that the outer wall is essentially cylindrical. This allows a particularly simple insertion into the holder.
  • the hose connection points are guided to the outlet side separately from one another. This enables a flow-free passage of the various waters up to the outlet side.
  • At least one hose connection point is guided to the outlet side without valves and / or branches. Mixing of a water supplied in the hose connection point with other water can thus be avoided. All hose connection points are preferably guided to the outlet side without valves and / or branches.

  • a corresponding internal thread is preferably formed at each hose connection point. It can also be provided that at least one connecting piece can be inserted or inserted, or that at least one connecting piece can be retracted or recessed - via a bayonet connection.
  • connection pieces for example as a fitting, can be integrally connected to a base body of the outlet piece and / or can be formed in one piece on this.
  • the hose can be plugged on and preferably be secured against slipping.
  • a stop preferably on a support edge, for example the support edge already mentioned, is formed on an outlet element attached to the base body on the outflow side, for example the already mentioned outlet element, on which the base body can be pressed against the holding plate supported from the outside ,
  • the holding plate can thus be easily fixed, for example in a fitting outlet.
  • the base body can be pressed against the holding plate, which is supported from the outside, with a screw sleeve which is preferably designed as a mouthpiece. It is advantageous if the screw sleeve is designed as a mouthpiece.
  • the base body can thus be attached to a valve outlet with a standard counter thread.
  • the base body can preferably be pressed or pressed via a stop, for example the already mentioned support edge, on an outlet element attached to the base body on the outflow side, for example the already mentioned outlet element. A fixation with a mouthpiece can thus be achieved.
  • the screw sleeve can be screwed or screwed to a fitting outlet, for example the base body receptacle. This allows easy assembly with standard components.
  • a hose connection point is led to a plurality of outlet openings via a distribution chamber.
  • the advantage here is that an inflowing amount of water that flows in via the hose connection point can be distributed over a large number of outlet openings, so that a desired, for example homogeneous, exit pattern can be easily reached.
  • the distributor chamber is preferably designed to be curved in a C-shape, for example in order to load an annular or C-shaped arrangement of outlet openings.
  • the distribution chamber can also be designed in an annular shape in order to enable water to be supplied along a full circumference.
  • At least two distributor chambers are formed, each of which is connected to a hose connection and is each led to a plurality of outlet openings.
  • the advantage here is that the arrangement of the emerging water jets can be formed independently of the arrangement of the hose connection points.
  • Both distribution chambers are preferably designed in a C-shaped curve in the manner already described and / or are aligned concentrically to one another.
  • the advantage here is that the spaced, laterally offset arrangement of the hose connection points with respect to one another can be eliminated in the discharge jet image of the sanitary outlet piece. Concentric arrangements of the different outflowing waters can thus be achieved.
  • At least two arrangements of outlet openings are formed on the outlet side, each arrangement being connected to a hose connection point.
  • the advantage here is that the arrangement of the emerging water can be designed independently of the arrangement of the hose connection points.
  • the arrangements are preferably arranged concentrically with one another, which results in a particularly appealing discontinuation picture.
  • the arrangements can each provide the aforementioned plurality of outlet openings.
  • hose connection points are brought together to form a jet on the outlet side or in the base body.
  • syrup or flavor and / or odor components can thus be set up.
  • Other hose connection points can be run separately.
  • a plurality of outlet openings for example the aforementioned plurality of outlet openings, is formed in at least one groove base of an annular groove that is open to the outside.
  • the advantage here is that a water flow distributed uniformly or almost uniformly over the annular groove can be provided for a further configuration of the discharge jet pattern.
  • the outlet openings which are arranged in the groove base are preferably assigned to a common hose connection point.
  • the hose connection points are formed on a first part of a base body and the outlet side is formed on a second part of the base body.
  • the advantage here is that a complex geometrical inner structure can be divided into two easily manufactured, in particular injection-moldable, parts. It is particularly advantageous if the first part and the second part are integrally connected to one another. A compact unit of a base body can thus be formed, which can be easily inserted into a sanitary fitting. A positive and / or non-positive connection can also be produced in addition or as an alternative.
  • a particularly simple variant can provide that the inlet side and the outlet side are formed on a one-piece base body. It can be provided here that the distributor chamber is open and is closed, for example, by a downstream cartridge, preferably a jet former cartridge. The distribution chamber can, for example, be arranged in a ring around an outlet nozzle for the other hose connection points.
  • a distributor chamber for example the already mentioned distributor chamber, at a connection point between a first part, for example the already mentioned first part, and a second part, for example the already mentioned second part, of a base body, for example of the base body already mentioned, is formed.
  • the advantage here is that the distributor chamber can be easily shaped, for example injection-molded, before the two parts are connected to one another. All of the distribution chambers already mentioned are preferably formed at this connection point, which for example lie through a plane which is preferably oriented transversely to a longitudinal direction of the sanitary outlet piece. It is particularly expedient if the parts are integrally connected.

  • the advantage here is that the emerging water jet, which is supplied via the hose connection point, can be regulated and / or shaped.
  • the jet regulator and / or jet former can be integrated in a preferably exchangeable cartridge. Retrofitting, maintenance and / or adaptation is / are easily possible.
  • At least two of the at least three hose connection points are led to a common outlet nozzle.
  • a beam exit image can thus be designed in an appealing manner. Different waters can also be mixed easily.
  • the outlet nozzle can thus be manufactured with little design effort. It is particularly expedient if the two hose connection points are designed with matching opening diameters. This means that hoses with comparable flow rates can be connected and directed to the common outlet nozzle.
  • a sanitary outlet piece is designed according to the invention, in particular as described above and / or according to one of the claims directed to a sanitary outlet piece, the outlet piece being inserted into a fitting outlet.
  • a conventional sanitary fitting can thus be equipped with the expanded functionality provided by the sanitary outlet piece according to the invention.
  • at least one hose connection point is connected to an outlet of a metering and / or mixing device, in particular a mixing cartridge.
  • the advantage here is that mixed water can be supplied to the sanitary outlet piece, for example via a hose connection point with an opening diameter that differs from the other hose connection points, in particular the largest or smallest.
  • Another advantage is that known operation and maintainability of a sanitary fitting by an end customer can be made possible without additional knowledge, training and information, since the known methods of a classic mouthpiece work.
  • a hose is arranged which has a holding groove, a holding plate with a recess engaging laterally in the holding groove in order to fix the hose in its longitudinal direction to the hose connection point.
  • the holding groove is preferably formed all the way round. The hose can thus be inserted and held in all orientations.
  • a jet former cartridge is connected downstream of the base body.
  • An appealing jet pattern can thus be achieved, for example a ventilated jet.
  • a connection piece of the jet former cartridge projects beyond a plane defined by a support edge with which the jet former cartridge rests on the base body. This creates a security feature that prevents the connection of an inappropriate cartridge.
  • connection piece in particular the connection piece already mentioned, engages in a corresponding socket receptacle on the base body.
  • a further security feature is thus formed, which prevents the connection of an incompatible cartridge.
  • the outlet piece is held by an outlet element.
  • the outlet element can, for example, be an outlet sieve and / or a run-out rectifier.
  • the outlet element can have a jet regulator, for example the jet regulator already mentioned, and / or a jet former, for example the jet former already mentioned.
  • At least one leakage outlet is formed on the base body, which connects a space adjacent to the more than two hose connection points to an external environment.
  • This space can be, for example, an interior of a fitting outlet, into which the outlet piece according to the invention can be inserted and / or is inserted.
  • the advantage here is that a water accumulation that occurs due to a leak at one of the hoses or at one of the hose connection points is easily detectable. This can be done, for example, by observing a water leak at the at least one leak. It is therefore avoidable that the space mentioned is completely filled with water. It can thus be prevented that water escaping as a leak in the fitting, but outside the hoses, flows back under a wash basin or the like. It is particularly favorable if the leakage outlet opens outwards on the outlet side.
  • the leakage outlet can be designed, for example, as a connecting recess (eg groove) or through opening on the base body. A modification of the tap spout is not necessary.
  • the features of the secondary protection claim directed towards the use of an outlet piece are provided when using an outlet piece.
  • the outlet piece be designed according to the invention, in particular as described above and / or according to one of the protection claims directed to an outlet piece, and in a sanitary fitting according to the invention, in particular as described above and / or according to one of the protection claims directed to a sanitary fitting, wherein at least one hose connection point is connected to an outlet of a metering and / or mixing device, in particular a mixing cartridge.
  • the advantage here is that, in addition to a mixed water from the mixing cartridge, further water can be fed to the sanitary outlet piece without being impaired by the mixed water and can be removed therefrom.
  • the hose connection point which is connected to the outlet of the metering and / or mixing device is that with an opening diameter which differs from the other hose connection points, in particular the largest or smallest.

  • a screw sleeve 41 is formed with a mating thread (internal or external thread) matching the valve outlet 38, which is screwed to the valve outlet 38.
  • the fitting outlet 38 engages behind the base body 33 (together with an outlet element 42 to be described on its support edge 66).
  • the valve outlet 38 thus exerts a contact pressure on the holding plate 57.
  • the fitting outlet 38 can be screwed to the base body 33 so that the screw sleeve 41 can be omitted.
  • the embodiment according to the Figures 23 to 35 differs from the previous exemplary embodiment further in that the distributor chamber 26, which coincides here with the water outlet 11, is not designed as a C-shaped but as a closed ring. An all-round distribution of the water flow from the hose connection point 3 is thus easily accessible.
  • the base body 33 on which the inlet side 2 and - separated by two housing edges 50, 51 and thus at opposite ends 7, 8 - the outlet side 6 are formed, is formed in one piece, for example by injection molding.
  • the hose connection points 4 and 5 are routed together to a water outlet 12, which opens into an outlet nozzle 56.
  • Wing-shaped rectifying elements 68 are formed in the outlet nozzle 56 in order to form a calm or laminar water flow.
  • the outlet nozzle 56 is in this case formed on the outlet element 42 and completely penetrates it in the longitudinal direction.
  • the outlet element 42 is a jet-shaping cartridge 64 or some other cartridge-shaped insert, which is pressed on a support edge 66 by the screw sleeve 41 against the base body 33 (via a sealing ring 55).
  • the support edge 66 here forms a holding stop 62 against which the screw sleeve 41 presses.
  • a known diffuser is shown as an example in the interior of the jet former cartridge 64.
  • this is provided on the inflow side with a connecting piece 65 which protrudes from the basic shape and in particular beyond the support edge 66.
  • the connection piece 65 fits into a corresponding socket receptacle 67 of the base body 33. It can thus be prevented that a conventional jet former cartridge is inadvertently installed instead of the special jet-shaped cartridge 64. Because their front screen prevents mounting on the socket holder.
  • leakage outlets 70 On the base body 33, a plurality of longitudinally extending grooves or recesses are formed as leakage outlets 70 in the outer wall 10 thereof. Water that collects at the hose connection points 3, 4, 5 outside the hoses 21, 22, 23 but in the immediate vicinity thereof flows out through these leakage outlets 70 via the outlet side 6 and the downstream outlet element. Leakages on the hoses 21, 22, 23 or the hose connection points 3, 4, 5 are thus easily recognizable from the outside before larger amounts of leakage accumulate and greater damage cause. Such leakage outlets 70 can also be used in the embodiment according to FIGS Figures 1 to 22 be formed on the base body 33.
  • FIGS. 36 to 38 illustrate a further variant of the outlet piece 1 according to the Figures 23 to 35 in different views.
  • These figures will now be described together. Structurally and / or functionally identical or identical components and functional units to the previous exemplary embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals and are not described separately. The comments on the Figures 1 to 35 therefore apply to the Figures 36 to 38 corresponding.
  • the holding plate 57 from the Figures 23 to 35 through the holding plate 57 after the Figures 36 to 38 be replaced.
  • the holding plate 57 differs from that Figure 33 at least in that the three recesses 58, 59, 60 are now opened inwards, so that the holding plate 57 describes a ring.
  • the tubes 21, 22, 23 are still inserted laterally, but now radially outwards, into the corresponding recesses 58, 59, 60.
  • contours of the holding plates 57 according to the Figures 33 and 36 can also be combined with one another, for example by a sequence of inward and outward opening Recesses 58, 59, 60.
  • FIGS 39 and 40 show a further sanitary outlet piece 1 according to the invention.
  • Structurally and / or functionally identical or identical components and functional units to the preceding exemplary embodiments are identified by the same reference numerals and are not described separately.
  • the comments on the Figures 1 to 38 therefore apply to the Figures 39 and 40 corresponding.
  • each sealing ring 71 is held on one side on a shoulder 72.
  • Another shoulder 74 is formed on the associated hose receptacle 4, 5, so that overall there is an axial securing of the sealing ring 71, which is comparable to the effect of the groove 73 in FIG Figure 28 is.
  • the sealing in the further hose receptacle 3 is carried out analogously.
  • FIGS 41 and 42 show a further sanitary outlet piece 1 according to the invention.
  • Structurally and / or functionally identical or identical components and functional units to the preceding exemplary embodiments are identified by the same reference numerals and are not described separately.
  • the comments on the Figures 1 to 40 therefore apply to the Figures 41 and 42 corresponding.
  • the embodiment according to the Figures 41 and 42 differs for example from the exemplary embodiment Figure 28 in that instead of the retaining groove 61, only a shoulder-shaped retaining edge 63 is formed on the tubes 22, 23 - and analogously on the tube 21 - which overlaps the retaining plate 57 on one side in such a way that the tube 21, 22, 23 is prevented from the respective hose receptacle 3, 4, 5.
  • FIG. 23 to 42 each show hose receptacles 3, 4, 5 with matching opening diameters 18.
  • FIG. 23 - 42 Different opening diameters 17, 18 can also be formed.
  • the sanitary outlet piece 1 it is proposed to form at least two laterally offset hose connection points 3, 4, 5 on an inlet side 2, which are guided in the sanitary outlet piece 1 separately from the inlet side 2 to an outlet side 6 of the sanitary outlet piece 1.
